WE ARE HALLOWEEN  Life Hunter
BATTLE ARENA
The portal opens up into an observation room, and down the stairs, an odd chamber for something like hunter training. At the center of a piranha-filled pool stands a solid stone table and several chairs. The Life Arena was built underneath the demolitions and ballistics testing areas, and the chamber rumbles with the occasional explosions above. Pinpoint red lasers sweep across the room regularly, as if hidden snipers are searching for a nice target. In the center of the table sits a wooden tower, made up of smaller wooden blocks. Yes. That's right. The Life Hunters prefer to train via Jenga.
Note: Distraction techniques and Yo Momma jokes are considered viable weapons when playing competitively.
If you fail: you have knocked down the tower! A small dart hits the back of your neck. You come to several hours later, and hope Dr. H didn't do anything to your body while you were unconscious. When you look into the mirror...
If you win: you have reached 50 points! You get a sharpie marker to do with as you please. peen points go to those with the highest scores.
Group Play
Playing in a group on any course means certain things can be shifted to make it a better experience for multiple people without holding anyone back.
An approved group play alteration for the life arena goes as follows:
When someone knocks the tower down, they are shot with a weaker dart. They will wake up 5 minutes later, the game can be reset back to the point before it fell by placing their hands on the table and saying the word, constructum. This allows them to start again where they left off instead of the beginning. They can take up to three of these darts before passing out for an hour, the game will not reset for them and they will need to try again from the beginning.
Mechanics
- by carefully removing pieces of the tower, you earn points and advance to the next round. As the rounds continue, the odds grow steadily against you. Rolling a 1 at any point means you have knocked down the tower. Please do enjoy your mystery dart. Anything after reaching 50 points is purely for peen.
- you may roll pieces individually (suggested for group play) or in batches of 5 (basically, a full round.)

Bonus Mechanics
Life Hunters train for precise hand eye coordination and exceptional judgement, thus they have a slightly lower chance of knocking down the tower.

Leesha slouched outside the start of the life run, hesitating on going in. Really? She had to go in there and play a game that required hand-eye coordination all by herself? With her clumsy hands? With no backup or allies? Had these people never heard of a party? She pouted. Maybe she could just like, wait a little longer, and someone would come along that she could latch onto...

Luck was on Leesha's side, it seemed. A certain rookie Death hunter was actually on her way towards the Life course. Someone had informed her that it would be in her best interests to get her hand on runic bandages, and to do that she needed to pass the Life course. So here she was. Seeing someone already lingering outside had the other girl slowing, unsure if maybe there was a line to go in and she should just come back later.

"H-hey!" Felicia called out, catching an eye of the new girl. "W-wanna go in there w-with me so I don't gotta suffer the in-indig-indignities of b-being on camera for all our Division t-to see and get written on and s**t all in the n-nuh-name of some damn bandages?" She beamed, and it was sort of a pleading smile. PLEASE HELP HER, STRANGER. DWIGHT HAS TOLD HER SO MANY HORROR STORIES, IN WHICH MOST OF THEM HE WAS THE VILLAIN.

The hail made Gretchen pause, and she brought up a hand to point to herself. "Me? Oh. Yeah, sure!" It didn't exactly sound fun, but bandages were essential. She'd been told time and time again how important they were. "Hi," as she drew near the other woman she offered a hand in greeting. "I'm Gretchen. Nice'ta meetcha."

"Awesome!" she yelped, pumping her fist in the air, heading into the DREADED ROOM OF REQUIREMENT IF THE ROOM OF REQUIREMENT HAD BANGED MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. Taking a seat and rolling her sleeves up, the Life hunter beamed at her newfound companion. "I'm F-F-Felicia. Can just c-call me Leesha for short, if you w-want." She pulled the first piece. Gretchen trailed after her, eyes wide and reeling as she took in the large room, the moot, the fish swimming around them. "This all seems a little overly dramatic." Especially considering what she saw sitting in the middle of the stone table as she took a seat at it. "Wait," she leaned around the tower, brows arching up nearly to her hair line. " This is the course?" This was a board game. She turned an incredulous look to the tower as Leesha took a piece from near the bottom and placed it on the top. "It seems so simple." There had to be a catch. With a thoughtful frown she went for a piece of her own, poking it through to the other side and plucked it up to place it on the top. "Hmm." Gretchen stared down at the little tower thoughtfully. "Not what I was expecting." High school hadn't been bad, but Gretchen had been happy to leave it behind when she'd graduated. "Though there were never this many weapons, or fights in my school." Still frowning, the Mist tapped a piece out of the center and pulled it free so she could place it at the top of the stack.
