Phact's eyes turned skyward as the cries of geese flying over head reminded her that spring was in the air. The birds were flying home. Well, at least some of them.
She on the other hand was walking through the fading light, alone and in thought. Her mind was on her trips to the moon back in the past few months. Some things were clear, such as a gardens and the quiet, ruins. Other things made zero sense. Those walls that blocked their way to other rooms. The language that she could find no historical trace of in any history book. And the plants she had found remains of. Were they something else she couldn't explain.
"It's one big puzzle." She sighed, leaning against a tree. Let's be honest, she wasn't really on guard but she had to have some excuse to be out there.

Valeria on the other hand wasn't puzzled by things or not paying attention due to said puzzlement. She was aware of her surroundings, it was best to be on guard at all times when like this, so she picked up on the order signature and made her way toward it. In her mind she did wonder if it was that senshi of brooms but almost hoped it wasn't - at least this time. She wanted to, and needed, to get in some training through fighting the enemy. She had to learn and how else to better herself than a fight? Hopefully if wasn't that senshi and this run in didn't turn out like that one had, though it was nice to have a friend in this country...even if it was the enemy.
Rounding a corner she soon came to see the senshi who had gotten her attention. Nope, not Sinistra,...someone else - good. "Well, what is it we have here." Her accent think but her aura weak, though it still told of just what she was almost as much as the marks she bore did. "A little senshi."

With her mind distracted, Phact picked up the incoming chaos signature nearly too late. Had the senshi wanted to, she could have gotten a clear shot at Phact before the white moon senshi even realized she had been targeted. Phact mental cursed herself for allowing such distraction in this form but knew it might happen again. Being a senshi came with freedom.
But it also came with dealing with others.
Snapping around, Phact's eyes caught onto the attire of the other woman and her head leaned to the side. The words came naturally as she just stared at the skirt of the female. "What the heck are you wearing?"
Hey, she majored in fashion in her free time. It was a natural response.

Valeria wanted to laugh, as if she had a choice in her skirt? She had no choice, just as none of them had a choice, but it was her uniform and she was proud of it. It was a symbol of the power she had. The only thing she would like to have changed was her hair length. She didn't see why it had to grow when she powered up much less to this extreme length. It was a hazard for her and others, she liked her hair just as it was when a civilian and while it was pretty like this it was unmanageable and dangerous.
"A uniform - it is the same as you." She said and then decided upon out right attacking, this was not a senshi like that green haired senshi of brooms. This one she could attack and easily so.
Her right hand came up, index and middle fingers pressing to her forehead like a salute of some sort. But this was no salute as she called out an attack, while flicking her fingers toward the unknown senshi. "Mind pause." The dark pink ball of light headed right toward the nearly all white clad senshi.

"Seems a bit more like a science experiment..." But Phact was forced to trail off as she noticed the movement in the girl's arms. What was she doing with her fingers.
But it was too late, even when the words were called out, Phact knew she was too close to try and dodge the silly pink orb that came flying at her. Bringing her hands up to protect her face, the senshi of doves braced for whatever pain would come her way.
None did.
In fact, nothing came her way. She stood there, staring at her arms, looking highly confused as to why they were in a defensive stance. In fact, what was she doing out there in uniform anyway? Not to mention, where was she?
Phact stood there, blinking at her arms, looking at them as if they were the most confusing thing in the word.

A science experiment? Well, given her sphere that would make sense really. She didn't mentioned it though as she waited to see her attack, her magic, take hold of the senshi.
She had only used her attack once before so really didn't know all it's effects, she wasn't familiar with it, but when she saw the confusion across the others face she moved in to swing a punch at the other senshi, taking advantage of the others situation.
"My uniform looks like science experiment, as you said, because I am the corrupted senshi of brains." She said even as he fist swung at the other, her heels having brought them closer together. It was a heeled shoe which was the follow up to the swung fist, aiming a kick at the other. She really did hope this didn't get in to an intense fight where her hair become a hindrance or even a weapon as it might, likely, would become.

As the fight began it made little difference to the two Senshi that sat high in the tree Phact had only just leaned against was a bright twinkling light. Its presence would be found soon if either had the chance to look above but right now in the middle of the fight the little twinkling light went unheeded. It would remain trying to catch their attention until the fight was over but would disappear as soon as they left.
Rules:

The daze that Sailor Phact was in kept her from seeing the first punch as it made contact with her arm, resulting in her own hand smacking her in the cheek. The pain cleared the first wave of haze, enough for her ruby red eyes to see what was coming and move. Her cheek red from the contact, Phact was able to make out the leg coming at her. Stepping in closer, the senshi of doves shifted her arms to draw the kick into her hip at the shin.
In the next movement, Phact shifted her own body weight to weep the other heeled leg out from the senshi in pink. Let's be honest, the fog blocked out what the woman was saying. All she knew was she was being attacked, by a science experiment with a chaos aura. Phact wasn't new to this. She had learned a few things over the years.
But it was that same fog she had come out of that had her ignoring the glitter she caught in the corner of her eyes. She would not be distracted again as her palm came down on the chest of the senshi, working to knock air out of the woman.

She had though she would have the upper hand, having taken the other by surprise and taking advantage of the state her magic attack had left the other in. She had not expected the white clad senshi to slap herself, though she blamed it on the magic that was effecting her. She did not think it would help to bring her around from her confusion but it seemed to have done just that.
As the senshi came in closer she tried to step back but found herself unable to do so fast enough. It seemed the other had combat training, or some sort of training, as Valeria landed on the ground with an oofing sound as air escaped her. Rather than struggle to get to her feet she kicked out at the other with both legs, having pulled them back before kicking in order to add force to the gesture. She hoped her heels would strike the other. It was while looking upward, at the sky, that she spotted some sort of...glimmering or sparkling.
It was, on her back, her head tipped back, legs extended, that a hand struck her in the chest and her attention was back on the senshi. "That is not nice." She stated while reaching, with both hands, for the others hair and seeking to tangle in the dark locks of hair.
Phact was only able to soften by blow by getting a small amount of distance between herself and the heels. The kick still hurt...alot.
As it sent her backwards and onto her butt, the senshi of doves winced, shook her head to clear it, and opened her eyes. It was then she noticed the sparkle right next to her. Thinking it again odd, she turned just to hear the voice.
"Neither was putting my brain in a fog. So fair play."
Getting back to her feet made Phact wince. But she was not going to stay on the ground and be an easy target for long. "Nor was that kick. Those heels are meant to damage the balls of men. Not another woman's chest."

Ah, but that was magic. She didn't say that but she did climb up onto her feet, heels clicking as they touched the pavement. It seemed that when she looked back toward the glimmer it was gone - how odd. Her thoughts went back to the white clad senshi, she wouldn't let her focus leave the other again.
Laughing she shook her head, long hair swaying about her with the motion. "They are meant to hurt whoever they are being kicked at." She stated, accent thick and heavy, as she spoke. She normally wasn't the violent sort but this was a fight, a war, and she had to defend herself so she could return home to her family, her very large family. She would do whatever she could to ensure that.
Keeping that in mind she launched herself at the white and red dressed senshi, aiming a fist for the other girls face. "Magic is a fair thing, we all have that." They didn't all have training in the way of physically fighting and defending oneself.

Phact never thought twice about the glitter in the trees around them. Believing it to the part of the attack, she turned her now completely focused self back onto the target at hand.

Phact dropped just in time. The force behind that punch would have broken her nose. Thank the heavens she had a cousin that was an MMA fighter.
For as her head dropped, her hands came up to grab that flying fist of fury. She knew this move was hard but she had to try. If she caught it right, she would have been able to get her own leg up into the woman's chest and kick her not only over her head but backwards.
If she missed...ow. A pile of female would happen.

As it was Valeria wasn't expecting her fist to get grabbed much less the foot to her chest and being flipped over the others back. So the dark pink haired senshi went down on her back hard. Cursing softly, in her own native language, she slowly got to her feet. Pushing herself up she stood straight slowly and tossing her hair while lifting a foot, as she had been stepping on her own hair, she faced the other again slowly.
"That was very good." She said, her accent heavy and her English a bit...butchered. Her index and middle fingers came up and pressed to her forehead as she called her attack again. "Mind pause!" And flicking her fingers toward the other she sent out a dark pink orb of light, aimed right for the other. So far the other senshi had not used her magic and the corrupted was wondering just what the other could do...she wasn't keen to find out though, she wasn't going to push the other into using it. She would find out eventually, maybe not tonight, but eventually she would.

Oh no. That trick was not going to work a second time!
Phact rolled quickly as the orb began to move towards her. It was as she stood that she began her own attack. Simple as it needed to be but effective in what she wanted.
With a soft sound, the form of a white energy dove appeared next to the senshi. "Cooing Softly." And she sent the form to meet the orb or the senshi. She didn't care. Either move would have been enough to allow Phact time to turn and bolt. Enough was enough. It might have been night but she knew where the public was in this part of town. And that was where she was headed.
She only powered down at the last moment to mirge with society and lose the ability for the other to track her.
Cooing Softly Bowing her head slightly, Phact begins to release the sounds of a dove’s soft coo. As she lifts her head upward, the white energy form of a dove appears in front of her. The creature leaves her side and flies into the face of her target acting as a distraction. Duration: 10 Seconds Use: Twice
