Making Jewelry
-Chizu looooves to go to bead shops and find all sorts of sparkly things to turn into wearable art. She mainly works with beading wire rather than string since it breaks less, and tends to work with glass or crystal or stone, instead of plastic beads. She finds it peaceful to create a pattern and turn her idea into reality. She makes anything and everything, even little rings out of stretch string! Occasionally she'll make sun catchers or keychains, but usually she sticks to wearable creations.

Collecting Manga
-Anything from the most shojo of shojo, princesses and frills and lace and sweets, all the way to the most seinin and shonen series filled with Super Seiyan's and Mechas, Chizuru reads it all. But she doesn't just read it. She collects it. Preferring to own her books rather than rent them from the library, Chi takes pride in keeping her books pristine and in perfect condition. If she gets the first book in a series, she will go out of her way to hunt down anything else related to the series, even crossover series. Sure, she'll read just about anything and collect it, however she will also look into the author of series she enjoys more than others and try to find all of the works by them as well. If she got into Full Moon wo Sagashite, you can bet that everything else by Arina Tanemura would be in her shelves as well.



Virtues:

-Outgoing: Chizu is quite outgoing and not shy in the least. She isn't anything close to quiet and isn't afraid of taking the lead in things. She is loud and vibrant, always eager to meet new people and usually quite talkative.

-Adventurous: Discovering new places, finding rare books on an outing after hunting through stacks after stacks, seeking out and taking the lesser traveled path. All of these things are what Chizu lives for. Her energetic nature and stamina to spare let her explore and keep going for hours.

-Brave: Though she's childish, Chizu will put aside at least her fears and face down situations. She may complain about it later, or at least whine a little, but she will do what has to be done. She will stare down a centipede or even face down a peer to do what needs to be done.

Frank: You can always count on Chizuru to tell you the truth. She sees no point in lying or sugar coating something as it wouldn't benefit the person if they only find out later. She can come off a little brash, telling you exaaactly what she thinks about that outfit and that yes, it does indeed make your butt look huge, but she honestly means well. This doesn't mean she'll just hop into a conversation with unsolicited words and opinions, but if asked point blank, like if she happens to like something, she will certainly let you know.




Flaws:

-Impatient: Chizu hates waiting. Patience is a virtue that she absolutely does not have. She will whine and complain and fidget until things get moving again. If she is forced to wait, she will definitely make it known that she isn't all that cool with having to sit there.

-Materialistic: If one's worth could be valued in terms of items owned, Chi would be set forever. She prides herself on her physical items far too much and values tangible things over the intangible almost every time. She whines and complains if she has to give up one of her possessions and gets upset if she can't buy something new.

Childish: Though she's 16 already, Chizuru is still quite the child. She pouts and huffs and whines and complains if she doesn't get her way. This is partly due to being spoiled by her family for being the "baby" of the siblings, but also partly due to her own selfish nature and not wishing to grow up.

A little too Frank: Though it can be a good thing.....Chizu takes her honesty a liiiiiittle too far. Because she doesn't believe in lying when asked her thoughts, she will often say exactly what she thinks, often leading to hurting those around her.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: blue-green and wide/childlike

Hair: a wine red fushia (link ref to come). Pulled into pigtails with buns resembling ears almost. Her bangs are sort of side swept but cover her forehead

Face: diamond shaped

Clothes: Usually wearing jeans (regular or shorts.....most likely jean shorts) and t shirts with skate shoes. She dresses for activity.

Hello there, Lady Yukaharu! I'm here to offer some crit, as requested.

First, on the civilian side. The hobbies require more elaboration. If you take a look at other quests, you can see that there's a sort of format: the hobby, and then a description about the character's "relationship" with the hobby, so to speak. The flaws seem fine from here, though I feel the virtues (at least Outgoing and Frank) could also use a little more elaboration. It seems that, on the flaws, you included actual behaviors; perhaps if you threw some of those into the virtues, it would help to fill things out a bit.

Now, for the powered side. Could you please link your senshi's planet/celestial body in your quest? It's simply a good thing to have around. The attacks need some tweaking; 12 feet is a little bit large for a Basic attack. I would recommend a 6 foot area. The Super attack area can be kept at 8 if the adjustment is made to the Basic attack. Most Eternal attacks only have 1 use due to their power, so maybe you should reduce it to that. A little detail on the severity of the burn would also be helpful (you do imply that it's just a "singe," but a little more specificity would be good); naturally, it can't be a massive, debilitating burn, but the more detail the better.
