After heading back to her dorm, the demon managed to wash up from that unpleasant experience with the Chocolate portal earlier. It'd taken quite some time to wash out all that mucky chocolate, which required numerous rinses through her thick hair, and the crevices of her roots. But feeling refreshed, and no longer covered with the scent of cocoa, the ghoul went out to try and obtain new books that'd been destroyed in venturing into the aforementioned portal. Leaving the Demon dorms entirely, she headed out to pass by the gym and arena, where... yet again, another portal happened to catch her eye...
Slowing her steps, the cloud of moths fluttering around her following suit, she stared at the floating oddness. It sung such a lovely melodic tune.. Such an enchanting one. Changing course, the ghoul cautiously approached, but maintained her fluid posture and gait. There weren't many near it... and it wasn't crowded like the Chocolate portal had been. She was a bit hesitant to even enter though, considering how that other one turned out... but this seemed different. A person simply could not judge all by experiencing only one variety of something. With a small inhale, Ev decided to take the chance to venture inside.

Once inside, she flinched slightly from the sudden impact that met her face. It didn't hurt, though, which was surprising in and of its own. In fact... it had a very soft sensation. Blinking slowly, the ghoul managed to assess her surroundings, staring at all the falling doves that littered the area. They actually felt quite nice as they plummeted down, brushing against her, or bumping off of her body. So soft against her skin... But what an odd place this was. She wasn't going to complain. It was far more favorable than the chocolate lake she'd been trapped in.
Looking along the walls, she spied the random bullseye that was situated up on the far side, just... waiting. Well... this seemed rather straight forward in what she needed to do. Bending, she picked up one of the plush doves, clawed fingers only gently squeezing it to feel its pliability. It was almost like holding a downy feather pillow... one of her favorites! Staring at the bullseye, she pulled back her arm, and tossed the limp dove at it to gauge how much force was needed with the light weight of the unconscious avian to hit the far off mark.

She managed to hit it! It'd been surprisingly easier than she'd thought, having not used as much strength behind her toss as she would have though she needed. But the birds seemed to have a little heft to them, which was probably why it managed to land on target. Bending to pick up another one, Ev gave it another go, actually sort of... enjoying the challenge.

Darn, she'd just barely missed that last one... she had to keep focused, and not get too cocky from the luck she had with her first shot. She simply had to repeat its performance.

That one wasn't any better... But hey, there was no rush, and she didn't mind being here, so she simply kept on trying.

Another direct hit! The moths around her fluttered in a gleeful fashion... only to get hit by a few of the falling doves, sending them down with them.

And another hit her arm, two this time! pulling her arm back, she rubbed the area, and glancing up to see if she could try and avoid the next batch that would fall.
