Name: Eadenur, a name that he will rarely use or share except with those that he trusts most. Otherwise he will merely use the cover name that he's taken on. If he gives someone his real name it shows that they mean a lot to him.
Nickname: 'Bushi', a name taken from the giant turtles of Matori, it's sort of his cover name that he uses so that it's not as easy for the people that might have issue with to trace things back to him. His real name is one he doesn't use while at work.
Stage: Stage Two Pickpocket using Simple Knives.
Race: Oban
Gender: Male
3 Base Traits: Laid Back, Business Minded, and Protective
Personality:At first glance Bushi might look like an intimidating sort of guy given his build, his size, and various other aspects of him like his tattoos and piercings. In all actuality though, despite looking like the sort that might be off getting in fights a lot he's actually a even minded and laid back sort of man. He can't let his emotions get the better of him and still run a successful business after all. He has to consider long and hard everything that he does from the contacts he makes, the clients he takes on, and those that he buys goods from. He has the look of a brute but he's actually a lot smarter then he appears at first glance.
For the most part Bushi is actually a rather laid back sort of guy, the sort that is often seen either lazing about when he isn't working or laughing it up with his friends and family. Despite working a less then scrupulous job it hasn't made him instantly a 'villain' sort, he's still a pretty good guy. At the same time, Bushi is well aware that some of the things that end up in his hands might have been taken from his own people but that isn't about to stop him from making a profit. He will likely be the sort to use the expression 'it's just business' when dealing with such situations.
That isn't to say that he won't defend himself in the need for such a thing arises though. If pushed or threatened he will fight back, be it to protect himself, those he cares about, or his goods with either blade or fist. He'd much rather just rather talk his way out of such situations if at all possible though, that or just use his appearance as an intimidating deterrent. The thing is if he were to choose he would much rather concentrate on his business instead of getting into random fights.
Description: The basics of his description are in the sketch that I made but I have added color swatches for his eyes, hair, and skin. I think that they all fall within what is alright for an Oban but if not let me know which one needs tinkered with.

Build: Bushi is a bear. A big, muscular but kind of chubby, furry sort of guy like in the sketch I did of him. I am not exactly the best when it comes to body hair, I don't draw it a lot, so if the artist wants to fiddle with what I have and make it better she can!
Clothing:Bushi will wear some baggy, comfortable type pants, a sash around his waste, wrists bracers, and a scarf around his neck that he uses to keep the sand away from his mouth and nose when traveling. Not sure if I want him to wear a shirt or not, I would say whatever is easiest on the artist given Bushi's build and fuzziness.
The coloration of it will be normal Oban fare and any patterns are totally up to the artist that takes him. Have fun with his clothing and feel free to fiddle around with anything to make it all tie together.
Accessories: He will carry some pouches on his belt for him to carry his money in, as well as smaller items that he will buy and sell on the go, and maybe a pack over one shoulder that will also be laden with goods.
Other then that he has some piercings in his left ear, as shown in the sketch that I did of him that I would like him to have. Other piercings can be done as well, eye brows, nose, lip, anything the artist wants to add as he will love that sort of thing. Piercings seem to be one of the few bits of jewelry that he wears though. Otherwise he isn't really the sort to flaunt the wealth he has.
Not sure if it goes here, would tattoos be an accessory? I'd like him to have some though, maybe an arm piece that goes up one arm, over the shoulder, and partly onto his chest? That would look really cool!
History: Eadenur, or Bushi as he would later come to call himself, was an orphan, with no family that he could recall or speak of. What might have happened to them is anyone's guess, not something he knew nor did those in charge of the orphanage he lived for the first part of his life. After reaching a certain age he was tossed out of the orphanage as the space he took up was needed for others much younger. From there he ended up living on the streets, doing what he needed to do to survive, and was something that caused him to end up with his less then straight moral compass.
He has since made his own 'family' that consists of others like him, those that he ran with when he was younger, those he works with currently, and those that deals with when he returns to Oba. As if to make sure that he didn't have to run the risk of being alone again as he was when he was a child he ended up with a whole network of people that he he keeps in contact with. Despite having a lot of various friends spread through out the various cities in Oba he had yet to actually find someone that he liked seriously. Instead seeming to be completely focused instead of work, wanting to go from being nobody to being someone important.
Bushi started out as a street runner and a thief himself, along with some of his friends, but it wasn't something he seemed to excel at. The job wasn't for everyone but in the process he did learn that he had a knack for selling what his friends gathered, something that led to him ending up as a fence for the group instead of a thief. In taking on that job he ended up with quite a few contacts around Oba, learning the preferences of his buyers, and he will get in contact with them if he finds a piece he thinks a person might enjoy. His job has allowed him to make a good deal of money, though despite having that money he doesn't show it off. Given the job that he works he knows well that those who flaunt their wealth end up getting stolen from. He'd rather keep such people on his side instead of turning them against him.
As such he lives comfortably, in a small place of his own in a small city in Oba, though he doesn't spend a lot of time there. Despite his love of lazing about he seems to be on the road more often then he is at home. It will be in his travels that he meets someone who will end up causing his business first life to end up getting greatly shaken up.
Stage Two TiesPahana: Bushi's 'Little Sprite' as he will come to call her. She is a woman that he is going to catch his eye and he will find himself falling hard for. He will find himself losing out on some sales as well as he takes shiny things that he buys from his various 'suppliers' and gives them over to Pahana instead of selling them which is what he normally does. She will by no means make him a changed man or cause him to join the 'good guys' but he will definitely end up with a major weak spot, as well as a weakness, in her.
Falling in love isn't something that Bushi really ever bothered with, seeing his growing business as being far more important, but that will change after meeting the tiny dancer from the Leaf Tribe.
Ujana: He will end up as a bit of an influence and driving force for Uja as well, someone that she will look up to. In Pidge's words "My step-dad is why I am so amazing."
The Fence: I've chatted about this with Robo but it will also apply to any others out there who end up with thief/bandit type characters. 'Bushi' is the man to come see to sell all your stolen goods! He's only too happy to take hot items off the hands of others and he will then turn around and find buyers for said items.
He will offer decent prices, maybe not the best in the world, but still who else is going to buy up that many stolen goods without too many questions? Negotiations are welcome, but no refunds will ever be offered. If it turns out that he has something that, once upon a time ago, was yours, then wonderful! He may just offer you a discount, provided of course you can actually prove that said item was even yours. Otherwise please, be on your way.
