It worried him how much, if anything, would be expected or known already of Herger and Nærøyfjord. The name of the fief even, Nærøyfjord, was not some great secret in those dreams. The Negaverse could canvas the whole of that land, surely, and sniff out the Wonder when he went missing. Why they hadn't already was puzzling. For Nærøyfjord, or for any of the other known Earth Wonders- Lyonesse? Camelot? The mythic status of those might have some help to keeping them safe. Nærøyfjord was on every map of the planet, though. It was easy to find. Will Buddingtonite and Serpentine already know and guess at first seeing him that it was Titan once? And what came after we died on that hill beneath the trees? Were all the connections sought out? Were others tortured and turned, so that they revealed to the Sovereigns all the names and locations of companies that provided food and supply to the Resistance? If that is so, Anna and all there will be in danger if they try the hand of a shipping company again. We should not repeat so much. Herger may be no good sort of name. I can add another page to the letter to him as well. An extra warning. But even if that is guarded better...there may be no guarding identity associations of Nærøyfjord himself. If I had dreams...have Laurelite and Apatite?
It occurred only vaguely that he didn't remember their names beside the mayor. A quick check of his little journal, with all the scribbled letters from wakeful hours of the night after bolting upright in a panic didn't list either. Nor images of either. Nor memories of where they had gone or disappeared to- not in discipline for failures or rewards for triumphs. Not in five long years relived in months since. In panged as well as confused. Laurelite has been the small anchor left, really. I do not with to bring any dishonor to her feet. It is all I bring to any, now. Pain and deceit. The ties I made by my own words have gone so falsely that every word and deed I do IS turned to ash and blood. There's nothing but going forward. I have broken the worst of faiths already with Mother, Family, and Lover. The last of the visible lords above me can be no worse. She is not Obsidian.
So he put pen down again, tracing careful words to make it as legible as he could. He couldn't remember clearly if it was Laurelite or Apatite that had come from Europe. Either one probably knew who had assumed their old position as commander of forces for the region. It never seemed like there was much news from other parts of the globe other than they did exist.

I must go back to Sweden with my family. I will compete for Sweden, and live there. I would like to transfer to Europe Sovereign's service. But I will finish service here what I started. Unfinished business is no honor done for our Kvaen. On the bull of Mars I have more news.
*Princess Iris is why the tacos in the last receipt. I believe she is what made kairatos from captain realgar.
*The name 'Rift' is known to knights. I follow some advice from Konge Zinkenite and tried talking to some knights. They ask about it. I do not know who they learn it from.
*They know 'quota' as our word. I don't know how they know.
*It might all be from losing realgar. He might have memory to tell them how these are. Or maybe from other others we have lost. We lost sushi vespa not long months.
*Kairatos is still good warrior but refuses the Negaverse. Without armsmen to stand beside him, like linarites to Konge Zinkenite, he won't work. I suggested he made youma or killed.
He is a knight, which is more power than I have. I think I can find a youma to command that will help me. I think it will work. I will bring his starseed, or token of him to you as proof of his finish.

A quick double check made sure that every sentence started with a capital letter, as well as countries and the names of proper people and their important titles. He thought he had it right, or at least something that would show him both dedicated and diligent enough to be thought all that he was- a painfully suffered fool cut short and no real loss before wasting a higher rank on him in the end. But at least one who'd been doing something of his job. Was that important?
With the already second guessing if the whole ruse had any point at all? He massaged his temples a moment, stuffed the letter into an envelop and rose to see about it's delivery. It will have to do.
