It was the second October of the New Year and for months now the Dormouse ghoul had essentially been a prisoner in her own dorm! She was at the age where she didn't HAVE to sleep when it got cold... If she could stay warm... But there was the rub... If she got too cold she'd start to fall asleep! This meant she was trapped... she kept her dorm nice and toasty not only for her but her Minis and indoor garden too! Unfortunately... even the hall was too cold for her to go out into without several layers of cloths and her monthly supply runs were nightmares! She'd already had to be rescued more then once by kind students and friends!

The Dormouse ghoul stayed in shape by essentially making her room a obstacle course! Just because she was trapped there it didn't mean she couldn't have adventures! Like all Dormice Monsters Camilla had tunnels and even small rooms built into the walls of her dorm normally only her Minis used them but they were useful for working out! All'd she do is shrink down to her smallest size and away she'd go it also reminded her just how different the world of a small creature was... Unfortunately even with her room the way it was Camilla was starting to go alittle... Dorm nuts... As much as she loved her Minis it had been months sense she'd really had much social interaction with other creeple and she was starting to crave it...

The Dormouse ghoul also had heard the school had Hotsprings! Camilla wasn't sure just how she'd never found them before in her exploring but it seemed Amityville had a lot of secret's she'd yet to find which excited her quite a bit but right now Hotsprings had her really excited! Hot mineral rich water... social interactions... and maybe even some adventure! Yup Camilla could tell this would be a good day!

It was with that optimistic thought in mind that the Dormouse ghoul donned her warmest cloths, grabbed a backpack containing her bathing suit and a lunch then set out!

Like always even with all the layers she wore the cold seemed to seep right through them making her lethargic and sleepy... it took her much longer then it would most to reach the hotsprings and when she got there she found a most curious sight! Many creeple were lined up just outside the hotspring infront of a strange heart shaped portal... Gnomes did their best to keep order but weren't doing a very good job of it as student after student pushed their way in the ones that came back out seemed to range from pleased to confused... Camilla stared at the portal for a long moment before looking to the entrance of the hotspring then back again she did this several times before her gaze set on tne portal and her long tail started to sway merrily oh this had adventure written all over it! And sense when would Camilla to turn down a offered adventure? Happily the Dormouse gets in what semblance of a line there was and waited as patently as she could which was surprisingly patent mostly due to her trying to stay awake but finally it was her turn and eagerly she jumped through! What she found on the other side was curious indeed!

Camilla found herself in a very curious hedge maze! The leaves were pink! As was the sky and even the grass! She could see fluffy pink clouds floating overhead as she looked up at the hedge wall... It was enormous! The walls just seemed to keep going up and up and up! Camilla so wanted to climb that... But decided agenst it another thing she noticed was it was much warmer here! She started having to strip off many of the layers she wore till it was just her normal default outfit and her purple peacoat the rest of the layers went into her bag or were tied around her waist It wasn't long before she got a strange sense she wasn't in Halloween anymore... As if all the Pink wasn't telling enough but what she meant was the air felt different... It reminded her of that time she went to Easter Town!

Once the initial wonderment was over the Dormouse ghoul started to wonder how exactly she would get out of here... The warmth and all was nice even all the pink didn't bother her but she still had a hotspring to check out! Camilla couldn't help but giggle a bit at the irony she faced here she was a Dormouse in a Hedge Maze! Normally she was pretty good at hedge mages Mouseshire naturally had them but often times she'd cheat and climb over the walls if she could... but that was a no go this time... so she rely on her sense of direction which actually was very good in it's own right but still could fail her at times... And after wandering around for a few minutes she started to wonder...

Thats when she heard something... distant at first "Hm?" she says twitching her mouse ears at the sound before turning them this way and that trying to catch the sound again after a bit she heard it again! Closer and more clearly then before but still not close enough to make out... finally she heard it once more and very clearly this time! "~Kiss the Kushi~" was whispered...

(o. o; How did that even happen...?)

Camilla continued to wander without seeing a single Kushi... Were there even really Kushi in this maze? Were the voices lying? The Dormouse ghoul was starting to wonder...

That was until she realized she had seen that exact hedge not long ago... "Oh dear... I'm going in circles! No wonder I can't find any Kushi!" she says pouting a bit before sighing she needed to be more careful about which way she was going... Camilla knew how easily one could get going in circles in these mazes she had just let herself get to excited...

With these realizations the Hyper Dormouse ghoul takes a breath to calm down a technique she learned from her makeshift one day ninja training before continuing on

It seemed that Camilla had found a part of the maze that was full of Kushi! Unfortunately... It also seemed that her scaring that first Kushi had a negative chain reaction... Every time the Dormouse ghoul tried to get close to a Kushi it ran off...

"Oh dear... That first Kushi I scared must have told all it's friends about me... aw man..." She says while pouting... things just got a lot harder...

Whenever Camilla would near the stone Kushis would just run away no matter what she tried... This went on for a good half a hour before the Dormouse ghoul sighed in resignation... She'd have to 'catch' the Kushi... Being a rodent herself she understood the unpleasantness of being chased and caught by something... But it looked like she had little other choice...

As the Dormouse ghoul fretfully mused on what to do she freezes as she comes across a unaware Kushi sitting just on the side of the path it was busy cleaning itself and apparently hadn't heard her walk up... frowning Camilla slides into a crouch trying to mimic the poses she'd seen Carlos take however... creeping like a cat just wasn't going to work for the Dormouse ghoul so instead she modified the pose so it was more akin to the poses the Ninja Vulpes moved in during the How not to be seen class she took... and this pose worked!

"Ok... Here goes... Sorry Kushi..." She says then begins moving forwards after taking a breath to steady the hyper excitement that was starting to build within her every muscle was tensed and ready to spring as she crept closer and closer to the unaware Kushi the closer she got the tenser she got a thrilling sort of excitement washing over her as she did till finally the Dormouse ghoul was practically right ontop of the rodent...

All was well until suddenly... Crunch!

A stray leaf had come off the hedge and landed right underneath Camilla's foot! She froze stock still as the sound of a leaf being crushed pierced the silence and caused the Kushi to look up... It looked left... Then right... then paused for a long moment... before finally returning back to it's bath... It was at this time Camilla realized she hadn't been breathing quietly she lets out her held breath then creeps a bit closer... before... She pounces!

Leaping towards the Kushi and trying her best not to cry out in excitement Camilla easily scoops up the now startled Kushi and slides to a stop on her belly panicking the now VERY aware Kushi tried it's best to get out of her grasps but it was no use the Dormouse ghoul held her catch firmly but not enough to cause any real discomfort "Got'cha! Heh heh! I caught one!" She laughs excitedly before rolling onto her back and sitting up adrenaline still ran through her as she pet the poor terrified Kushi in a attempt to calm it down till finally she came to the conclusion that the only way to get the poor mini to calm down was to let it go So with that thought in mind she gives the Kushi a kiss on the top of it's head then lets it go she was disappointed she couldn't just kiss the same one over and over but she could tell the Kushi was about ready to bite her so it was time to let it go

Getting up Camilla brushes herself off before continuing on her way with a broad smile on her face ...she now understood why Carlos liked hunting so much! It was rather thrilling! And luckily for the Kushis having a Dormouse hunt you was much better then say a Cheshire Cat because they didn't have to worry about their persuer eating them...

What was worse then botching a pounce? Not finding anything to pounce thats what! The Kushis of this place were proving to be rather nervous creatures... As became evident by the fact that after her last attempt to pounce something all the Kushis cleared out! Ten minutes and she didn't see hide nor hair of the little fuzz balls!
