EQUINATION HIRING THREAD
Hiring: 2-3 colroists, 1-2 managers, 1 certist
Expectations: We at Equination want to see people who are willing to make the customers happy, learn and grow and try to keep their work clean and consistent. We want our staff to have fun and we support imagination and new ideas! We work as a team, where the colorists worry about coloring and quality, and the management worry about running the event, so the colorists are not piled under by too much work.
Payment: The payment will depend on what kind of colorist you are hired to be, but the rates and perks are as follows:
Certists jobs are as follows:
Cert new ponies
adjust stats on certs when points are spent from training
updating the owners list
keep up with growings
being active in the shop thread
making training passes
Certists get:
6000 gold per cert (negotiable)
1000 per updated cert (for racing stats)
1 free full custom by colorist of choice per month for self
1 free semi-custom for a friend
100% of training pass fees (50% if shop has 2 certists)
can participate in ALL events as a patron
Managers jobs are as follows:
Updating the allotment thread
sometimes help with updating events (but rarely)
updating the training registry thread (certist makes training passes)
organizing the guild and event threads (current to over/old)
being active in the shop thread
getting pg 2 ready for events and cleaning out old ones.
if no events are planned for a large time frame, can plan an event for the colorists to do but must be non-mandatory
updating codes for quote grabs and staff list ect.
Managers get:
2.5 mil a month
1 free full custom a month for self by colorist of choice
1 free full custom a month for a friend y colorist of choice
1 free ANY TIME breeding a month for self or friend by colorist of choice
can participate in ALL events as a patron
Guest colorists can color for what ever events they want to, and or dont want to. They do not have to color for mandatory events. However once they sign up for an event, they must complete the quota. A guest colorist may make freebies for an event they want to with out having to sign up for it. guest colorists can hold small games and events upon approval. Guest colorists get 1 free breeding every 2 months (if slots are available)
Guest colorists keep:
Auctions: No auction allowed unless permission is given
All other sales: 60%
Breedings: Not allowed
Customs: Not allowed
Part time colorists can have a breeding/custom shop. Part time colorists get one free semi custom or one free breeding a month. They are required to participate in all mandatory events, Just their work load will be lighter than the full time colorists.
Part time colorists may make fun little mini games for pets they have colored in the events thread upon approval, once a month.
Part-time colorists can only make 3 customs a month.
Part time colorists keep:
Auctions: 100%
All sales: 80%
Breedings: 100%
Customs: 100%
Full time colorists are required to have breeding/custom shop. Full time colorists get full time benefits. They get one free FULL custom or breeding or gift pet (custom to give to some one else) a month. Full time colorists may hold upon approval, mini games in the events thread as often as they wish to request.
Full time colorists can make 5 customs a month.
Full time colorists keep:
Auctions: 100%
All sales: 90%
Breedings: 100%
Customs: 100%
Applications: All applications will be looked over and considered by Muse, Mark and the other two staff we cave currently. The choice is ultimately Muse's and Mark's but all input is considered.
All you need to do is visit the hiring thread and fill out the correct application.
You will need to color the provided sample lines (for colorists) and can provide other samples from other places and post it in the hiring thread.
