Sometimes, Ethelfleade just needed to get out of Neued. While she had made it her temporary home of sorts, it didn't mean it was always the best place to be. While the family had forgiven her, most still didn't want to see her so it was often awkward to walk about in town. It was why once again Fleade found herself in the forest leaning against a tree. Both of her swords were on her hips and they alone gave her the feeling of security. She learned to never trust the quietness of the forest, there were others here who could move more swiftly and silently than any believed, and it was because of this that even though she felt secure, she was always on alert.
It was a good thing too, because before she knew it, she heard a slight buzzing sound and then something flying into her hair. It made her panic a little more, a lot more, than it should have and she found herself standing and shaking her head and trying to catch whatever was in her hair. Fleade didn't even think to think it was a sprite.
