Away from the main area, through a section of forest there is a dirt road. Hidden on some of the trees of the forest are symbols of unknown meaning, constantly moving along the surfaces. There are several almost invisible gaps in the trees where smaller trees are growing in. The path leads a good distance and eventually leads to an opening on the side of a hill. This opening is marked by a circle of pure white trees and other white plants. In the middle of this opening there is the remains of a house, the first floor still fine, the second floor completely destroyed. In front of this house, there is a sign pointing to the right that says “Senstren’s House.” Following the path off to the right, there is a cliff face. The path leads down along the cliff face, where it eventually widens enough for the two story house where Senstren now resides.

Entering the house, there is the mudroom, with a bathroom off to the right. On the first floor, there is the kitchen and dining room, as well as the spiral staircase platforms which lead up. The platforms are enchanted so that when they are inactive, there is only a circle with stair treads making up part of the floor. Once activated, the treads launch upwards, spacing themselves perfectly for walking up. Also on the first floor is the door that leads to a covered walkway, going over the cliff face to the library. The library is a well-lit room, giving the impression that the rising sun lights it, though there are not sufficient windows for such to be true. Among the shelves are books and artifacts, maps and ancient scrolls, just about anything one might need to look for. In the middle of the floor is a strange sunburst symbol, hiding another set of staircase platforms into the supporting column below. On the second floor of the main building there is a living room and a study, as well as Senstren’s room and Alanna’s room, both with dressers, a small private bathroom, queen sized beds, as well as a few other pieces of furniture to make the rooms more inviting. Welcome, to Senstren’s retreat.

((Notes to other RPers:
1. I don’t care how powerful you say you are, if you mean harm to my house or myself, my defensive spells are everywhere, chances are you won’t get very far into my property. This goes for flyers, teleporters, and waves of energy too.
2. You will not find what is hidden in the forest on the bottom of the cliff, unless you see me walk to it.
3. Even if you do see me walk to it, you will not be able to use it. If you disguise yourself as Senstren to try to use it, it will kill you instantly, no armor will save you.
4. Other than those rules, have fun, enjoy the sights, and if you feel the need, leave money mrgreen .))

The Floor Plan


The Airship

He says another incantation into the glass. Suddenly, the glass becomes frosted over. Through the glass there is the image of a dark river. There seems to be several creatures struggling against the current. Upon closer examination, these creatures look like grotesque mutilations of humans.

In the center of the ring the air became distorted. Then a creature made of shadow with a slight outline of what may have been a human burst forth with its arms outstreached. Senstren sends the spell he held screaming into the being. The spell knocked it over and tore a hole through its body.

After awhile, nothing else comes through the gateway. He speaks an incantation, and the lenses move around to random positions, and he walks down to the library of the house. He sits at the desk, pulls out a book and begins to read.

He walks over to his desk and places his notebook on the surface. He then goes to a set of drawers and looks through the contents. After awhile he finds the glass he is looking for, and takes it back to the desk. He speaks incantations, causing the glass to change shape and symbols faintly glow on the surface.

He wakes up finding himself on the floor. He gets up and walks over to the table. There are the lenses and his notebook, untouched. He looks at the lenses and reaches to pick them up. Then he realizes what happened. He grabs the notebook and opens it, looking at the pages. He can't remember his code for the spells. He slams the book shut and throws it across the room. Picking up the lenses, he storms out of the house and towards the snow covered plains.

He looks around for the person who called him. He sees Alanna walking towards him at a distance off. He walks towards her and calls out a greeting.

"Oh, no you are not intruding at all. I was actually on my way to bring you the lenses." He held his arm out, pointing down the path to his house. "Would you like to see what they can do? I have my own set ready at my house."
