Do games ever make you cry?

What's the saddest video game moment for you?

Sad vidoe game moments make me cry all the time. Here's the ones I can think of

1) The ending of FFX
2)In FFX when Tidus realizes Yuna is suppose to die in the process of fighting Sin
3)When Tidus sees how much his dad really loved him, and he can see him instead he has to defeat him as Sin.
4)FFX-2 1000 Words concert
5)Ending of FMA Broken Angel (the 1st one)

I've cried a few times. ^^

1) Aeris' death
2) FF VIII:
- end of disc one when Squall got stabbed/shot/poked with an icicle.
-ending when I thought Squall died (I like Squall. >.>)
3) FF X:
- Got a little teary eyed during the whole "Suteki da ne" scene in the pool, with Yuna and Tidus
- Ending
4) DMC 3 ending. ^^
5) Drakengard : one of the endings.

That's all I can remember at the moment. Freakin' emotions. >.< I get too attached to characters I think.

<.< If something bad happens to Vincent in Dirge of Cerberus I'll be inconsolable.

[When I played the whole game with Aeris ('Till she died), I cried at her death, 'cause I'd just started to like her, andI never used to]
[But, that's all I can think of razz ]

The end of FFX really got to me. That's the only game I can think of that made me cry.

Let me see...I've only cried for three games.

First, I cried when Sir Auron got sent away to the spirit world (yeah you know it's going to happen but I still cried anyway)

Second, I cried at the end of Devil May Cry 3 (what a messed up ending)

Finally, I cried when Jack Krauser died in Resident Evil 4. Yeah he did try to kill you, but the scenes with him were the coolest. I can't even count how many times I died during those scenes sweatdrop , but every time I enjoyed watching myself die. razz

Well...I can easily say that I cried to the Goddess ending and the Freeaky-Baby of Drakengard.

Not because it was sad, though. It horrified me to tears, because it was that terrifying for me.

If you've played Drakengard before, then you know how ******** up the endings can be. Giant, man-eating, eyeless infants...hordes and hordes of monstrous, corrupted Goddesses...

*shudder*

But as far as sad moments go...

Final Fantasy 9, when Kuja dies. Man, I loved that guy, he was great. Depressed me all to hell when he had to go. sad

Well it's good to know I'm not the only one, a friend of mine thought I had gone a little nuts because I called her up crying over a game. I guess im just emotional/sappy like that.

I don't usually cry during sad parts in games, I tend to get a little misty-eyed and saddened, but it takes a lot to get me to cry.
