Levy is probably the most optimistic person in the world. Sometimes she gets down, but she is charismatic and passionate about what she does. She constantly is with one of her pokemon, if not for her own good but for theirs. She believes in letting them walk around, and play.

Levy grew up in a... discorded household. Her mother never came home one night, but her brother was really supportive. Her father worked constantly so she never grew up with a sustainable parent, except for her older brother. He was everything to her until he was infected, and slowly began to turn into a Luxray Gijinki. He ran off, afraid of what he became and now she has set off to look for him.
