Fav. Food: Fresh mice, fresh fish…whatever’s fresh and available for catching and eating! This extends to small animals that Amber can catch, but also fresh meat that she can steal/beg from other people.
Hated Food: Dried food of any kind ; be it kibble or even dried meat, the dry flaky texture, the crunchiness that doesn’t come with the same satisfaction of crunching through bones…no! Absolutely not. Amber doesn’t consider herself a fussy cat, but she will turn her nose up at dried food unless she’s starving.

Stargazing
Amber is fascinated with space. Mau is inaccessible, lost to her and every other guardian cat, but Amber likes to believe that one day they will return to Mau, and she will be home. Until then, she can watch the stars and nearby planets spin by, and imagine her homeworld. Having no memories of Mau, Amber likes to imagine it’s full of her favourite things. She loves the night sky outside of these imaginings however – it’s just so beautiful! And of course, night is the best time for one of her other hobbies..
Hunting
A holdover from her days as a normal farm cat, Amber loves to hunt. Be this hunting down Nega’s with her senshi or just hunting small animals for food, or even a tantalising bit of string that’s been dangled by someone nearby, Amber loves the pounce and the chase and the satisfying feeling of prey in your mouth. Sometimes figuratively, of course.
Virtues:
Focused
When Amber sets goals, she accomplishes them. Whether hunting, doing research, or making a friend, Amber does her best to see things through to the end. First things first though, that means learning everything about your prey - if Amber is set on a campaign for whatever reason, the first thing she will do is learn everything about the target. If this is a person, this could be by talking to their friends if they're a senshi, sneakily eavesdropping - sorry, gathering intelligence - if they're a nega, or even in some cases just stalking them until she finds out what she wants to know. If it's an object or place, it means books, the internet - any resource she can manipulate without opposable thumbs - or bully someone into helping her with. After collecting her research, Amber tends to make detailed plans, which she likes to follow through even when they don't seem to produce good results at first.
Loyal
Amber has strong convictions about how the world works, and she sticks unwaveringly to them. Order is good, and Chaos is bad, and that's just the way things are. Of course that doesn't mean that Amber gets along with every Senshi out there, but she's far more inclined to try and curb her sharp tongue and aggressive behaviours with Order - and on the flipside, it would be incredibly difficult for a Chaos member to find themselves friends with Amber because she's not just loyal to her friends, she's loyal to her cause. When it comes to actual friends, Amber does her best to support them as best she can to make the right choices - to make sure they eat well, sleep well, patrol well, do everything the best they can. She's also there for your bad days - everyone has them, don't worry. She'll sit with you and purr and butt you under the chin and bring you a nice gift so you can buck up ASAP!
Romantic
Amber believes wholeheartedly in the power of Love, Dreams and Friendship. She's optimistic that if everyone does their best, and does things the right way, that everything will go right. Order will win the war because that's how it works - good always triumphs over bad. She's not one to despair or let setbacks get her down - Amber is an expert at getting back up and trying again, even when it seems like there's nothing to get up for.
Flaws:
Cocky
Amber is a big cat, and worse, she grew up on a farm where she got into scrapes with all sorts of animals and often came out the winner. Due to this, she has a hopped-up view of her own toughness, and is sure she can do things that she often just can’t. After all - farmyard animals are a lot less tough than the forces of evil! This mostly applies to physical challenges, but can leech over into social situations too. Amber often leaps for things and is unable to reach them – and she’s also a master of picking fights she can't win with her big mouth!
Obsessive
Unfortunately Amber’s focus has a downside, and that is she tends to get fixated on things, even obsessive! She doesn't give up, and whilst this can be a good thing, it can also be very bad - she'll ignore anything she considers a 'distraction' - unfortunately this can often include important things such as eating or talking to people. We've also touched on the fact that Amber likes to make plans for situations. This can be a good thing, but unfortunately when things don't go to plan, Amber tends to get rather upset - she often fixates on her plans as the RIGHT course of action (even when they're not!) and any deviation from the script, so to speak, will have her sulking and best and aggressive at worst. She also likes to follow her plans through to the end, and it's very rare she'll abandon a plan halfway through, unless it involves imminent and deadly danger.
Prickly
Amber gets riled up easily; she has a short fuse. Hissing and spitting are a familiar expression to this kittycat, and she's never short of a sharp word if she gets off on the wrong foot with someone..which is more often than she'd like. Due to her black and white worldview, she doesn't have very much patience for talking things over rationally and finding compromise. If someone doesn't see her point of view, she will quickly turn the conversation into a heated argument, and sometimes she just gets so overwhelmed that she has to lash out - verbally or otherwise.
