Hyperborea was out on patrol again, she had taken the last few days off to catch up on sleep, school work, and home stuff. She felt the aura of a knight and became excited. She loved meeting other knights and senshi especially Knights and Eternals. She rushed to meet the knight.
As she got close enough to see the knight in question her smile only got brighter. The knight wore the flashy purple and white uniform that could only have belonged to another Cosmos knight. She hadn't meet another cosmos knight since Hver so she was very happy to run into another now.
"Bonsoir! May I join you friend?" She called out as she rushed up to the knight.

Very little seemed to change in Destiny City, from where Knight Sarras was standing. He was still letting the idea of his recent promotion, and his recent failure that resulted IN his promotion of sorts, sink in, but it was all too heavy for him and so he made a habit to shy away from the matter. He took that whole ordeal, gathered every last ounce of it, put it in a box, and shoved that box to the furthest reach of his mind. He was content enough to know that he was a Knight now, and that at least now he seemed to have a fighting chance.
He had hoped that, with his recent promotion, that others would feel him and decide to stay away, but of course, that would have been assuming the impossible. He knew that the moment he powered up that he ran the risk of attracting unwanted guests, but at this point, he preferred that such guests found him in a state that he could defend himself...
Well, as much as one could defend themselves when their weapon was a beautifully decorated but utterly useless chalice and their attire, though now sporting a fanciful headdress and collar, looking as flimsy as it actually was, could.
It was his luck then that the aura he felt was a familiar and admittedly welcoming, and unless that page was looking for a spar, there'd be no need to exchange blows or figure out how he would do such a thing, given his constricting and problematic attire. By the time the page was upon him, he managed to muster as kind a smile as he could, turning to face the page and biting back his initial response of cursing.
"Oh, another Cosmos page... she'd be pleased to see you, assuming she hasn't met you already." Sarras may have been smiling, but his tone wasn't all that pleasant. Not that it was her fault- he simply couldn't look at another Cosmos page and his mind not be drawn to her. "But sure, why not? It ain't safe to travel these streets alone, you know. You're new, I'm guessin'?"

"Uh she?" She was confused who was he talking about but decided not to press the issue "er merci. I guess I'm kinda new, I awoke like 2 weeks ago." She felt kind awkward now that she was walking with this man. Even though he was smiling his tone wasn't friendly. Had she made him mad, but she had barely spoken to him, how could she have offended him already. Was it cause I called him friend but that couldn't have been enough to make him mad. She seemed to do this a lot recently upset people when they just meet, was she doing something wrong. Hver had also been upset when they'd met, sure she said it wasn't anything Hyperborea did but now she was having her doubts since she had upset the second Cosmos person she'd meet. Well I'll just have to try and turn it around.
"I'm Hyperborea by the way. You're a Cosmos knight right? I guess that kinda makes us family, like shield-brother and shield-sister." She gave a slight chuckle.
"Anyway I thought it'd be nice to get to know another Cosmos person."

When the Page admitted to being awoken only 2 weeks prior, Sarras had to work extremely hard to not want to sneer, knowing that if any of it came out that the poor girl would probably thing she had done something to offend him. Though, by the way she apologized, she might have already felt that way, and now it was up to him to try and salvage whatever relationship that he was destined to have with this page now. It'd be what Hvergelmir would have wanted, though he felt he owed her nothing anymore.
"Yeah, she. Hvergelmir. I'm surprised if you haven't met her already... she's got this thing for Cosmos knights," Sarras said, tapping his nose as though to indicate that such a thing was traceable by scent, before crossing his arms over his chest. He tried not to sound too gruff or angry, but he didn't exactly have the best memories of the knight in question and some of that may have rubbed off on him the wrong way entirely. Or maybe he just never pegged himself to be a friendly person and the idea of someone rushing up to him and calling him 'friend' right off the bat pestered him? It was hard to pinpoint the exact reason, but he was trying his best not to be too surly. "But never mind that. It's not important, I guess."
Despite his poor mood, he couldn't help but offer the smallest hint of a grin when she introduced herself and counted him as a 'shield-brother'. Considering his own warped family, having to consider the other Cosmos knights family wasn't too crazy of an idea. Might actually have been normal!
"Nice to meet you, Hyperborea. What's with Cosmos women and long-winded 'h' names anyway? The name's Sarras, and yeah, the flimsy, gaudy outfit's a dead giveaway, along with a completely useless weapon," Sarras said, summoning his chalice for her to see. It was nice to look at, but hardly battleworthy, as he was keen on pointing out. "There's some magic to it, but unless you're lookin' for a high, utterly useless. Maybe you'll luck out and get somethin' more useful... Cosmos may favor the fairer sex, after all."
That last bit made him uncomfortable, though he wasn't sure why. "Are Cosmos knights that rare?"

Hyperborea giggled at Sarras implication that Hver could somehow smell a Cosmos knight coming. "Oh Hvergelmir, Yes I've met her. She was nice though she seemed rather down so I'm not too sure she was happy to see me."
"The pleasure is mine, Sarras. And yeah I think it must be a curse for Cosmos knights to get lame weapons." She held up her wrist that had her golden charm bracelet and gave it a little shake. "Its not exactly the sword or lance I imagined a knight having." She gave a good natured chuckle.
"As for Cosmos knights being rare, I really wouldn't know but your the only other one I've meet so far besides Hver. I've meet knights from Mars, Saturn, Mercury, and Earth; a few eternal senshi and a chibi senshi, and a captain and a general. But since I've only meet two cosmos knights so far so its really exciting for me when I find one thats why I was so happy to find you. I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable." She looked down at her feet a little nervous. "So I was wondering if you had any advice since your a full blown knight or maybe any cool stories or maybe you could tell me about your wonder."

This piqued his interests, but he tried his best not to appear too interested for the moment. After all, he was still holding a grudge against the Cosmos knight, and he didn't want this new page to relay any sort of misinformation back to Hvergelmir. The last thing he wanted her to think was that he forgave her enough to be concerned with her well being! "Hm, that don't seem like her. She might of just had somethin' on her mind at the time. She's been through a lot and seen a lot of sh-stuff that'd drag any sane person down and you might have just caught her at a bad time."
He was curious, of course, but that'd be a mystery he'd solve later. Maybe, if he even cared enough to remember it after this encounter was through. Making amends with the knight that allowed his mother's murderer to escape wasn't really on his to-do list at all and he had no intentions of adding it onto it yet. He looked at what poor Hyperborea was given as a weapon and couldn't help but make a face at it. He didn't understand her good-natured chuckle at all and he shook his head. "Personally I feel like this is some kind of cosmic joke and we're all the fools in it. Or they must not want us to win by saddling us with useless trinkets as weapons when the Negaverse can use swords and blades. You know, useful stuff."
He considered what Hyperborea said about their rarity and gave a shrug, not meaning to belittle her excitement but unable to even pretend he was as excited about the prospect. "A knight's a knight, I suppose, but it's kind of nice to see that you're not the only ones. As long as they're not aligning themselves with the Negaverse, or a certain Mercury knight, they're good in my book."
Which, the mention of that knight's planetary wonder and Hyperborea's question, reminded him of some good advice for the page, as well as a story, though he'd never consider it good. He wanted to shy away from the topic and had even taken a step back, but the idea of abandoning the page on such a note bothered him more than it really should have. "Advice, yes. Cool stories? No, more like horror stories. And what's there to know about my wonder? It's nothing more than a giant pool, floating somewhere in the Cosmos. So which do you want first? Advice, or horror story?"

"Um yeah I know what you mean, I'd much rather have sword. But maybe we're meant to prove that were better than the Negaverse, that we don't need swords just like when Sir Lancelot had to fight unarmed."
She wasn't sure what stuff Hver had seen but it sounded terrible and that made Hyperborea's heart ached for the Knight. Hyperborea hoped that whatever it was Hver had gone through it that she would be able to recover from it and be happy.
She wondered what Mercury knight Serras had a problem with. Aren't we all on the same side, we shouldn't be making enemies with other knights.
Her father had once told her that if something is unpleasant it is best to get it done right away, like ripping off a band-aid. "Um I guess the horror story first and then the advice." She said in a soft voice not liking where this was headed but determined not to ignore the Knight either.

'Great, another ray of sunshine up my a**... that's just what I needed.' Sarras thought, whatever polite smile he forced himself to wear fading ever so slightly, a natural reaction to other's eternal optimism. "Still, I'd feel like our side would have better chances with real weapons, but what the hell do I know? I don't make the rules here."
And truthfully, he didn't want to. Too much power, too much responsibility. All he wanted, all he cared about, was the death of one officer on the other side. If he could at least have that, then perhaps he could put away this entire gig entirely. It was a nice idea, but it seemed such an impossible thing to hope on. If it wasn't Buddingtonite himself making his goal hard, it was his own teammates, it seemed.
She opted for the horror story and was more than happy to oblige. Yes, it'd be trudging through painful memories, but better than than to allow her to think that everyone on their own side was pure of heart and free from sin, himself included. "Alright then. Back when I was naught but a page, even more pathetic looking than I am now, a Mercury page named Mistral asked several of her allies to go on a fetch quest for her. She had found the blueprints of some device that she thought would be useful and needed us to sweep through her Wonder on Mercury. What she failed to tell us was that the floors held traps in them, death traps, all meant to kill intruders. Not neutralize, not capture, but straight up kill. An' of course, we were the intruders."
His head began to hurt and he passed it off that he was simply clenching his teeth too hard. Not at all the images of the devices, the faces of those that failed to return home. "Of the ones that went on the floor I was on, myself and Falias, an Earth squire, were the only ones that survived. The two of us watched as our comrades were picked apart. Crushed in gears, slaughtered by a marionette that Mistral failed to call off until My..."
He couldn't say her name. He couldn't.
"My advice? Don't trust Mistral. Don't trust anyone that went into that hell and has the nerve to justify her actions. Death at the hands of our enemy is a guarantee, but never should we ever fall to the hands of our allies, especially for some stupid trinket that amounts to nothin'."

ChibiGingi I'm so sorry I some how lost this tag and forgot about it "I hear you, a real sword or bow and arrow would be nice but what can we do. At least we have magic, well you have magic I don't."
When he recounted his horror story, Hyperborea couldn't help but feel tears staring to form. Why would a wonder have death traps, why wouldn't a knight know about the dangers of her own wonder.
She couldn't stop herself from throwing her arms around the older cosmos knight, tears now freely flowing. "Thats so horrible. I'm so sorry that happened to you. And all those poor knights who didn't make it. I can't even imagine how awful that must have been. I never realized wonders could be dangerous like that."
She wasn't sure what to make of his advice, on the one hand this Mistral did seem untrustworthy if she let so many others die because of her but then again Hyperborea wasn't there and in fact had never even met this Mistral of Mercury. She didn't want to prejudge someone before she had even met them but still what Sarras said hit her pretty hard. She decided to figure it out later. "I agree we can't be hurting each other when the enemy is already so strong." Was all she said.
