"The following contest is the first ever Bloodied Gold Match! In this contest, a competitor must get their opponent's blood on their respective championship before they can commit a pinfall or submission! Introducing first..."

As he put the finishing touches on his entrance attire, J.W. Caliber could be seen pacing back and forth by the steps leading up to the gorilla position, getting himself psyched up for his next match. He took a slug of liquid courage from a flask in his back pocket just before tying his bandana in place, slipping on his sunglasses and climbing the steps. Longest reigning champion in company history versus the first two-time champion, Caliber thought with a smirk as he psyched himself up for his next match. Time to make a vampire BLEED! "Git 'er done!" the Texan muttered to nobody in particular as he stepped through the curtain.

DUM DA DA DUM DA DA DUM DA DA DUM DA DA DAAA DAAA...

Well, I walk into the room
Passing out hundred dollar bills
And it kills, and it thrills
Like the horns on my Silverado grill

Guitars, banjos and fiddles heralded the arrival of the South Texas Stallion as Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy) by Big & Rich blared over the PA system. Caliber lowered his head and took a deep breath before thrusting his index fingers skyward, duster coat shifting to either side, revealing the Crimson City championship belt wrapped around his waist as he threw his head back and let out a loud Rebel Yell. "C'MON PEOPLE! MAKE SOME NOISE!!!" Caliber shouted, as he crossed from one side of the stage to the other, getting a raucous pop from the crowd before starting down the ramp and high-fiving fans on either side of the entrance way.

And I buy the bar a double round of Crown
And everybody's getting down
An' this town
Ain't never gonna be the same

'Cause I saddle up my horse
And I ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
'Cause the girls, they are so pretty
Riding up and down Broadway
On my old stud, Leroy...and the girls say,
"SAVE A HORSE, RIDE A COWBOY!"
Everybody says,
"SAVE A HORSE, RIDE A COWBOY!"

"Introducing first...weighing in at 235 pounds, from The Big River Valley of Deep Down Dirty South Texas...the BBW Crimson City Champion...he is the South Texas Stallion...J.W. Caliber!"

And I don't give a dang
About nothin'
I'm singin' and bling blingin'
While the girls are drinkin'
Longnecks down!

And I wouldn't trade ol' Leroy
Or my Chevrolet
For your Escalade or your freak parade!
I'm the only John Wayne left in this town!

As he reached the bottom of the ramp, J.W. took a lap around the ringside area, posing for pictures with the crowd while his theme continued to play. Once he got back around to the ramp, the cowboy walked up the steel steps and stepped between the top and middle ropes to enter the ring, quickly unfastening his belt and scaling the ropes once he did so, holding the gold high for all to see. Pulling the bandana from his face, Caliber tossed it into the crowd before he hopped down and removed his sunglasses and black Stetson, handing them over to the stagehand at ringside with his shirt and duster coat following right after.

And I saddle up my horse
And I ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
'Cause the girls, they are so pretty
Riding up and down Broadway
On my old stud, Leroy...and the girls say,
"SAVE A HORSE, RIDE A COWBOY!"
Everybody says,
"SAVE A HORSE, RIDE A COWBOY!"

Flipping the title belt over his shoulder, the Crimson City champion crossed the ring as he asked the ring announcer for a microphone. It would appear that the cowboy once again had something to say. His music faded out as he raised the mic.

"How ya doin', Vancouver?" Caliber said with a grin, pausing for the cheap pop. "Last night ol' Cartwright gave me one helluva run for my money, but, the South Texas Stallion is still your Crimson City Champion! Seriously, though, that is one damn tough Englishman!

Anyway, tonight y'all are gonna see BBW's two record-breaking champions lock horns in something management is calling a 'Bloodied Gold' match. Looks like tonight, this here Crimson City title belt is getting a little extra splash of crimson, because if you don't think I can make a vampire BLEED, I got two words for ya...GET SHOT!

[ Personal Jesus - Marilyn Manson ]

'Reach out and touch faith'

Out from behind the curtain emerged the first ever two time champion of BBW, Marshall Lee, with that pretty title of his around his waist and a mic in his hand. He was smirking, something no one has seen him do for quite the long while. He wasn't alone though. As he stood at the stage, he peered over his shoulder as Dallas Cruz soon followed after him. The crowd cheered at the sight of the rescued Voodoo Queen, pleased to see that she was back home, unharmed. However, as pleased as Dallas seemed to be that she was no longer held hostage and tormented, it was obvious that she was uncomfortable. Nervous, even.

Marshall held his arm out, to which Dallas quickly grabbed onto, holding onto her brother like a timid child would hold onto their parent. Whatever trauma Dallas went through in the hands of Dani and Alexander, it was very much clear she was struggling to overcome it. As the duo stood at the top of the stage, Marshall's music began to fade before he brought the mic up to his lips. "Ladies and gentlemen, look who's back, safe and sound!" He gestured to his sister, muttering for her to listen to all the people that wished her safe return.

Dallas smiled very meekly, removing one of her hands from her brother's arm in order to wave to the crowd. But, she said nothing, preferring to keep silent for a while and let her brother do the talking for once. Marshall began to descend down the ramp, his sister following closely behind him, We've been through so much s**t these past few months, my sister more so than me. I pray that no one in this arena goes through what my family did. But I hope you all paid very close attention. I hope you all saw what happens when you piss off a vampire."

Marshall climbed the steps up to the ring first, leading Dallas along after him. He paused his speech, sitting on the ropes to allow Dallas to climb on in first before climbing in himself. If one looked closely enough, Dallas could be seen clutching something in her hand. It looked like a charm necklace. It looked hand crafted, something she most likely made herself. Dallas held it up to her lips, muttering to it, talking to it, as if that little necklace would bring her comfort. She hugged her arms around herself, a very drastic change to her usual confident, sly self.

Her brother gazed at her for a moment, making sure she was calm and fine before turning his attention back to his opponent and the rest of the audience. "Now, tonight I was placed in a very, very interesting match. Bloodied Gold, as the cowboy here stated earlier. I have to make my opponent, Mr. Longest Reigning Champion in BBW History, J.W Caliber," he paused briefly, allowing the cheers and general feedback from the fans die out first before continuing, "...bleed." Marshall chuckled a little, rubbing at his chiseled jaw for a moment as he looked at the ground, before turning his gaze back up, "It's like they made this match specifically for me!"

Marshall turned J.W, focusing all his attention on the Crimson City Champ now, "Have you ever dealt with vampires before, Cowboy? I don't think you have." Again, there was that little smirk on Marshall's face, that little hint of arrogance. "You don't know what we're like when once we see that bright red start to drip. Maybe once I get my pretty title belt a healthy coat of red, who's to stay I'll stop there? Now let's get this s**t started. I'm getting thirsty."

With that being said, Marshall tossed the mic out of the ring and unstrapped his belt from his waist, turning over to check up on Dallas. He noticed she was looking around, it didn't take him long to figure out who exactly she was looking out for. "Don't worry," he muttered to her, while handing her his title to kept safe until he needed it again, "I won't let them take you."

Dallas was relieved by his words....and rather bothered by them too. Since when did she need protection? The entire ordeal, it had really messed with Dallas in more ways than one. Motioning for his sister to exit the ring, which she did so and took her place at ringside, Marshall turned back to focus on J.W, waiting for the match to start.

Commentator Troy: "This match might not be the main event, Guy, but it certainly is worthy of it, just by looking at it on paper! Two record breaking champions, clashing head to head in a brand new match type!"

Commentator Guy: "And don't forget, this isn't the first time they've fought, either! Everytime these two have met in the ring, it's been a great match up! But this time, they're going to have to get their titles involved! I think we'll see the Crimson City title get a fresh, new paint job tonight!"

Commentator Troy: "I don't think so, Guy! Marshall's been out for blood after dealing with Mr. Vengeance, I'm sure that rage hasn't fully left his system! I think that vampire is going to be spilling some Cowboy blood!"

While normally, J. W. would have taken a couple moments to flirt with Dallas a little, but after her recent ordeal, he wasn't quite sure it was altogether appropriate...plus the fact that he couldn't really afford to take his attention off of her brother, who probably still had some stress and frustration to work out.

DING
DING
DING

As the bell sounded to start the match, J. W. laid his title belt down on the ring apron, rather than handing it to the stagehand, considering that it would definitely come into play considering the stipulation of the match.
PostPosted: Sun Mar 22, 2015 10:07 pm

When the bell rang, Marshall ran his tongue over his sharp fangs, eager for the blood that he would be spilling, if all went his way. But he couldn't get to ahead of himself just yet. Marshall moved forward, going to met J.W in the center of the ring. "Let's go, cowboy," he said to Caliber, that smirk on his face. Arrogant as he was, Marshall respected J.W, even if each time they met, he insisted on flirting with his baby sister. While she would have provoked some of the flirting herself, it was obvious Dallas' mind was elsewhere at the moment. Raising his hands, Marshall would attempt to lure Caliber in with a lock up.

"Alright, Twilight...let's roll!" Caliber taunted with a bit of a smirk as he locked horns with the TV Champion. As the two jostled for position, the Dirty South Outlaw would quickly try to start pushing Marshall back into the corner.
PostPosted: Wed Mar 25, 2015 8:57 pm

As the two locked up, Marshall would try his best to hold his own. However, as much as Marshall didn't want to admit it, J.W was a bit stronger than he was. He began to feel himself being pushed back into his corner, his back pressing against the turnbuckle. Not exactly a position Marshall wanted to be in at the very start of the match.

But!

It seemed baby sister had a trick of her sleeve in order to help big brother. Dallas stood outside of the ring, right beside the turnbuckle where Marshall was cornered in. Leaned against the apron, she reached under the bottom rope and would go try to grab at Caliber's ankle. If he noticed or paid her any attention, she would look him right in the eye, staring at him with those big hazel eyes of hers. With her chest pressed against the ring apron, her cleavage was much more emphasized, almost bursting from her corset. She picked a funny time to finally flirt. Whatever reaction he may have to her interference, all that mattered to her was that his attention was off her brother, even for a brief moment.

Though, it wasn't just simple flirting. While attempting to distract Caliber, Dallas would slip something into his boot: a little slip of paper with an odd, hastily drawn symbol on it. Only she knew what it meant. A love spell? A hex, maybe? Whatever this simple little scrap of paper was or did, it was all in Dallas' say.

Just as J. W. had backed Marshall up into the corner, he started to c**k his hand back for what appeared to be either a forearm shiv or a really nasty overhand chop. However, whatever he had in mind quickly came to a screeching halt when the cowboy felt a tug at his ankle.

Confusion and conflict filled his mind as he looked down, really hoping that the person trying to interfere in his match wasn't who he thought it was, even though she was the only one at ringside who wasn't directly involved in the match or production crew. "Huh? WHAT THE HE-LLO!" Caliber started to exclaim, outraged at the distraction...until he caught quite an eye full, and between the big doe eyes and the well accentuated cleavage, all that fluster and buster was replaced by the kind of big dumb goofy grin one would expect from a sixth grader who had just seen a pair of boobs for the first time. Of course, considering the South Texas Stallion's track record of often juvenile behavior, that reaction was probably par for the course.

It really was a shame that the fans couldn't see what was going through his mind right that moment, as it was rather reminiscent of a certain City Wolf from the classic Tex Avery cartoon. Needless to say, he didn't notice Dallas slipping something into his boot...just like he didn't notice Marshall slipping out of the corner as he was ogling the vampire's sister.
PostPosted: Thu Mar 26, 2015 11:56 pm

While Dallas continued to distract Caliber, Marshall took advantage of the opportunity to try and duck under Caliber's arm to make his way behind the cowboy. He always knew his sister's good looks came in handy. Not to mention, he was glad she crawled out of whatever dark place in her head she was in before, even if it was long enough to help him. Hopefully, it stayed that way for the rest of the match.

When Dallas noticed her brother was no longer cornered, she offered J.W a wink before letting of him and taking a few steps back...while Marshall attempted to wrap his arms around the cowboy in attempts for a german suplex. If the first one where to succeed, Marshall would keep his hold and attempt to do this five more times to make a total of six. As he did this, if he was able to, Marshall could be heard counting them off, a little teaser to the myth that vampires are fascinated with counting.

Meanwhile, outside of the ring, Dallas kept her distance for the time being, holding Marshall's title in her hand while watching the scene play out, please with her own interference. She would not forget the slip of paper she had slipped into Caliber's boot. All due in time.

In the back of his mind, Caliber knew he had other things to worry about and should be paying attention to his opponent, but for some reason he just couldn't take his eyes off the Voodoo Queen. Next thing he knew, he was off of his feet and his back and shoulders slammed into the mat.

Wha? THUD! Ow...

1! HA! HA! HA!

The sudden impact jarred the cowboy back to reality, but, as discombobulated as he was, he didn't realize until it was too late that the TV champ hadn't released his grip after the first German Suplex.

Oh crap...THUD!

2! HA! HA! HA!

Once again, J. W. landed hard on the mat...and once again his opponent still didn't let go. This situation was starting to suck...

THUD!

3! HA! HA! HA!

Three suplexes, and it would appear that Marshall still had no plans on letting go...

Maybe he'll let go this time? Yeah...nope...THUD!

4! HA! HA! HA!

After the fourth consecutive German Suplex, Marshall still hadn't released his grip, but he did land fairly close to the ring ropes. What the hell did Caliber look like? John Cena? ******** that s**t! The Dirty South Outlaw grabbed the ropes in an attempt to block suplex number 5.
PostPosted: Fri Mar 27, 2015 6:32 pm

Marshall was having a blast counting off these successful suplexes, letting out a very Count like chuckle after each numerical count off. With each slam down, Marshall would nimbly spin himself around without breaking the hold to set himself up for another suplex. However, when he went for the fifth one, there was a strong hesitation. "What the-?" Caliber had managed to grab onto the ropes to prevent himself from being slammed down again. Oh, that sneak. Well, to be fair, it was Marshall's fault for bringing him a little too close to the ropes.

This rather bugged Marshall. He was having fun counting. Now he'll never finish! "H-Hey! Let go! Let go, I was counting!" Comically, Marshall threw a little hissy fit, trying to tug and pull Caliber off of the ropes. Though, in the midst of his little tantrum, it seemed he wasn't pulling hard enough.

Caliber was currently sore as hell after receiving four successive slams, and was working on regaining some of his bearings as he clung to the ropes during Marshall's little tantrum. For the time being, the cowboy would just have to deal with it as he attempted to properly break his opponent's hold with a couple of back elbows. If successful, J. W. would quickly whip around, trying to follow up with a discus clothesline.
PostPosted: Fri Mar 27, 2015 6:47 pm

Marshall continued to give Caliber a few more tugs to try and maybe pry him away from the ropes to continue his counting. However, this was quickly stopped by the cowboy delivering some harsh elbows. Marshall grunted and yelped, feeling his opponent's elbow painfully strike at him until he finally get go. Marshall stumbled back a few steps, rubbing at the tender spots J.W's elbow had jabbed him. Unfortunately, he wasn't going to have to worry about those any longer. The cowboy quickly turned and his arm collided with the vampire, driving him down to the mat with a loud thud!

The crowd "Oooh!" in response, even Dallas flinched at the sight of her brother being taken down.

It was a good news/bad news situation for the Crimson City champion. The good news was that he got Marshall off his back and put him down with the discus clothesline. The bad news? Being still woozy from all those suplexes, he made himself dizzy as hell in the process and went down with the vampire.

Caliber did, however, still have sufficient wherewithal to roll out of the ring to put a little distance between himself and his opponent so he could catch a breather...and maybe get a drink...yeah.
