Where is it? This purple portal likely wouldn't have been found at all if it wasn't screaming. A rickety ladder has been propped up on the side of the auditorium to help those who cannot fly reach the roof fairly safely.
What's Inside? Much like the interior of the red portal, this area has a pink sky with wispy heart-shaped clouds. Rather than being confined to a maze, however, you are in the middle of an open, grassy field that never seems to end.
What Do I Do? Try to reach the end of the field:
It never ends. Eventually you come back around to where you were.
Something is lumbering toward you.
Forever Alone Monster 80 HP 5 damage to you with each successful hit
Kill it. You may use any FEAR attacks in your arsenal if you are a student, horseman, or approved civilian. Quest students may use 2d6-6 to attack and they have 30HP but no FEAR attacks. Hunters in golems may use 2d4-4 to attack, have 10HP and no FEAR attacks as well. They may pendant back to Deus as needed.
How Do I Leave? Fight the Forever Alone monster until either you or it are dead. The portal reopens and you get the OOC prizes no matter who dies. You may reenter and fight again for bragging rights if you want, as long as you don't claim the prizes a second time.
What Do I Get? +2 RP points x5 Junk an IC 5 pound bag of chalky candy hearts

Uru was making his way - finally - to the student dormitories when he was walking past the auditorium. He would have passed it unnoticed if anything had not stood out. However, something did and it was a ladder propped up along the side of the building. And there were students on it. If it was like anything else that was happening today, just meant that there was a portal up there and he was 4/4 ... who be it if he turned down another portal? At this point, he was viewing them as holiday challenges from the student council. Rolling his shoulders, his feet turned to direct him toward the latter.
Some students flew to the top (lucky them), while other grounded students had to climb the rickety ladder.
Inside the portal, he found himself in an open field reminiscent of the bruteball field. At least to him. However, where he would imagine stands and two field posts, there was nothing, it seemed like the field went on beyond the curve of the horizon. There was also that... he could see the curve of the horizon. His expression set to his defensive glares and frowns as he turned around to see a creature unlike any other - minipet or otherwise. It was a monster lumbering toward him.
Uru roared as he clutched his fists, azure flames igniting around his knuckles as he dove into the monster. A swift right hook followed by a left, the demon continued with the momentum with a hard knee and a then the other foot. The monster retaliated with lumbering swings of its own which Uru had nimbly dodged, finding an opening for a hard upper toward the creature's chin. However, the strike left his flank open long another to be caught on the side. The demon hound bounded a short distance to put space between them. An evil grin spread upon his maw. This was enjoyable fight.
The boil dashed forward again, dodging an outright punch by the purple monster. He gliding his hand along the creature's forearm, if one would call it that, leaving a layer of frost that was quickly growing into something frigid. If he had more time, he could have done serious damage, turned the area black by killing the living cells there. However, a hammer arm to the back was enough to take his arm away.
A hit on the creature, but it was dealing a consistent amount of damage. The student council really got a monster this time that knew how to deal with the opposition. He wouldn't be proud of this loss, but... it was fun if it came to it.
Uru ducked low, charging in again like a berserker, pulling his fist back as he leapt at the purple monster with the giant face and ugly expression. The creature lifted his thick arm in time to block his attempt as he threw the demon backwards.
Uru stood back, clutching his side with a grin. It was a good fight, at least he got the monster winded for a bit there. One more hit should do it for him.
Taking the final hit, Uru grunted as he took a knee. The monster gave a wailing scream as a portal appeared behind him. So that was the way out of here. He may be tired, beaten and weak, but he had places to be and things to do and a certain boil he was keeping waiting. MAD DASH FOR THE PORTAL IT WAS!
