Pasha grunted as she stared hard at the ground just a few feet below her face as she hung upside down from a jutting beam on some pae's shop. She had been trying to figure out how this flying thing works when next thing she knew this wonky tail had latched on and refused to let go. Try as she might, it wasn't budging and the pink demon was growing grumpier by the second.
Arms folded across her chest, she cursed at the ground, at her tail, at water. It was always the water. "Stoop watah." she hissed under her breath, shutting her eyes angrily. First her pearl, then Chini's plush now her tail! She knew she shouldn't have ran through that rain puddle! She hadn't taken into account the odds of her slipping and falling on her butt. "DEMMIT LET GO!" she screeched at her tail, flailing around helplessly as she still couldn't figure out how to get it to release its grip.
"Demmit demmit demmit. CHINI. HALP. NAO." she grumped further.
At least no one had seen her....yet.

 Humming a vaguely familiar tune that if asked he wouldn't actually be able to give a name too but could in fact occasionally remember a word the teen was just mulling around. He rarely had any idea why he was somewhere, he just walked wherever just 'cause.
Today he was passing shops, with things he couldn't afford, how did one even obtain things anyway and why? What did he need 'things' for. Actually he wouldn't mind a thing to tell him about the protuding objects on his back, they'd been so cute and just there. Now he'd gotten longer legs and they had gotten heavy, did they have a purpose? Ripple-pip had no idea, he wasn't terribly knowledgeable about anything at all he was just content being him.
Ears twitching he picked up a voice, a shrill talking voice thing that didn't sound happy, as he didn't have anything else to do he headed in it's direction. On arrival he found himself blinking at the pink other, with hair that looked like it had a mind of it's own unlike his short own. It was the other way to him and he found himself tilting his head to try and be equal but not being able to.
"I wanna try!" He exclaimed but let out a huff upon the realization he did not have the vital body part that would allow him to swing in such a fasion.

The pink now monkey-tailed demon had perked up at the sound of foot steps, thinking Chini had come running when called. But when she set her sights awkwardly upon a pair of tan feet and brown striped legs, she blinked once in confusion before scowling. "You no Chini, bah." she fussed, shaking her arms at him which only seemed to make her tailthing grip tighter.
"You no try, not got a tail goob." she hissed at him, her tiny wings flapping with all their might though only succeeding in lifting her just ever so slightly off the ground so she could now see the boys brown hair and shimmering halo. "Get me down or go 'way if you no be help." she muttered, crossing her arms again and dangling lip, a scowl still plastered to her face.
Her eyes shut tight in deep concentration to try to 'feel' out this new tail and how she could work it. It might be useful.......if only she could NOT BE UPSIDE DOWN ANYMORE KAY THANKS.[x~Ripple~x] quoting because else I forget to check rps XD

"No me not chini, me Ripple, ripple pip!" He exclaimed proudly, he'd named himself, because no one else did and he liked these words. That was a good enough reason to pick a name right? He wondered who chini was... And who the upside down one was but he was at least sensible enough not to poke right now.
He really did wanna try that being the wrong way up thing... Maybe his legs would do enough,what did everything look like from that position... Hmmm.
Then before he could loose himself to muses he found himself walking forward to try climb up somehow... And the other was being loud again. It didn't wanna be cool and the wrong way anymore how could he help?
Oh!
He remembered when sometimes things brushed against his feet and it wiggled and made him laugh. Things he didn't know names for but they felt funny so he laughed and sometimes dropped things he held.
Leaning over he tried to reach whatever part of the other he could get too and he wiggled his fingers trying to be gentle enough at the touch as the things had been when he encounters them. He didn't want to jab or hurt, just make the other feel funny and laugh and maybe they'd forget they were the wrong way and the problem would be solved. Someone needed to tell him this was called tickling.

Ripple.....ripple pip?
Well that was an odd name. Why name yourself something twice? And with such funny words. "Duuhhhh you not Chini.....goob." she snorted, trying to focus on how to get herself down. At least until his fingers started doing something that made her all wiggly. She also couldn't help but laugh when he did so, a sensation she had never quite felt before. She wasn't all together sure if she liked it or not....
She was starting to think not when suddenly her tail loosened its grip and she came wiggle falling to the ground with a thud, landing flat on her back, butt in air, tail draped forward across her face. "OOWWWUH!" she gasped, frozen in pain, eyes screwed up tight. She then finally let her butt collapse to the floor, taking her new fangled tail with her.
"Rude!" she hissed at the Ripple boy, flopping over to her stomach and picking herself up off the ground, rubbing her back (or as much as she could reach) at the same time. One eye still shut tight, she eyed him properly for the first time, noting he had the same wingies as Chini had. So he and here were the same huh...... Maybe he could be useful too?
Or would he just steal everything....
This required thought. She'd have to study him further.
"Oh. Me Pasha." she added while turning to glare at her tail.

It all kinda happened as he held his hand out and carried on till the problem did indeed become fixed. Though when there was no longer any part of the other in his reach and it had uncurled and a thud sounded he found his hand just hovering mid air with no purpose. Shifting his gaze with blinking eyes he just watched the bundle of other on the floor and shrugged.
Hoisting his own weight he carried on trying to climb up to where the other had been, attempting to get his legs hooked on and in one movement pushed himself so he'd be the wrong way too.
....but he didn't quite account for the momentum and instead of hanging the wrong way he lost all grasp and found himself too on the floor with a thud. Probably in about the same position the other had fallen too.... oops.
Taking a few seconds to realise where he now was he saw a part of the other and found himself giggling. Looking over to them not far or even underneath himself with a smile even if he was indeed a massive Goob.
"Hi Pasha" Ripple was still rather happy, and amused by the situation, he wasn't too smart.... or aware of how others may not feel the same.

Pasha watched this ripply pip out of the corner of her eye as she dusted herself off. He seemed to think he too could hang up side down and proceeded to try, much to the pink demon's confusion. Why anyone would want to hang upside down like that was beyond her. All it managed to give her was a headache and now a backache. "Um...you c-" she had begun to say but it was too late.
The brown stripey angel boy came toppling down just as she did, landing too with a thud on his back, butt in the air. It took all she had not to bust up cackling, and even then that wasn't enough. Pasha threw her head back laughing loud, clenching her belly as she did so. Tail coiling and uncoiling in laughter of its own. "Goob! I like you. You takey shinies?" she tilted her head, deciding that that was final. She was going to introduce this pip to Chini.
But first she had to test his skills. She couldn't be bringing back a novice now. Even if she had to spend the entire day teaching him, she was going to school him in her art just enough to be of help to her and her sister. "If no, I teach. Am Master, you take in no time." she nodded confidently, hands on her hip as she nodded confidently down at him. A wide smirk spread across his face.
This would give her time to work out this tail thing too.... maybe it could grab more desirable things than roof tops or beams.

Small droplets of delight had formed at the corners of his eyes from all the laughter, he'd taken great amusement at his own expense. Mind you he did this all the time, one had to try things to learn what you can and cannot do! Even as his back twingled and his butt complained of the sudden impact he was still calculating if he could try again. What would he do different this time?
Not getting much time to think about it the other, no, Pasha was talking. It was just as well he was more of a doing type and without the distraction he'd probably be up there again and well on his way to another fall.
Still on the floor he visably tilted his head at the unknown word "Shinies?" It interested him though, 'cause Pasha said it and being in Pasha's company was amusing him. Too much time alone for the teen, he hadn't really met anyone else, he really was a newbie when it came to differences between him and others let along social interaction.
Pushing his weight up from his arms so he was partially perched up he replied "Master Pasha? You teach Ripple pip, Ripple pip take in no time!" He was mostly just repeating what Pasha said 'cause he didn't entirely understand what they were saying. He did pick up on the enthusiasm and excitement so whatever it was it had to be fun right!?

Having raised herself, to say she was the brightest crayon in the box was a stretch. But Pasha knew a good pupil when she saw one. He was repeating her words now, but soon he'd be a fine shiny taker. "Good, good! Always need more hands." she nodded.
It was mostly true after all. With the older they got, the more new things began to appeal to her and that meant the less space in her sack or arms she had to carry things. As long as he didn't try to take what wasn't rightfully his, this Pip would get along swimmingly.
Speaking of, first things first.
"First must learn. Wahta bad. Only for drinking. DO NOT put things into watah. It turns into beebs...or THIS." she said angrily, with a flare of dramatics as she pointed to her tail which curled and uncurled behind her. She was perfectly normal with her perfectly normal demon tail. And then she had fell into a puddle butt first and now had this. She was going to drill it into this Pip's head just how much she hated water and how bad it really was. Just encase he got any funny ideas to splash her with any.
"Second!" she stated when she was done making that point. "We figure out this." she pointed to her tail again and turned a circle. "It grabs but not what I want too." she sighed, clearly very frustrated. She had high hopes of nicking so many shinies today and all she had managed to do was get herself stuck upside down.
And why was Chini STILL not here?!

"Ripple pip give Pasha hands!" Holding out his hands he was still enthuastic though logically he didn't know how he would remove them to give her. Starting to feel around his wrists he was searching for a way to remove them, giving them a tug to see if they would come off.
Then she mentioned Wahta and he didn't really know what that was, well he did but not what it was called because he too was not the sharpest tool in the shed and had only over heard names for things or made them up himself. "What Wahta, Pasha show Ripple-pip?" He didn't know what beebs was but he kinda liked her tail, maybe beebs wasn't so bad either? But if she didn't like it then he wouldn't either, even if he was starting to reaaaalllllly want a tail.
On that subject she was pointing at the fluffy thing that came out of her back that she'd called a tail again. He'd learnt it's name from her already, see she must be a good influence if he was learning things! Nodding he showed his agreement in helping, if only to learn more about it and her and well... anything.

The pink demon could only stare and blink as he tried to find a way to remove his hands. Face palming, Pasha grunted then flailed her hands at her in a negative waving manner. "Noooooo hands don't come off! Silly, hands 'portant." she said with a shake of her head and a curl of her tail.
This kid had a lot to learn. Good thing she was in a teaching mood. She'd have to get him back to Chini faster than she thought though, he was going to need a lot. But he'd be useful in no time, she was darn sure of that. "Wahta, you drink. Clear slooshy slooshy. Sometimes sloosh from the highs." she said and pointed up towards the clouds. "Will show you on way back. Come." she commanded, beckoning him to follow.
"We also get numnums on way back.... tummy grrglrging." she said, her last word coming out more like the actual sound effect a hungry stomach made rather than a proper word. "Will see if tail be good or you good looksee." she said, peering around the side of the building before back at him to grab one of his hands and tug him along. The prime time to snatch up freshly baked buns was quickly slipping away thanks to her tail malfunction earlier.

Forming an 'O' shape with his mouth Pip stopped trying to remove his own hands to give to Pasha and instead inspected it ensuring there wasn't really any lines to remove. It was as if he was looking for the trick opening that would suddenly open in a comical poof in a magic show. When nothing happened Pip looked a little disappointed but nodded "Hands 'portant, Pasha yes." It was the closest he knew to saying that Pasha was right, that was becoming a common theme and one he wasn't uncomfortable with and sub-consciously accepted was going to keep happening.
"Slooshy slooshy wahta okok, Pasha still show? Ripple-pip want to see!" He was starting to think he knew what she meant, the stuff that left him all slidy after it fell from the up. Or highs as she'd called it, it did make a pssshst phsst and plopplop noise as it came from the up and touched other things, Slooshy was close enough! "Yay!"
As she grabbed his hand and they started moving he wasn't being sneaky... 'cause he was feeling all excited, he was going somewhere, and it was with his new friend. And he was going to get teached more things, and see wahta, oh wow this was all sooo exciting for the teen! It wasn't till his belly made an answer at the sound she made as if agreeing and saying yeah good idea! That he managed to calm down enough to skulk behind her, his gaze shooting all over the place looking for something nummy to make his insides go shsss.
As much as he looked he couldn't find anything, whenever he felt needed to put things inside him to stop the loud grumble of his middle bits he just followed his nose. So he did that same this time, closing his eyes and blindly being dragged by Pasha he sniffed about till he caught a waft of something that made his in bit, mouth, always get all gooey. Ripple-pip liked getting things like that 'cause it stopped the grumble and left him with a game of getting bits of stuff out of his chomp chomp things. Tugging at Pasha's hand he opened his eyes as soon as he knew the direction and nodded at a shop with some very sweet looking buns with unbeknownst to him had fruit inside.

Pasha stopped at the tug on her hand, whirring around with a rather non to pleased expression. Her gaze followed Pip's towards the numnum shop where she and Chini frequented regularly. Silly pae inside still hadn't learned to close the window. But this would be the first time trying to sneak a bite with her new fangled tail.
Glaring at it threateningly, she turned back towards Pip and put a finger over her mouth in a silent command to stay sshed. "Follow me!" she said, eyeing until the coast was clear then dragging him across the street to the darker side of the shop. She circled around back and hid behind some barrels, eyeing the open window. "Get yums inside, I do, you looksies." she pointed at him, then at her eyes with two fingers then gestured out towards the street.
Once she was certain he got the message to play look out she climbed up ontop one of the barrels and hunkered down like some kind of sick or frightened bird trying to puff itself up. A fresh set of buns had been placed near the window to cool, their scent wafting over towards Pasha's nose. Mmmmm the smell alone made the grrrlglrlgiagigeslies inside her quiet down. It took a while but the pae inside finally went off else wear, leaving room for Pasha to reach through the window and snag some buns.
She yanked the first one out and dropped it down to Pip before reaching in for a second. She popped that one into her mouth the grabbed a third for Chini and was about to pull herself from the window when her tail suddenly went taut. "Mwa?!" she mumbled through her bun, trying to pull back but her tail stayed stuck in the window and any time she tried to move it just hurt more. Hissing she yanked on her tail with one hand yet still it wouldn't budge! "Holfd dis no eafts!!" she hissed at Pip, tossing him Chini's bun, still using her teeth to hang onto hers as she tried to figure out what her tail was stuck too now.
