Grimmjow for arrancar.
And so far I don't have a favorite for any other races. I never really have a favorite character so easily as I have to think on it for some reason. xD

Gin because he so beat Aizen Imean who else got that godmod boss so well. Half his body gone and the ultimate WTF face. All in all best character
Yoruichi she could so be the hero if kubo wanted to kill off strawberry
Kisuke he's the final bad guy I just know it lol

For Arrancar, I'd say that it'd be between Grimmjow and Nnoitora, Grimmjow because of his attitude, and the fact that he could've honestly taken down Ichigo. And Nnoitora because I felt, after learning his backstory, he wasn't an altogether bad guy. And also Becuase I think he had too short of a fight between Kenpachi. Well, nearly all Arrancar weren't treated like real threats, but, that's another thing.
As for soul reaper, I'd say Renji. I like to think if Ichigo wasn't the main character, Renji could totally take that spot, hands down.
