Strength:
-Vegeta has repeatedly shown his ability to smash an opponent multiple times in short periods, and send them flying huge distances over massive land or sea formations.
-Vegeta has been shown to train at 450x earth's normal gravity. After doing some quick calculations (estimating that Vegeta weighs about 200 lbs because of muscles), the result is that Vegeta can lift about 45 tons in base form.
-Vegeta's rate of attacks is extremely high, as he delivers multiple attacks to his opponent per second.
-Vegeta has been shown to break out of a time-freeze by Guldo while on Namek.
-Considering we previously decided that Goku can bench about 2500 tons at maximum strength, I think that number is rather fair to apply to Vegeta also, as he is almost, if not on par with Goku on strength.
Speed:
-Considering that Vegeta is close to Goku's equal, I find it a fair estimate to say that Vegeta is also around 99% light speed. After all, Vegeta has been shown to successfully keep up with Goku's speed many times.
Durability/Endurance:
-Vegeta has taken a massive hole directly through his chest by Krillin when attempting to become a Super Saiyan. Vegeta was shown to survive for a long period of time before Dende finally decided to heal him.
-Vegeta was able to take on Goku and many of his friends, single handedly, during his first appearance on Earth.
-Vegeta took a prolongued beating by Frieza on Namek, while still managing to not be knocked out. Quite literally, Vegeta was being excessively tortured, but it took a very long time for him to actually die.
-Vegeta acted as a punching bag for Kid Buu while Goku gathered a Spirit Bomb. He did this after already losing most of his endurance.
-Vegeta, with minor help from Gohan and Krillin, was able to take on the majority of the Ginyu Force for a prolongued period of time.
Intellect:
Not too much is known about Vegeta's intelligence. From what is shown, he recived no form of education throughout the series. He may have possibly recieved some kind of education while on planet Vegeta, but that is still unknown. Either way, Vegeta tends to excel in battle-intellect.
-Vegeta devised a plan to massively increase his strength during the battle with Frieza. He made Krillin attack him to the brink of death, and then after Dende healed him, Vegeta had gained a great deal of strength.
-Vegeta is the founder of USSJ (Ultra Super Saiyan). He developed this variation to SSJ while in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
-Vegeta discovered a way to break through Guldo's time-freeze. This may have been pure strength, but that is unknown, and could still possibly be a discovery of weakness to the technique.
-Vegeta used Babidi's mind controlling abilities to his advantage, thus, greatly increasing his strength after being taken over.
-Vegeta realized that the only way for Goku to gather enough energy for the Spirit Bomb was to basically make himself an open target for Kid Buu. Though this required a brutal beating from Kid Buu, Goku would have not had time to gather energy otherwise.
Fighting Skill:
-Vegeta is known to be second best to Goku, who is top in the DBU.
-He has shown to be an overall better fighter than almost all enemies he has faced, ones who had the universe trembling at the sound of their name.
-Vegeta was known as a Saiyan Elite on his home planet, one of the most illustrious fighters around.
-Though there are no real flaws in his fighting style, Vegeta tends not to use other fighting techniques, such as grabs, but his style in still very effective against many enemies.
Techniques/Powers:
-Ki Flight: With this, Vegeta can fly while the level of Ki consumption by this is almost nothing. While flying at high speeds, Vegeta can skim massive areas of land and sea in a few seconds.
-Ki Blasts: Energy waves that Vegeta can create using limited amounts of Ki. Ki Blasts have been shown to be able to destroy huge areas of land. These are often powered up and used in one big blast, or used in multiple, weaker blasts. Using these in multiple blasts is quite effective if the opponent is caught off guard.
-Gallick Gun: A technique similar to the Kamehameha Wave. Vegeta first used this attack in order to destroy planet Earth. However, it is later revealed that Vegata can most likely destroy the Solar System with this attack, if not with another attack (Goku's Kamehameha was proven to have that capability, and since Vegeta's overall abilties are very similar to his, chances are that Vegeta could destroy the Solar System as well.)
-Big Bang Attack: An attack that Vegeta developed after becoming a Super Saiyan. It is a medium sized energy ball with great destructive ability. Vegeta used this attack to finish off Android #19.
-Final Flash: Believed to be Vegeta's most poweful attack. It is a massive ki beam, far larger than any other ki beam he knows, and it was used against Cell during the Cell Games (note that Vegeta was able to greatly damage 100% Perfect Cell while only in his Super Saiyan form, while it took a Super Saiyan 2 Gohan to defeat him).
-Atomic Blast: An attack developed by Vegeta in his Majin form. This is a more narrow ki blast, and is used for piercing through the opponent. Vegeta used this attack to put a clear hole directly through Majin Buu.
-Ultimate Final Skill: A self-destruct attack used by Vegeta when his options ran out against Majin Buu. Vegeta literally summons every last ounce of strength in him, and releases it in a massive ki explosion around him. When using this attack on Majin Buu, the attack seemed to stretch for many miles in every direction. This attack also blew Majin Buu to such tiny bits that you couldn't even see them anymore. After using this attack, Vegeta is turned to what seems to be ash/stone, and he becomes lifeless.
-Ki Rings: A paralyzing attack that is used to pin down the opponent to some kind of solid formation. Goku appeared to have a very difficult time escaping from the rings while around his arms and legs.
-False Moon: A ki ball that somehow triggers a Saiyan's transformation into an Oozaru. However, this technique is now useless to Vegeta, as he lost his tail and can no longer become an Oozaru.
-Final Shine: Little is known about this attack. It was used once by Vegeta, and could be a one-handed, quicker variation of the Final Flash.
-Super Saiyan (SSJ): A transformation technique that exponentially increases the power, strength, speed and durability of the user and can be maintained for very long periods of time.
-Ultra Super Saiyan (USSJ): A higher version of Super Saiyan. When Vegeta achieved this, his power and strength were almost that of a Super Saiyan 2, but he had a major lack of speed due to bulging muscles. This was never used again.
-Super Saiyan 2 (SSJ2): A level of Super Saiyan that has greater power than USSJ, but muscle mass is not increased at all, and therefore the user achieves excessive power, strength, speed, and durability, greatly exceeding that of a Super Saiyan.
-Super Saiyan 4 (SSJ4): The ultimate level of SSJ. With this, Vegeta gains the pinacle of power that was only exceeded by SSJ4 Goku. This gives Vegeta the ultimate level of power, strength, speed, durability and endurance.
Gear:
The only gear that Vegeta uses is his Saiyan armor. Other than that, his Saiyan space pod could be considered as gear, but he never used it later on in the series.
History:
As a young child, Vegeta grew up on his home planet, known as Vegeta. After being fed up with the Saiyans' performance at taking over planets (as the Saiyans had an agreement with Frieza), Frieza decided to blow up his planet. The only Saiyans known to escape were Vegeta, Goku, Nappa, and Raditz. King Vegeta was killed in the process. Vegeta's life growing up as an adult is unknown, but it is known that he eventually travels to Earth with his right hand man, Nappa. After a terrible performance, Nappa is disposed by Vegeta, and Vegeta takes on the Z Fighters single handedly. After barely managing to escape with his life, Vegeta headed to planet Namek for an immediate recovery. Vegeta then finds out that Frieza is on the planet, and he has no choice but to team up with the Z Fighters and take out Frieza. Eventually, Vegeta loses his life to Frieza, but he is later wished back with the Dragonballs to planet Earth while Goku battled Frieza on Namek. Vegeta ends up living with Bulma and spent most of his days training, in hopes of exceeding the abilities of Goku. During this time, Vegeta achieves the level of Super Saiyan. Cell is later revealed as the next main enemy, and Vegeta and the rest of the Z Fighters are given 10 days to prepare for his menacing "Cell Games", a tournament to decide the fate of planet Earth. Vegeta enters the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with Future Trunks, and he soon attains the level of Ultra Super Saiyan, which he found out was a useless transformation (for reasons stated above). Super Saiyan 2 Gohan ends up defeating Cell, with last minute help from Vegeta's Final Flash. After the Cell Games, Vegeta continued to train day in and day out. After some years, Majin Buu is revealed, along with his wizard master, Babidi. Vegeta is taken over by Babidi's mind control because of his evil heart, and he attains the level of Super Saiyan 2 while being controlled by Babidi. After Buu transforming into Super Buu, Vegeta and Goku fuse into a new fighter, Vegeto. Later realizing that the technique is not enough once Super Buu transformed into Kid Buu, Vegeta and Goku teamed up, even with Hercule, to defeat him once and for all. After the defeat of Buu, Earth was once again at peace, and Vegeta continued to train every day, but with a new intent this time. He realized during the fight with Kid Buu that Goku is simply better than him, and he will have to live with that truth. However, that did not stop Vegeta from becoming more powerful as the days of peace continued . . .
Notes:
The history section is a basic version of Vegeta's events during Dragonball Z. As for now, I won't get into Vegeta's events in GT.
