Guys Guys!
Im kindof in a crisis but its hard for me to fix it on my own!

Okay, so lately Ive been SUPER inactive confused
It's been extremely busy since moving.
I just recently got a bed after months of floor stressed

Anyway!! A few days ago my blood was drawn.
The test results came back and it turns out Im dangerously low
in Vitamin D emotion_facepalm

Which totally explains my fatigue.
Mom says I'll probably be on D pills for the rest of my life.

neutral Does anyone have advice on how I can raise it naturally??

Living on pills isnt all that great.

Simple answer: Lie in the sun.
You also might want to make sure you are getting enough oils/fats in your diet. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin.

You also might want to make sure you are getting enough oils/fats in your diet. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin.

I think we must be opposite. I love the heat. Pretty much no matter how hot it is I prefer to be outdoors. But as soon as it gets even a little bit cold I am inside curled up in a pathetic shivering ball of blankets.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, most vitamin D is synthesised from sunlight. There are few food sources. I think protein type foods have the most... mostly fish.. a bit in eggs...

Getting at least 30 minutes a day can easily fix that. Or just eat foods that have more Omega-3's in them like fish. Taking vitamins isn't a bad alternative especially if you don't wan to go outside. cat_sweatdrop
