Once again the party for demon ended with the same tango. After being over come with a bout of sudden lusty feeling they tried to head off to express themselves but they didn't get far. The next thing sure knew she wanted to wrestle Adelphos, pretty badly. They found themselves under the snack table wrestling horizontal. It was a fun night until the murder...Talk about a bad end to the night.
Life for Ruby went back to normal, at least for a few weeks. She began to feel nauseous in the morning, tired all the time. She figured it was a flu or something. It was Rosette who took Ruby to see healers, not happy with how her friend looked. Ruby didn't feel up to auguring with her. That's when they both learned the news. She was pregnant.
Oh boy, she wasn't ready for this. She rubbed her brow as she paced. This wasn't suppose to happen. It was just a bit of fun wasn't it? More importantly Adelphos...Oh man how was Adelphos going to take this news? She had sent him a message, asking for him to come and visit her and she really did want to see him but...She was terrified of how Adelphos would take the news. What if he didn't want the baby? What if he hated her and just left. Oh Guardians help her through this talk.
She wasn't too sure what was worst, her going through every possible horrible situation in her head or just waiting for Adelphos to arrive.

As usual, or so it seemed, his grandmother's party did not have its intended ending. At least he was pretty sure she hadn't meant for her fiancee to be murdered. Or even for Ares to show up. Which... didn't that mean the god of war was his grandfather? It was a little mind-boggling to the demi-god, and he'd been thinking about it ever since they were made to flee the party.
Well, that but what had occupied the majority of his thoughts was a certain red demon with whom....well. He was pretty sure that their relationship would have progressed to that particular stage without his uncle's help (though maybe not quite that quickly). He still blushed when he thought of their...adventures under the snack table. Not to mention a little embarrassment at not being able to control himself long enough to find them a room.
Bringing his mind back to the present, he had been quite happy to receive a message from Ruby, asking him to visit. It had been a while since he'd seen her, and he missed her. His nerves were all jumbled up: he was excited to go see her, and nervous, and happy, and anxious, and jittery. But he was going. Once he'd arrived he knocked on her door, his heart racing.Twitchapher the 3rd Sorry it took me so long x.x

Ruby's heart dropped as she heard the knock on the door. Oh Guardians oh Guardians she wasn't ready for this at all. Maybe she was just imaging the knock? No, she had heard it. Believing otherwise would be rude. She needed to calm down. Being so worked up wasn't good for her, or her baby.
Ruby walked to the door and took a deep breath. She could do this. He came, didn't he? That meant something after all...That meant a lot. The thought caused her to smile softly before she opened the door. Her smile got wider as the familiar blue angel stood before her. "Hi Adelphos. Come in." She stepped back to let him inside. "Glad to see you found the place ok, The City is big after all...Ummm..Would you like something to drink? Something to eat?" She could feel her nerves getting to her once again and she took a few deep breaths. She could do this, she just needed to breath.

He smiled when she opened the door, honestly happy to see her. "Hi," he said somewhat lamely as he stepped inside. "Ah, no, I'm good, thank you." He blushed a little and smiled at her, though it faltered a bit as he noticed her becoming nervous. His heart raced a little, wondering what could possibly make her nervous. "Are you okay, Ruby?" he asked, worry in his eyes.

Ruby spun around to look at the demi-god before her. Those eyes...She didn't want to make him worry. Oh she was just horrible at this. "Yes...No...Maybe..." She finally replied, clenching her teeth together before inhaling, averting her eyes from him for a moment before looking into his deep blue beautiful eyes. "I...Really did miss you and wanted to see you again, but I have something to talk to you about something. Something important." She winced at her own word. No one wanted to hear those words. They were painful just to say. She sighed light as she looked down for a moment. "You really should sit down for this."Strawberri Stardust *EPIC FAIL HERE SO DON'T WORRY*

Ruby's non-answer made him worry more, and he stepped a little closer thinking if he could just hold her then everything would be okay. He smiled a little. "I missed you, too." His smile faded. 'We need to talk' were quite possibly the four most frightening words to any male, and they made Adelphos's heart tighten in his chest. "Oh...alright," he murmured. Tucking his wings tighter against his back, he took a seat nearby and looked up at her. "So...what do we need to talk about?" His voice only shook a little.Twitchapher the 3rd He's just a little bit terrified now xDD

Ruby's heart sank as she heard his words. Oh no, she made him worried. Her bright orange eyes darted around for a moment before she sunk in her seat. This wasn't helping, it was just making her feel worst by the moment. Despite all the ideas she had before of how to tell him, her mind blanked. She couldn't find the right words as her mouth opened and closed a few times without making a sound. All she could feel was a deep guilt and her nerves running wild.
"Pregnant!" She finally just blurted the word out as she closed her eyes. "Pregnant pregnant I'm pregnant Adelphos...And you're the father..." Her words trailed off as she covered her face in her hands. This was the most terrifying moment she'd ever had.
