Nadia, as per usual, had forgotten about valentines day. She took no real stock in buying flowers and gifts for loved ones, as it seemed superficial. If you loved someone, why not take them out on a day not designated by hallmark?
As such, when she had asked Eve out on a date, it wasn't because she missed valentines and wanted to her show her appreciation for the woman, it was because she truly cared for Eve and wanted to nice things for her.
It had been forever since she had been on a real date. The hand holding ooey gooey ones. Not that Eve would be ooey gooey really, but she was sure she could sneak some old fashion hand holding and new fashion make outs.
"So the options are dinner, movie, bedroom or we can take a drive out to the bay or we can walk around the city and just go where it catches our eyes?" Nadia had chosen to come in casual formal comfy clothes, large sweater and leggings, accented by nice earrings and a belt to cinch her waist. Brown boots set it off for the colors, and her black hair was tucked into a braid against her olive skin.
"And we can't skip to the bedroom Love." Nadia pursued her lips.

Even though Eve Summers was a girl that had never been too keen on commitment, she was rather fond of Valentines Day. After all, it was a day where she was given flowers, and it was an absolute delight to be able to fill her room with flowery gifts. This year was the first Valentines Day with Yue around, and Eve had amused herself by carefully covering his fluffy body with flowers during a nap.
It was absolutely hilarious and Eve had to remind the affronted cat, through peals of laughter, that that was his fate for being attached to the Senshi of Spring, of all sailor scouts.
Other than that, it had been a relatively simple Valentines Day; Eve had chosen to hang out with her nearest and dearest friends, Rea and Lucy.
It wasn't that Eve didn't like dating on Valentines Day, it was just that she had chosen not to this year. And hey, a date was a date, regardless of whether or not it was on the proclaimed day of romance, right?
The blonde hummed, tucking a curl behind her ear. "Mmmm, it's hard to decided. I like the sound of all of those things." She had picked out a cute pastel shirt that matched her eyes, along with a simple cream sweater and dark brown pants, coupled with lacy bootie heels.
"Oh come on, I like to take it slow sometimes, you know~" She winked.

Nadia's hand gently slipped into Eve's, as she managed to as well, slip next to the blondes side. She would slide her arm around the waist, but she was feeling cute, and didn't like pressing her luck.
"A walk through the city then my lovely lady." Nadia purred, "I feel like I haven't seen you in awhile. Though I know its not true since classes, and school." She laughed quietly. "Ezio has been keeping me busy-" She quieted, "I'm sorry. I...this whole senshi business has been keeping me more busy then I thought, and Ezio...." She shrugged, "has been keeping me on a tight schedule."
She shook her head, "But this is a date, and I am going to spoil you and myself. Oh look at how cute!" Nadia gently tugged her over to a shop window filled with small animals, puppies and kittens napping together or playing. She was aware Eve had her guardian cat but sometimes it was nice to remember...normal things.
"That one looks like you!" she pointed to a blonde pup.

"It's never easy when you first start out." Eve confessed quietly, leaning slightly on Nadia. "I can't tell you the number of times I dozed off in Crystal because I was out late on patrol." And yet, those days certainly seemed more carefree, even if she had freaked out about being a supposed terrorist at first. Her earlier days as a newly awakened senshi had been exciting; having had her roommate and best friend to guide her along, and the Dream Team...
Now she wasn't quite sure if she was as happy to henshin up as she was back in the day, but it was something she could not say to Nadia. Eve was not one to destroy the wonder of being a fledging senshi.
Instead, Eve beamed, readily distracted by the cute puppy wagging its tail as it pawed at them. "Aww, come on, he or she, is way cuter than I am! Lucy does sometimes say I am like an over eager puppy though. But he says it all dramatic and grumbly, like it's a bad thing!" Who didn't want to be likened to cute puppies???

"Do you patrol now?" Nadia asked mainly because she had only seen Flora a few times, and it was due to being out with her mainly. Even for short duration really. Castor was more of the sort to keep her out at night. On patrols.
The look on Eve's face mainly said it all, and it didn't daunt Nadia from facing she was in fact to new to the game to relate but....She wondered if Eve wanted normalcy and if Nadia could offer it.
It seemed she brought up her senshi life more and more, and it was overwhelming who Nadia was originally. She was not all senshi. She was Nadia, the ballet dancer, the student and Eve's lover. She was more.
"Lucy would be correct." Nadia actually thought of the blonde haired young man, who Eve's company was most often found in. Like siblings, she remembered being told. "Perhaps Lucy is a cat person? Doesn't like puppies?" She teased, wrapping a arm around Eve's waist. "I like cute over eager puppies and distant loving cats. I love to love." She winked. "I've been thinking of adopting a kitten from the shelters, but I have no idea how to really care for one..." Which was another way of saying perhaps Nadia was too lazy for such a task.
"How are your studies?" Nadia led Eve away.

"Not as often as when I first started out." It had been on a much more regular basis back then, but now, it was mostly reserved for an only for emergencies basis.
It was always hard to figure out exactly who they were, who they wanted to be, and the struggle to balance both identities. There was never a right answer. There was never an option to abandon one side completely (unless something dire like corruption happened and Eve would rather die than have that happen to her). It was exhausting to decide what to prioritize. The life they were born into on Earth, or the responsibility they had inherited?
But it wasn't something she wanted to debate about.
"Oh, he relents if I pout at him enough. And he can't not like puppies! He's just dumb and boring." She meant no malice in her words, however. Eve had been calling Lucy boring to his face for years now, and she still loved him.
"You should do it! Kittens are adorable. I always wanted a pet, but I got stuck with Yue, and well, at least I know he understands me." Although sometimes, she wasn't sure if the ability to communicate was a good or a bad thing.
"Work's good. Helped out at a wedding over the weekend and that was gorgeous." She was just an assistant for now, but one day, she would be one of the best wedding planners in Destiny City. Pixie Nyxie pretending that she asked about work lololol
