"Hand me the wrench!" a slow, deep voice echoed throughout the small underground garage like space. A light haired male popped his head up from under a large metal box "Got it!" he called back to his best friend. Jaz looked up and down the long rows of pipes and wires that messily covered the surface of the side of a metal box. He sighed to himself and watched his best friend James walk over to the tool box, stare at it before grabbing a wrench and shaking his head. "If my mom see those two blunts in there, she'll kill me" James said to his best friend as his hocked his thumb in the direction of the tool box. "Relax man... She won't find them if you keep your voice down to a quieter level..." he told his best friend with a half laugh at James's concern. When it came to the pair of them, Jaz was the calm, kicked back stonner without a care in the world while James was the more upright, afraid of trouble friend. The two, despite their differences, made one hell of a team. "Do you think it'll work this time?" James asked Jaz as he handed over the wrench. Jaz shrugged "Maybe" he said as he turned to work on the machine. James sighed and rolled his eyes at his shaggy haired friend. After another hour of working, they stood back and looked over their creation in awe.

"Lets fire this b***h up!" Jaz said to James, who nodded and turned on their time machine. After months of endless work, the two finally got it right. "Alright lets try it out!" James yelled over the roar of the machine as he grabbed the hand held transporter. Nodding at Jaz, the two stepped through the purple like veil that was shimmering between the two metal boxes. The two stepped into the veil. The two were sucked in like a vacuum before they where pushed out into a different time. Looking around, the two finally locked eyes on each other and grinned. They laughed before James doubled checked for the transmitter. When they were good to head off, they walked down the streets of the 1960's New York times square. "It actually worked man!" Jaz said with his easy laid back smile. James nodded in agreement "It did! Man this is amazing!" James said with enthusiasm for both of them. They strutted down the streets of times square, taken aback by the difference that time had made.

>> Standing by his bright cherry red AC Shelby Cobra the tall dark haired male crossed his arms, he glanced around the campus. Another school year he had to suffer though, that's if he wasn't kicked out to early this time. Last year the male didn't even stay in school for two months before he was suspended for a week for picking a fight with the janitor, it was his fault in Johnny's mind, but in reality he should have just walked away. His good friend Wanda stood on his right, they called her kitty, probably because she opened her legs to almost any guy with a good car. His best friend Marton they called him sheep, he was very shy and usually never talked, but he one hell of a fighter. His sister Pepper was standing at Maton's side, they called her Jazz because she loved to dance, she was also pregnant with Marton's baby. They called Johnny by the name of "the king" because he was the leader and the lead singer in their band "the cry babies". Letting out a sigh the leather covered male glanced over at his friend Wanda as she nudged him. "Hey King, wanna ditch today? They are givin out shots today and I ain't feelin it. So you dig?" Of course she probably meant just them too because Wanda kinda had a thing for him. But Johnny didn't like her that way so he turned towards the other two and elbowed Marton so he could quit giggling with his sister and look his way. "How about it ya two gonna ditch this joint with us, head to town or somethin?" He asked. Of course they both agreed before jumping into the back of his bright red car, Wanda let out an annoyed sigh and got herself into his passengers seat, Johnny jumping into the drivers seat and driving off away from the school.

Making it to their destination Johnny stepped out of the car shutting the door behind himself, they were right in the middle of town, parked by the side of a road. His friends soon joined him outside the car, Wanda looping her arm in his with a smirk, her lollipop stick stuck out of the side of her mouth. "Time Square, this is the joint to be Johnny!" Marton chirped in his shyish voice, Johnny smirked at him, he slipped on his sunglasses and walked off with Wanda, Pepper and Marton behind them. "Lets make a mess." Johnny joked as he walked around. After a bit of walking and scaring children the group made their way past some smoke stores, cigarettes were a big in their time. Feeling a hard bump to his shoulder the male lifted his head glancing at the culprit over his glasses, Wanda was nearly shoved out of his arm. "Watch who ya bumpin into jackass!" She shouted at the shaggy haired male with greenish blue eyes (ovi Jasper) but Johnny just looked the boy over, he pulled a match from his pocket and a cigarette. "Yall dress like you got a lot of bread." Flicking the match behind his front teeth the male lit the match before tossing the match in his mouth, he then spit it to the ground and rested the cigarette in his lips with his hands shoved into his pockets. Wanda then hooking onto his arm again. These guys looked strange. <<

James and Jasper were finally walking around a nineteen-sixtes times square was like going back into an old movie about high school drama. As the two fiends looked around at all the advertisements for coca-cola and leather, they laughed to each other and make their way aimlessly down the sidewalk. It wasn't until Jasper accidentally bumped into a couple. He nearly fell back himself as the broad shouldered, dark haired male looked at him over his glasses. James watched Jaz nearly knock out a couple as they passed them, he also found it amusing that the girl was bitching at Jaz for him mistake. "I'm sorry.. Didn't see you there.." he said softly as he looked over at James, who tried his best not to laugh. Watching as the male lit a cig and started to smoke, Jaz looked at James and then back. "Nah.. Me and my friend just aren't from around here is all" he sais as James came to his side. James was half in his own world as Jaz and the other dude and his girlfriend talked. James had been looking around times square, tempted to whip out his phone and take vintage shots to sell, but the problem was how would he explain how he'd taken them? He was smarter than to risk him and his friend getting caught with a time machine.

When Jaz looked over at him again, James moved towards him and looked at the group of teens in front of them. "My friend's real sorry, he's clumsy and a bit of an air head... But we aren't from around here, you guys think you could show us around?" he asked as he heard Jaz ask the same thing. These guys didn't seem like James and Jasper's usual crowd, they were more tough and their leather made them look far scarier than anyone who wore leather back home. Wonder what there is to see around here.... James is smart for asking these guys to show us around.. We might even see things we never knew existed.. Jasper thought to himself calmly. Me and Jaz better get our fill of nineteen-sixtes New York.. We can't stay much longer... My mom'll start to wonder where we've gone.. And eventually she'll over worry... And that's never a good thing James thought to himself anxiously as he sighed inwardly. "So what do ya say? Wanna show the new people around?.." he asked them once more, with Jaz nodding nonchalantly beside him.
