Bio :
When Jinx was but a mere fetus in her mother's womb, an angry sorcerer cast a spell on her mother, which in doing so, also affected Jinx. This spell was a curse that would make any human (or supernatural being with human blood), she met, forget about her after leaving her presence. Her father was a human, so he forgot about her and her mother, and because of how strong the curse was, after being born, Jinx's mother soon forgot about her too. This is one of the reasons why she wears such provocative clothing, and craves the attention of many. Having grown up in a town filled with nothing but humans, she sought refuge with the beasts that the town kept locked up. They were vicious, murderous beasts, but unlike the villagers who scorned them, and beat them, she took care of them. Jinx could identify with them. These beasts soon helped her discover her ability to charm, summon and control any beast.
One day, a new beast was brought in. It was a giant, savage beast that reeked of death. Even the other animals feared it. Believing that she could help it calm down and make friends, Jinx opened the cage and tried to charm it. But she lost her concentration and the beast escaped, massacring the town in the process. She was the only survivor. Jinx knew this for certain, for she'd spent days combing the village for any signs of life, before she burnt it to the ground and ran away. With her, she took the faithful beasts that had never forgotten her. Now, she has changed. She is no longer the naive girl she once was, and now, she is able to summon each of her beasts at will. And even without her control, these beasts would remain loyal to her because of the care she'd given them when all they had seen was hatred and pain.
