Song and Dance - Ezra used to be a theater kid in his younger days, and some pieces of it never left him. He's always listening to music and he sings to himself (decently, though not outstandingly) a lot. Sometimes he'll just break out into song or dance when he's with his friends (or even when he's not). He loves music of nearly all genres, but he's been really into pop rock lately. He also knows how to play the piano.
Video Games - Ezra is a gamer, mostly of the Nintendo variety, but there are a few others in there as well. He favors RPGs with good stories and characters, though there are a few exceptions in his library. He takes his 3DS around with him in the hopes that he'll get a Streetpass and doesn't understand why not many people do the same. It's not uncommon for him to try and sneak in some level grinding if he's got a few minutes.
Socializing - Ezra likes to get out there and talk to people. He's the kind of person who will approach a stranger on the street and strike up a conversation with them. It seems like he always has at least one person with him at all times, and even if he's alone in his room, he's probably chatting to someone on the internet. He's also a bit of a party guy, attending parties often and sometimes hooking up with someone.
Virtues:
Affectionate - Ezra slathers his friends in affectionate gestures, whether they be kind words or pats on the back. He's rather touchy-feely in general and pretty much the king huggle-snuggler. Do not be surprised if he suddenly gives you a huge hug out of nowhere. He's very intensely cuddly. He also likes to spoil his friends from time to time, whether it's going out to eat with everyone or helping them get something they want.
Attentive - Ezra pays very good attention to his friends. He'll be the first to notice if they're acting weird, and he'll want to get to the bottom of the issue if he can. He makes himself available as a sounding board for all his friends' problems, and depending on what they want, he'll either offer counsel or just listen.
Humorous - Ezra is a jokester. He uses humor to smooth over situations that could take a turn for the troublesome (before they do), and it seems that he always has some quip at the ready. Of course, he knows better than to try and joke his way out of a very serious situation, but if someone's feeling down and he thinks he can pull it off, he'll use his good humor to cheer them up. He tries to be an entertainer, and most would say that he does quite well at that. If you find something he's said funny and it's lifted your spirits a bit, he considers his job done.
Flaws:
Hedonist - Ezra is first and foremost a pleasure seeker. Whether it's good food, good company, comfortable surroundings, or the occasional passionate hookup, he will seek it out and thoroughly indulge himself. The side effect of his habit is that when he gets bored with something, he's going to ditch it right away and do something he likes, no matter what the consequences. He doesn't do that to people as much as tasks (he has a reputation for being very pleasant the morning after), but the problem still stands. Pleasure is also how he licks his wounds; if he's feeling troubled, he'll indulge himself that much more to soothe himself. He's one of those people who will curl up in bed with a tub of ice cream, something alcoholic (if he can acquire it), and a sappy movie when he's feeling down, then be utterly confused when he wakes up five hours later with the remaining ice cream completely melted and his booze of choice (if acquired) spilled all over the floor. Yeah, he eats his emotions. Messily.
Clingy - You ARE still his friend, right? Right? RIGHT? Ezra has a problem with not letting go, even when someone is clearly no longer in his reach. He is steadfastly determined to keep any friend he makes, and if he sees someone starting to drift away for some reason, he will pursue them. Even if someone were to betray him or otherwise decisively cut themselves off from him, he would desperately try to make them "see the light" and come back. Sometimes, he even smothers the friends he already has when he goes overboard with his usual affections.
Pouty - When he's rejected, Ezra assumes full pouting mode, ruminating over the fact that someone said no to him and how he didn't get to hug them or whatever the issue at hand is. He does take no for an answer, but sometimes he just doesn't take it particularly well. He'll fume and sulk and generally be really annoying about what happened. He'll get really snippy for a while till he gets over himself.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: A light "honey" brown, kind of like #806200. In terms of shape, they're rather wide and expressive.
Hair: Black, shaggy and messy. Take a look at Hibiki's hair for what I'm thinking of; maybe just a bit longer than his.
Face: His face is on the round side; he's got kind of a babyface going on.
Clothes: Ezra prefers comfy clothes a LOT. So... Plain t-shirt (some color that goes well with blue and grey) and jeans (blue), with an unzipped sweatshirt jacket/hoodie (grey).
