㊬Personality↔ On first glance Umi is a lazy man, often seen napping at tables or under a tree. This laziness however goes away when he 'needs' to do work and is a stern and calculative person in both work and combat. He can be a overbearing charmer with women, to the point he receives a slap. But like his laziness, when the time calls for it he will be more mature with his behavior. He is one of the rare Yakō's who doesn't have a hellbent mission to kill all the Yōkai, probably more due to his lazy personality. For the most part he is polite and prefers seclusion to play his flute or practice his combat skills.

1↔ Force Shield - Whispers a brief series of chants to summon 8 foot tall, 4 feet across mystical barrier capable of blocking elemental techniques. This shield is not stationary and is fixed in front of whichever direction Umi is facing. The shield will dissipate after an amount of hits.
2↔ Water Palm - For the next 5 hits with both his palm and/or either end of his Bō staff. The hits are enhanced with a strong current of water, adding more punch with the strikes.
3↔ Protection - Enchanting tags, the Protection Tags once placed on something closed like a door, chest and sheathed weapon protect them from being opened. This can be broken by someone who knows how to disenchant the tags or with tremendous strength. The tags last 24 hours. A limited amount can be placed at once and if a house with a door is protected with one of the tags, the rest of the ways inside are protected as well. Furthermore on objects that are personal to others like sheathed weapons, they must give permission to Umi for the tag to work on that object.
4↔ Water Needles - Umi sends out waves of sharp cutting water formed needles. There are about 20 of these needles flying at the opponent at once and Umi can quickly send 40 more shots in a short period of time. This technique can pass freely through Umi's shield and barrier techniques.
5↔ Sphere Protection Barrier - A stronger version of Force Shield in both durability and size. This one encircles all around Umi and is large enough to shield 3 other people inside of it. It can stand up to elemental techniques, it blocks Mirage Chi from accessing those inside, and acts like a normal shield against Combat techniques. It lasts longer than Force Shield but will dissipate after X amount of attacks.
6↔ Water Walk - Because of his affinity with water. He is capable of walking atop anything that has water on the bottom, whether it be a pond, river, etc.
7↔ Dispersal - Enchanting the intended area through chant, this will make whatever unnatural thing that is there to dissipate such as summoned elements (fire, ice, etc), poisons, and similar lengthy lasting aoe's.
8↔ Mini Typhoon - Swirling his Bo staff or one of his feet around in a body of water will create a human size water tornado up out of that water which is shoot towards the intended target. Those struck by the majority of the typhoon without defense are thrown spinning backward and suffer impact damage and cuts. Those hit slightly by it can lose their balance and receive cuts.
㊬Ultimate Technique List 1-3 (abilities here and EXPLAINED)
1↔ Tidal Wave - A mass of rushing destructive water comes crashes down towards opponent(s). Besides the destructive power it brings, it also floods the area, however the water is dispensable at Umi's command.
2↔ Four Pillar Binding - After a lengthy chant, four blessed pillars fall down around the intended target and a wall of energy connects them together in all directions. Whatever is trapped inside of the spell cannot escape or cause damage to those outside of it as long as Umi continues to feed it energy through a whispering chant. This entrapment includes the inability to escape through portals and other unique means. A strong enough person can escape after 5 minutes by destroying the energy wall with an attack, as by that time it would have drained Umi enough.
3↔ Grand Barrier - The strongest and largest version of Force Shield. This is can encase an entire city under protection. It can stand up to elemental techniques, it blocks Mirage Chi from accessing those inside, and acts like a normal shield against Combat techniques. Most importantly, it refuses access and leaving to and from the shield, including unique abilities. The technique lasts as long as Umi keeps focus, however he cannot do anything else while keeping the Grand Barrier materialized.
