It was another monotonous, repetitive day. The same routines were carried out by the mare, in her family's territory, the usual rounds made to check on her gardens, as well as make sure that no other injured Soquili managed to find themselves in unpleasant predicaments near the mountainside.
While she had no reason to complain about the going-ons, there was something left to be desired... Maybe more patients coming by to work on? Most of the recent 'guests' were only injured mildly, with cuts, or scrapes, and bruising. Nothing that required intensive treatment, or a great deal of attention. While that was all fine and dandy, it did leave the healer with more free time than she had any idea what to do with.
Humming softly to herself as she ventured on to her last garden, mixed with both herbs, and flowers, she noticed a chipmunk had gotten into the vegetation, and was now dashing out from the sound of the hooves that approached. Ears perking slightly, Miriel watched with her usual unamused expression, frowning only slightly as she noticed its cheeks had been bulging with the contents most likely containing that of her gardens inhabitants. What a cheeky little thing.
