Moving around the taller buildings in the city the General was taking it easy tonight. he wasn't looking for a fight nor was he looking to socialize with his own this evening, he had too much on his mind and too much in his heart as well. He was too heavy with duties, thoughts, and other things to seek any sort of fights or socializing tonight, too nervous of being questioned among other things.
As he landed on the next buildings roof, something with a wonderful view of the skyline but where everyone on the ground looked like ants, the General paused to admire the view before deciding to find a way to perch himself up there and enjoy the chill air and the view, the noise of the city below.
Finding his balance the blond settled in to enjoy himself for a while and give himself over to relaxing and letting his senses expand so he could pick up on anyone who might seek to bother him, in one form or another.

The night was wonderful.
It was one of those evenings Sailor Phact felt the wind calling her to spread her wings. So she did. Too the roof tops the senshi 'flew' starting small and using her gift to climb higher. If only she could grow true wings and feel what it was like to join her doves in the sky above.
So at one with her climb was she that Phact never noticed how far she had traveled from DCU. Not once did she stop to check what direction she traveled in. And not once did she stop to check if she was alone.
Only when one of her doves flew in front of her face did the senshi in white come to a stop.
Her chest rose and fell as she took in the sights around her. She was in the city high above the rest of the world. The sight made her smile. Throwing out her arms, she felt the breeze on her skin. "This is life." Phact chuckled not realizing she was very much not alone.

The cool air blew against his face, ruffling his hair, and brought a sigh of pleasure from the young General. Fingers ran through his hair before he tucked the strands of hair behind his ears, not that it would keep for long, and closed his eyes as he let himself just enjoy the cool night air.
He could feel someone near by, someone very close, and they weren't on his side but they weren't as strong as him. Hopefully they'd leave him be, he hoped they'd be smart enough to not seek a fight. Slitting his eyes open he let his eye lids drift upward as his eyes opened further and he glanced about, wondering if he could locate this signatures owner. "Where...?" He whispered to himself, the word swallowed up by the wind and dispersed into nothing.

Little did she know that her senses snapping to attention was the result of a strong chaotic aura locating her.
Her entire body snapped to attention as she spun back around to scan the roof tops. The aura was overwhelming and honestly, a little intimidating. But, as she searched, she realized it wasn't moving.
Chances that it had not spotted her were low. Chances that it was not moving were higher.
So Phact stayed still, gazing in the direction she could tell something was coming from. Something about it made her motionless.

Shifting in place, turning, the wind blew at his cape and coat as he glanced about hoping to see where this senshi was. it wasn't that he was looking to start anything with the senshi, he wasn't in the mood for such tonight, but he felt it best to know where the senshi was in case they were stupid enough to approach him.
Tapping a foot he tilted his head a bit before teleporting a few roof tops away, and higher, so eh could get a better view and hopefully see them. Maybe he'd get lucky and spook them out of wherever they were and he'd be able to spot them so he could keep an eye on them, keep them from approaching him - some senshi and knights really were dumb and would come after someone much higher in rank than them.
Rolling his eyes at the thought he stood in his new location and glanced around. "Where...somewhere close.."

The words made her turn on her heels. Phact had been over taken by the aura and when she moved, she saw why.
Standing in shock, she was gazing at the back of a Nega General. Some how, in his teleportation, he had landed himself smack on the same roof as her. But he missed looking behind him.
In her mind, Phact knew that would be quickly corrected when he realized just how close she was.
Teleporting was not an option for her. So her foot began to move back, prepared to make a jump for it. The jump never came.
Loose roof gravel caught under her foot and down Phact went.
