Amphitrite was trying hard to play this whole thing cool. Really, she was. But what didn't she have to smile about? It was her first honest to goodness patrol - and with Elle! Er, Galena. She made a mental note not to switch those up out loud. But after all the pent up energy and determination she'd been harboring since her first night in Elle's home, it was no wonder she was all but bursting at the seams now. Finally, finally, time to be productive and prove herself to the person who'd been kind enough to take her in!

They'd decided to meet away from home, wisely - no good powering up there. But when she spotted Galena waiting for her, she all but bounded up to her, before taking a deep breath to settle herself down again. "I hope I'm not late!" She was definitely early. "So, uh, where to tonight?" Were they energy gathering? Oh, she really, really hoped they were. She could use some real time practice with the whole energy front.
