Bisera gave a bit of a sighing sound as he looked from side to side, on hand lifting up to scratch it against his chin. He'd been tossed outside, told to 'get some fresh air' by his mother, something that he had wanted to argue about, to say that he was busy with what he was doing... but she wouldn't have had that. No, there was no arguing with the woman. Given she kept his father in line, a man that Bisera was exactly like, he supposed she must know well how to deal with people like them. As such, here he was... and the question became, what should he do now?
He supposed that since he was outside, and he had his pack, he could go out and look for new and interesting materials to make jewelry out of? He had recently been spending the majority of his time sketching ideas for how he was going to use the Gorogorum Scales that his father had gotten for him. They were a beautiful, if rare, material, and he wanted to make only the most beautiful things out of them. As such maybe it would be best for him to find similar but far more common materials to practice with first? It was a good plan, one that would allow him to save the rare scales for when he felt he was ready to use them.
Giving a nod he set to checking over what he'd brought outside with him, making sure that everything was in order, before he started forward. While seeking out the stand in for the scales he would also keep an eye out for shiny stones, horns, bone, anything that could be useful to his dream job. Starting forward his deep indigo eyes scanned from side to side, scanning the ground for anything interesting, more focused at what he might find there then anything else around him.

While this one was treasure hunting, Daelin was taking time away from ...everything, really, to work on his form. He had to work out more, honestly. Walking was going to take a lot of leg strength and he didn't want to look like some kind of freak with giant tree trunk legs and a skinny upper half. He went out to try to find a good secluded area to do some pull ups. Of course this required a tree with branches that were sturdy and at the right height... Not that he was short or anything, but it wasn't common to find the right kind of tree to begin with.
It took a bit, but he found it. The other half of this tree looked dead for some reason, but the limb he was going to use looked thick and even enough. So, getting under it, he jumped up and grabbed hold of the branch with both hands. He hung there, legs curled and tucked almost to his stomach, for only a few heartbeats before he started to pull himself up, feeling his arms straining.
Though secluded, he knew he wasn't too far from a village, or a settlement, whatever. Someone was bound to find him sooner or later, so he might as well make the most of it now.

Bisera gave a little humming sound as he walked along, pausing from time to time when something caught his attention, scooping up random things as he went. Nothing really good at the moment, just a couple pretty rocks, but he was sure that there was something around worth while! All he needed was something useful, something that would make for a pretty piece, maybe even something that would impress his father! The man always seemed to find the best materials, as though they called to him. He wanted such a skill! There was a sound, the creaking of a tree, and then something shining that caught his full attention, making him turn around completely. He blinked a couple times as he found himself not starring at a shiny treasure but instead at a... sweaty warrior? He blinked a couple times, then tilted his head to one side, "Not... exactly what I was looking for." He mused to himself, though the way he was hanging there did give him ideas. The way he was moving, the shapes the man's body made, it had him giving a thoughtful sound before he set to digging into his pack, dragging out some paper and a writing utensil. Squatting down the blond set to work sketching the other man, as well as the ideas that the guy was giving him. It wasn't exactly beautiful or rare materials but he still made a good model.

Daelin was slowly counting in his head every time he raised himself. He got a few good ones in before his arms started shaking even more than they did in the beginning. Sweat was pooling down his face, rolling down his neck and onto his arms where it dripped onto the earth beneath him. He grunted a bit when his hand threatened to slip and just adjusted, swinging himself from side to side for a second. There. With his grip back he pulled himself up with effort, face going red from the strain. Even his hair was starting to stick to his face.
This kept going until he felt a pair of eyes on him and his eyes glanced around before settling on the other man that looked knee deep in scribbling something. With one final pull up Daelin let go of the branch and landed on his feet with a thump, his arms dropping to his side. They felt dead almost. He rolled his shoulders as he stood there, staring.
"What are you doing?"

Bisera didn't seem to react to Daelin talking to him, in fact he hadn't even noticed that he'd released the tree branch to come over to where he was squatted down, sketching. It was after he'd filled the paper, and lifted his head to look toward the man to get another good look at him, that he even realized that the man was there. It was a big enough shock that he gave a squeak, tipping over backwards, and landed on his back. He blinked a couple times, laying there starrng up at the sky, before he forced himself to sit up slowly. "Ahh... sorry... hello there." He said, a bit of a flush on his cheeks. He glanced up at the other man, his model, then his eyes went wide as he realized the fact that the sketches that he'd made of the stranger were strewn about after he tipped over. Giving a squeak he set about gathering them up into a messy pile, then hugged the papers to his chest, "Ummm... hello." He starred up at the man a moment, glanced away, then, as he found himself unable to resist anymore he looked back. Taking a couple steps closer to the man he found himself starring at him again for a long moment before he said, "Those jewels on your cheeks are quite beautiful." He said, finding that the color of them went so well with the mans eyes, "Oh! Peridot and some sort of pink stone, rose quartz, maybe, or a pink garnet? Oh! Coral could work too, what do you think?"

Just how long was this other man going to ignore him? Daelin put his hands on his hips and tapped his foot impatiently as he waited to be acknowledged. He worked his jaw a little and was just about to say something else when the man seemed to tune into being watched. Or rather, finally just looked up and then was startled enough to actually let the pages he was working on get strewn about.
With a roll of his eyes Daelin went to gather them as well, the ones furthest away from the other when he noticed some of these looked like him. Handing the pages over to the now confused other, the brunette listened to him ramble.
"I don't know what you're talking about, but why are you spying on me and drawing me?" He definitely had a bit of an annoyed tone to him. Shouldn't he have gotten permission or something? And why did this bug him so much?

Bisera blinked a couple times, looking confused. He didn't know what he meant? He thought about what it was that he had said, then tilted his head to one side, "Oh! You know, gemstones. Peridot is a bright green stone, it's like your eyes, and then the others match the pretty stones on your cheeks." He explained to him in a run, though he supposed that comparing his features to jewels and calling them beautiful might have sounded odd, huh? He should explain further, "I was just thinking that the stones would look nice together in a piece of jewelry." "Huh? S-Spying?! Oh! No... well... sort of, I guess." He flushed a little then shook his head, "I didn't mean to spy, exactly, it was your body... no! No, not like that, I mean the forms as you were exercising, it was inspiring!" He said, his words rushed as he took a couple steps back as though he was sure that he was probably saying all of the wrong things. He'd never exactly excelled with people, doing far better when he was on his own, just lost in his work. The first time he goes out in forever and he instantly found himself doing something foolish, oops. Giving a shake of his head he said, "I was just... Ahh... s-sorry..." He trailed off, feeling if he said more he would end up digging himself a pit to throw himself in with this stranger.

He rubbed a hand over his sweat drenched face and then shook his head. Why was he just prattling on about gemstones? Oh. He makes jewelry. Of course he does. Daelin pushed a hand through his hair now and then shook his head as he fanned himself a bit. As the other male started talking about his body, he just let a smirk come over his face and walked around a bit, trying to cool down properly before thinking of a response.
"Well, my body is my best feature, as some have pointed out." Not that he was overly muscular or anything, but you could tell he took care of himself. With more time and a harder work out he'd be a prime example of manliness! These thoughts did cause him to flex without thinking though and he just eyed the other.
"Your model's name is Daelin." With that, he looked expectant and a bit impatient. "At least tell me your name."

Bisera blinked a couple times when the other man suddenly said that his body was his best feature, something that had the blond nodding dumbly before giving him a smile, "It really is amazing! It's given me so many ideas." He murmured, then flushed a little, "I mean... I mean for jewelry! I am not thinking anything deviant, I promise!" He said the last bit in a rush, not wanting him to think that he was thinking anything perverse about him or his body... Oops. Blinking a couple times as the other man suddenly introduced him, a little surprised by it. He fell for a moment silent before he was able to find his voice again when the other demanded his name, "Oh! S-Sorry about that Daelin, my name is Bisera." He said in a rush, not wanting to appear rude, "I-It's really nice to meet you! And I am sorry for sketching you without your permission... I was just, you know, mesmerized."

Well he hadn't thought the other was being a deviant or a pervert. He did now. He eyed the other male and just watched him flail about for the words he was looking for and then sighed. He was apparently scaring the other, or at least making him nervous. With one last stretch of his arms, Daelin sat down in front of Bisera and then just rested his arms across his folded legs.
"So you make jewelry?" A subject change away from himself. "What's so fascinating about it?" Daelin didn't really create anything. His fingers weren't as nimble as crafters, so he stuck to learning to fight with them. Other than flustered this Bisera person wasn't really ticking on any of his radars for a threat or a potential threat, so maybe he could make himself relax even further.

Bisera blinked a couple times, starring at Daelin as the other man can to sit down before him, something that he was a little surprised by. Instead of thinking Bisera was crazy and walking away he was going to stay? It was something that had Bisera giving him a bit of a smile, "I-I..." He trailed off, then shook his head, giving Daelin a smile. That he was staying was something that made him happy, because the last thing he wanted was to chase the guy off. He really didn't get out much and the idea of chasing off the first person he ran across when he actually left the house would be quite embarrassing. "Huh? Oh! Yes, I do, well at least I try to. My father is so much better at it but I hope to be nearly that talented one day." He said that in a happy and excited manner, wanting nothing more then to be able to make beautiful pieces like what he had seen his father make in the past. Bisera found himself starring for a long moment at Daelin, his mind whirling. What was so fascinating about it? Wait... was he talking about the jewelry making or Bisera's earlier comment about his body being so mesmerizing? He flushed slightly at the thought and decided that he would assume that it was the latter to avoid embarrassing himself further. Giving a bit of a smile he said, "Oh, everything about making jewelry is fascinating! Being able to design something from scratch, matching the colors of the metals with the various jewels, carving beads by hand, even just going out to gather materials! Everything about it is so amazing!" He said, talking about his future career in an excited tone of voice.

Once more the other started fishing for words and Daelin just gave a completely unimpressed look. Use your words, Bisera. Honestly. He had half a mind to reach out and smack him, or at least give him a shake to get those words unstuck and in some kind of working order. Yes, he knew that's not how the mind worked, but damn it. He hated when people floundering, especially with himself or when he had to directly listen to it. He rubbed a hand through his bangs again before Bisera finally started to make sense. So it was a family trait? Interesting. Daelin listen a bit more before looking at his hands. Hm. He couldn't make anything. He was good with fighting, good with sword play, and working out, but making things? He'd be similar to a giant trying to play a harp. It just wouldn't work out well in the least bit. "More power to you." He shrugged. This was awkward. Conversing was awkward. "We all have our own ways of keeping busy, I suppose. But do you even know how to protect yourself from bandits or angry drunks?"

Bisera dark blue eyes went a little wide, head tilting to one side at the questions posed to him, "Ahhh... well..." He couldn't help but to flush a little bit, "Not exactly." By which he meant not at all. It was one of those conversations that he seemed to have with his older brothers constantly when they were around, about how he should get serious and learn how to fight instead of doing what he normally did. He could only hope that Daelin was a bit different from his older brothers or else things were likely to get uncomfortable fast he thought to himself.
"I... I don't really fight, I just... you know, make thing." He said, giving a half shrug, as though he didn't really know what else to say. Fighting was just not his strong suit, he got distracted to easily. His brothers always told him that he would only end up complimenting an enemy on the accessories they were wearing if he was ever attacked. It was a taunt on their part but also likely something that would be true as well since Bisera was far more interested in creating then destroying.

Well... He couldn't say Bisera wouldn't be an easy target for a mugging. The man didn't even look like he knew how to hold himself to be a little intimidating at all. He rubbed his neck and let a deep frown settle on his wide lips. Daelin wasn't sure he could just let the other go without something. "Look, I'll tell you what. Just..." He sat himself up straight, pulled his shoulders back, and looked at the other. "Do this. Try to make yourself look bigger when you think someone's coming towards you. You look so dainty that you'd be marked as an easy target." Honestly Daelin wasn't trying to insult him. It could come off that way, but honestly? Nope. He was trying to help. He was just a little harsh with his wording.

Bisera tilted is head to one side as Daelin gave a frown, something that he took to meant that he had said the wrong thing. Not that he was surprised at all by that. He knew that being tough and being able to handle one's self in a fight was really important to some people. Daelin must be one of them. As he told that he should try to make himself look bigger if someone was coming at him he did just that, trying his best to copy the stance that Daelin had taken. He was standing up straighter, shoulder's back, looking taller, and... wow did he have some really pretty hair too, didn't he? It was a nice color of brown, a similar color to some stones that he'd found in this area as well as some wooden beads he'd carved in the past. No, no, he was supposed to be paying attention! Daelin was trying to help him out and h ewas going to do his best to follow the other man's direction! He supposed to be learning how he could make himself look like less of an easy target for possible bandits. Though he couldn't help but wonder if even puffed up like a Sailscale if he'd be able to intimidate anyone. He'd put his money on no... but he wouldn't say that out loud, not when Daelin was being so nice about all of this. Relaxing once more he gave Daelin a smile and said, "Thank you for the lesson, it's very kind of you." To run across a guy would not only forgive his strange behavior but also let it slide and teach him how to look tougher, it was his lucky day really.
