Sanidine was out, again, getting his jollies. This was work--but it wasn't? It was the best thing anyone could have ever expected of him. 'Go out, fight terrorists, gather energy'--it was like telling him to run out and have fun. So, he did.
Admittedly, he might have been having too much fun, but no one had complained or yelled at him. Yet.
So he just kept on doing what he was doing.
Which mostly consisted of wandering around Destiny City, occasionally seeking out powered auras, and gathering energy.
He'd already gathered a fair share of energy tonight, so all that left was seeking out the order signature that was just barely flickering on his radar. He didn't try to sneak up; he whistled while he walked, and even though he approached, he couldn't see the owner of the energy signature.
It was a bit unnerved that he couldn't find anyone, but, hey. It didn't stop him from looking. He'd enjoyed his run ins with senshi so far; he wasn't about to let his run end.
...If he could just find this one.

Lysithea had felt Sanidine approaching. She was doing her best to hide on the rooftops, doing her best to stay out of sight, because no matter how much she might have wanted to approach and possibly even be friendly, all she could hear was Merlinite’s voice in her head telling her to be careful…well. Fine. She’d be careful…she’d watch and wait…and maybe even rain down some pain upon this person…unless it was that creepy guy again. She didn’t want it to be him…too many arms and too many eyes. Yuck.
As she felt the power signature getting closer, she peered off her rooftop, trying to see who it belonged to…and…
Oh. It looked like a girl. Longish, pretty hair and a purple outfit. She could totally take a girl on. And there would be no awkward feelings to get in the way…and maybe she could even remind the girl that she was fighting on the wrong side. Oh yeah.
This was going to be good.
The senshi waited for the right moment, and jumped, hoping to land squarely on the negaverse agent. Just like in all of those action movies. She was going to kick a** tonight.

The first thing Sanidine realized was that there was a tickle on his face. And then there was a crushing weight.
...Apparently, there was that senshi he was looking for.
His shoulder popped uncomfortable--nothing seriously, just a little soreness, but instinct kicked in and he threw the sudden weight over his shoulder and onto the ground.
...Which he ended up on, also.
His butt hit the cold ground, but it gave him the second he needed to glance over his assailant. All he saw were boobs and hair. "--What the hell?" he blurted, even while scrambling to his feet.

She hit him. Oh how grand that was…but then…oh how painful it was when he threw her against the ground?!? And it was a he? Oh this was not going to be going as planned, not by a long shot.
“Owie…” Lysithea reached up, rubbing at her head. “Jeeze. Cut your hair, why don’t you. I thought you were a girl.” The sneshi huffed and got back to her feet, trying to think of something to do.
Anything, really…the only thing that was coming to her mind was just…kick him and run like hell. She gave the smallest of shrugs to herself and brought her leg up, trying to hit at that sweet spot right between his. “I’m going to teach you why you don’t mess with the good side. And stuff. And you’re on the wrong side…so repent!”
Oh she was so full of witty things tonight…and her head hurt. She could feel every word throbbing in her skull. Yuck.

Sanidine's eyes widened when the girl's foot jeered towards him, and he reached to grab her ankle only inches before it collided with his most vital region. His eyes were still wide as he looked from her ankle to her face--and then yanked her leg to try and pull her further off balance.
"Not cool," he hissed, keeping a firm grip on her leg. "Do you always just jump out of trees and attack people? Try to kick them in the junk? Seriously, I wasn't even doing anything bad, but I've got half a mind to knock you so hard that you think twice before trying to jump a Negaverse Agent again. Now, you're too pretty to be walking around with a face covered in bruises, so don't make me kick your a**, girl."
...And don't talk about his hair like that, it was fabulous. Even if he was a guy.

Lysithea let out a squeal and fell backwards, hitting her head against the ground. Oh damn. Ow. For a moment the girl saw stars and she could have sworn the world went black for a moment. After a long minute of lying on the ground, she sat up, rubbing the back of her head gingerly. “The ******** honestly wouldn’t have been surprised if she had a concussion from that.
“Well if you people from the Negaverse would simply stop existing then I wouldn’t have to keep…ow…jumping you, now would I?”
The girl tried to glare at him, though found it kind of difficult to look intimidating when she wasn’t sure she should even be standing right this moment.

Sanidine just scoffed before flinging himself up off the ground. He began dusting himself off and seemed to be barely concerned with the girl currently speaking to him. "Whatever," he muttered. "You're not intimidating or anything. You're not even right, you're just some girl looking for a fight. Well."
He gave her another look over. "...I'll always be around to give you one. But I can't blame you for being misguided, but I swear to God, if you try to kick me in the balls again, you are not going to like what I do to you. So why don't you be a good girl, bush yourself off, and knock it off. You go your way, I go my way, and the next time we meet up, your feet stay on your ground. If you want to fight, I'll fight. And I'll win. And then you're not going to like what happens after that, so let's try to stay on friendlier terms, all right? It's a damn shame to bruise a face as pretty as yours. I can think of a dozen things I'd rather do than lay a hand on you."
He paused, stroked his chin, and then amended, "Well, hands on you, yes. Just not violently."

Lysithea blinked, her head beginning to throb rather painfully. It made it kind of difficult to concentrate on his words. Most of it sounded quite like the teacher from Charlie Brown…wah wah wha wah…but the phrase that did resonate with something inside her poor bruised skull was that he wanted to lay his hands on her.
She blinked feeling rather stupid and looked at him. “Wait…so what? You want to feel me up, is that what you’re saying?”
If she had any sort of working brain right now she would have high tailed it out of there…much like she had done with the youma guy…but. But what a strange thought. “Is that what you meant…or did I hit my head harder than I thought?”
There was no possible way she had heard what she thought she heard. No way at all.

Sanidine tilted his head. "I said what I said. What did you hear? Because I'm happy to clarify if you've had a misunderstanding, Senshi. What did you say your name was? I'd like to remember it."
...Maybe call her up some time, get a little sparring in. If anything, this was good for his ego; it was an easy win, He could count it as a win, right? He was still on his feet and she was looking dazed. Probably stunned by how handsome he was, and not at all related to how hard she must have hit her head.
He shifted positions, taking a much easier stance. She didn't give him the impression that she was going to be out for much more blood; while this wasn't the meeting he'd really wanted, he wasn't going to complain out of what he got from it.
...He was pretty sure he'd even groped her whiles he was jumping on him, so he wouldn't even be lying if he wanted to brag about getting to second base with a pretty lady.

“I’m Lysithea…Senshi of Unicorns…” The senshi mumbled, still rubbing at her head. “I don’t know what I heard. I think I heard you wanted to feel me up, and I’m not quite sure I understand. Sorry. I think I need to go home and get some ice or something…”
Or maybe even see a doctor. Was she bleeding? She didn’t think she was bleeding but…whatever. “I don’t know. Can you help me up please. I’m not quite sure I can stand.”
She didn’t want to really admit it, but hey. He was the only one around. And maybe he could help her a little.
Lysithea paused and shook her head lightly, wincing after a moment. “Why would you want to remember my name? Are you that attracted to me? You want to feel me up and remember my name? Do you want to kiss me too or something?”
Because she already had a negaverse agent she wanted to kiss. And this guy wasn’t it. She hoped he realized it wasn’t an invitation. But of course…why on earth would he think that anyway?

"Lysithea. Pretty name. I'm Sanidine," he said, and reached out a hand for her. He paused and then seemed to change his mind, instead kneeling so he could scoop her up. "I kinda wanna throw you on the ground again for trying to kick me in the nads, but I'm sure we'd both enjoy a kiss a little more. Unless you've got herpes, but for the Senshi of Unicorns, I'd expect you to be clean."
He lifted her with easy and stood, and then very carefully began righting her so she could get settled on her own two feet before standing on her own.
"You sound a little too excited to have someone want to remember your name. Though, I've got my hands all over you now and am enjoying it, so a little more could be fun. Of course, you're a White Moon Senshi so I can't quite go all out. But a kiss could be fun. I might even venture to say you'll owe me something for being so darn sweet to you. Maybe you'll decide you want to thank me for being so darn sweet with, you know, a big sloppy kiss." He winked, for good measure, and a part of him was teasing. It was a small part. She wasn't Raven, but she was pretty in a totally different way.
...Mm, Raven.
He could go or some of that right now.
Maybe it was because he was thinking of the Dark Mirror Senshi that he was more comfortable resting his hand on Lysithea's backside to help her get her bearings, and even if his hand was in an inappropriate place, he seemed incredibly focused on making sure she could stand.

Lysithea wasn’t going to lie. She enjoyed being picked up by the dirty rotten Nega…maybe he wasn’t so dirty and rotten after all…no. He kind of was nice to look at…he had such pretty eyes. Like…like grass or something. Like swampy grass. He was like one giant toad or something, but.
She shrugged. “I don’t mind. I guess. If you wanna kiss me, kiss me.” His hands were already all over her, and her head was pounding too much to really protest anything. “Sanidine, your name kind of reminds me of sardine. Maybe you were a fish in another life. Ahahah.” The senshi swayed on her feet a little, then gripped at the lieutenant’s shirt lightly, planting a kiss…almost on his lips.
It was more like his chin…or the corner of his mouth. Somewhere in that region.
But hey. She sure did try. It wasn’t her fault she could hardly stay up right now. It was his. He should have been a gentleman and let her kick him in the nuts. It was what he deserved, after all.
The jerk.

The way Lysithea was rocking on her feet made Sanidine wonder if she had even meant to kiss him; it wasn't at all the type of kiss he would have gone for, but even if she was willing he wasn't sure that it would be any different from kissing, say, a tomato. She could hardly stand; how was she going to focus on kissing him, too?
"You're more of a fish in this life than I was in a past one," he grumbled, "You can hardly stand, do I need to toss you in the fountain? ...Is there someone you can call or something, to help you get home? I mean, of course, otherwise I could take you home with me..."
His voice trailed off and he moved a little closer. The excuse was to support her better until she regained her balance, but there was no reason for his lips to be so close to her neck. "...You could join the Negaverse and I'd take such good care of you."
...For the night, at least. He wasn't really so interested in actually doing the work that came with taking care of someone.

“I’m fine. Honest. I’m fine.” Or at least she would be soon. She was sure of it. A head wound was nothing, and she was able to see a bit more…sort of. Now there was a just an extra half of Sanidine, instead of an extra full Sanidine…so…hey. Vision was improving and…
She stiffened a little and pulled away from him. Join the Negaverse? Was he joking with that?
“No. Um. No, thank you, Sanidine…in fact…”
Lysithea took a few steps backwards and shrugged. “In fact I think I should be leaving now…um. Thank you for your concern….” She shrugged. “I was nice meeting you, I guess. Sorry for attacking or whatever…um. Yeah. Bye.”
The senshi swallowed and quickly left, hoping to just get herself home. Ice was needed for her head, and some aspirin. That sounded lovely.
…She didn’t want to admit it…but she was more than a little disheartened that he hadn’t kissed her back…at least she had tried…
What a jerk he was. What a jerk…
Not like Merlinite at all. She knew who she preferred.

Sanidine's eyes narrowed as he watched her go; for a moment he wondered if he should have called a General Queen to nab this weakened senshi, or if he should just take his corkscrew and jam her in the back. If she'd been a guy, sure.
But she wasn't.
Sanidine was't some chivalrous saint who had something against attacking women, he just didn't like to damage beautiful things. Most of the time, at least.
She hadn't even hurt him that much, so he couldn't justify an assault. And no one was around to snitch on him.
....Besides, she wouldn't remember that kiss she owed him if she corrupted.
He'd have to check in on her again, but for tonight, he was content to let her go.
Especially with such a nice view.
