Attack Type: Debuff/ Silence
Sailor Hatsya calls out her attack which summons a delicate epee handle in front of her. Grasping a hold of the hilt a 2'11" ethereal blade forms (standard saber length) She brings the weapon up (tip upwards in front of her face) then brings the blade tip downward in a sweeping motion saluting her opponent. Once she salutes her opponent she has the next 30 seconds to hit them after which the sword disappears effectively silencing her opponents magic abilities for the next 30 seconds. This attack is usable 3 times per battle (see super attack "Effect 2").
Effect: The opponent that was hit can not use any magic for the next 30 seconds. Nega's cannot summon or dispel their weapons or teleport, corrupt cannot use their magic or teleport, DMS cannot use their magic or mirror walk away, knights and WMS cannot use their magic.
Sword duration: 30 seconds or upon contact with an opponent.
No magic duration: 30 seconds starting from when the opponent was 'pierced' or 'nicked'
Note: Epee is the only style of fencing where the entire body is a valid target area.
Sword Info: It is ethereal magic. The blade cannot block/ parry an attack (Objects pass through it) which means it can cause no damage when 'striking' or 'stabbing' someone. If anything it is more of an intimidation factor, mind over matter react as you will to being 'stabbed'. She cannot let it go or it disappears (no she cannot throw it at your face despite wanting to).
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Swords of Dispel and Siphon

Sailor Hatsya calls out her attack which summons two delicate epee handle in front of her. Grasping a hold of the hilts a 2'11" ethereal blade forms (standard saber length) She bring the weapon in her right hand up (tip upwards in front of her face) then brings the blade tip downward in a sweeping motion saluting her opponents. Once she salutes her opponent she has the next 30 seconds to hit them (up to two people now) effectively silencing their magic abilities for the next 30 seconds, use able twice per battle.
Effect 1: The opponents (up to 2) that was hit can not use any magic for the next 30 seconds. Nega's cannot summon or dispel their weapons or teleport, corrupt cannot use their magic or teleport, DMS cannot use their magic or mirror walk away, knights and WMS cannot use their magic.
Effect 2: If she manages to 'nick' or 'stab' or 'strike' an opponent more than once their 'no magic timer' resets as well as her swords siphon one unused level one attack from their 'magic/ energy' pool allowing her to cast her own level 1 attack one more time. (if there are no unused magic spells/attacks this part of the effect 2 is null)
Sword duration: 30 seconds.

Eternal Sailor Attack:Sword Dance
Attack Type: Defensive / Reaction
Sailor Hatsya chooses up to two allies, within 15' in any direction except behind her, which summons 5 ethereal swords that dance around them as well as herself (she is always included in this attack for a max of 3 people). The swords are effectively a protective barrier around her and her allies that move if they move. This is a passive aggressive attack that only reacts to incoming damaging/ crowd control attacks. Attacks made, whether they are physical or magical, will be parried by the swords and counter attacked by deflecting the magic or weapon in an arbitrary direction. The sword barrier lasts for 60 seconds then disappears*.
Cons: Opponent doesn't attack and waits for it to wear off. Counter attack is contingent on a persons attack and will be discussed before battle on if it is dodge-able. Still susceptible to most AOE spells (not all).
* With each attack parried one sword disappears, once all 5 are gone then the attack is over prematurely.
Pro: If both barriers are not cast at the same time on target-able individuals(only one other present or only chooses one person at the time) can can cast the 2nd one separately.
