Cles looked up into the sky trying to see where it was his avian was flying. The blue male was a little on the grumpy side, he wasn't sure why she was dragging him out they had gone hunting not that long ago, he had even picked up a great big pelt, that she count good for him for awhile!
Neve was flapping her wings flying quickly and gracefully. She had promised to meet the blue bird and his brightly coloured cheetah not to far from here. The females stomach was fluttering a litlte as se flew.
Really Neve had never paid males much attention before now but Ilwe had caught her eye, it probably was about time for her to have a few chicks, help some of the up and coming members of the pride be able to become scholars. Avians were important in the pride, she would be doing it for the pride.
"We are almost there." she called down to Cles. He was being a pretty good sport so far she hoped it kept up.

Ilwe was circling over Are's head, chirping softly and she followed him easily. Of course, the sky-colored pair made it to the meeting place first, they had been closwer and Ilwe didn't have to fly away to convince another to join him. Are was all for the adventure of it. Ilwe simply promised that she could interact with another that probably knew this area. It would be like a treat to her! The cheetah agreed easily.
When they had reached the meeting point, Ilwe swooped low, fluttering a bit to land on Are's admittedly bony body. She had to be cold, Ilwe thought, but she moved so much that she likely didn't feel it yet. This area was full of snow and ice - it would be good to know another that lived in this area that could probably help her out.
"They should be here soon," Ilwe promised. Are gave a grin, bouncing a little and moving to explore the new location as they waited.

Neve could see the duo that they were meeting up with before Cles could. She smiled when she saw the sky coloured pair. "Just ahead" she told Cles. She felt her stomach start flipping around at the sight of the male avain. She shook her head, the avian had always been such a serious type to be giddy over a male was just redicoulous really but none the less she was thrilled to see him.
Cles paused for a minute when he saw the strangers ahead, it was a cheetah he had never seen before and an avian. He glanced up at Neve a glimmer of worry in his eyes.
Cles wasn't exacly a young leopard and if they were walking into osme sort of fight he worried that he wouldn't be able to protect himself.... at least Neve could fly away.
"Is this right he asked her?"
She gave him a quick nod, "Be nice." she warned befor elying over ti Ilwe to greet him. She knew Cles wouldn't pick a fight but he wasn't always the warmest of leopards either.

Are nearly bounced in excitement as she saw another pair approach. A leopard! And the other bird that Ilwe had told her about. She could tell why Ilwe was smitten - it wouldn't be a hard thing to figure out - she had known him so long. She glanced around at her companion and gave him a knowing look. The sky-raven huffed, giving a small trill as Neve made her way towards him.
"Hullo," Are greeted the white avian warmly, Ilwe echoing her only a bit. However, Are's attention focused on the leopard. "You must be Neve's companion!" She gave a grin, bounding a little and nearly forcing Ilwe from her shoulders.

Neve grinned at the brightly coloured cheetah, she had an appealing presence, Neve was sure that Cles would be drawn to her just a little, if nothing else he would want to hear her stories. Cles was all about histories, mostly the prides histories but also the histories of others that came around.
"My name is Neve" she told the cheetah, "Ilwe has said great things about you." Neve chirped with a smile. She landed on a rock close by, this way she would be about eye level with Cles and this nice female cheetah, cheetahs where much nicer then lions.
Cles moved in closer and took a seat next to the rock that his companion had landed on, he was uneasy but intrigued. He offered the sky coloured bird a kind smile before turning his attention on cheetah. He was pretty sure that Neve had something bigger planned here then just a meet and greet, for now he would play nice.
"Hello there." he said giving both the cheetah and her avian a breif nod.
"My name is Cles" he told them, his tone was quiet.

Are gave a huge grin to the leopard - so quiet! The Leopard-avian pair really blended into the surroundings. So did Ilwe, actually. The cheetah stuck out, vivid against the muted surroundings. She didn't quite mind. "Ilwe tells me you know these lands pretty well," She said, getting ahead of herself. "And I'd like to explore, but Ilwe thinks I'll hurt myself." She gave the bird a huff, and he pecked lightly on her head in retaliation.
"Her name is Are," Ilwe said, shaking his head. The cheetah gave a nod in respond, repeating his statement.
"My name is Are," She paused to introduce herself. If she were anyone else she might be flustered, but she was too excited for that. She had the chance to explore a land. With snow.

Cles smiled warmly, despite is frosty coat. The cheetah was vibrent and he loved how she stood out against everything in the area. Really Cles wasn't usually one to notice apperance but the cheetah let off such an energy that he found himself wanted to more about her and be closer to her.
Neve had a knowing smile on her face, it was working, he plan was working. She like Are, it sucked that she wasn't from the pride, she really would have prefered for Cles to fall for a lady in the pride instead of an outsider, but at least she wasn't a lion. She gave a glance towards Ilwe, "Its working" she whispered.
In the back of her mind Neve knew that she wasn't just excited for Cles to be involved with someone more fittng, but also because if he was busy with Are she would have more free time too. She hazarded a look at Ilwe again realizing that they would have more time together, she felt a blush grow under her feathers.
Cles, was mostly oblivoious to Neve. His attention completely on Are, "Yes I know the area well, have lived her my whole life and I am a scholar here. I know well just about everything there is to know." he said proud of himself, his life had been dedicated to the history and the bones that they were written on.
"If you want to explore then I must insist you have a guide, I can take you around. If you have with me the others in the pride wont bother you as much." the pride wasn't closed off to outsiders but some were quite suspicious by nature specially with the former king and his queen missing. Not to mention the factions that were forming against the queen... Cles didn't worry himself with any of the politics but he still knew it was happening.

Are was quite pleased with the Leopard. She had so many places she wanted to explore, but she did want to live. Still, it could have just that edge of danger that she was craving, and she might be able to find something of worth. It was exciting. "A scholar, you say?" A small chirping sound entering her voice, as it did when she got particularly excited.
Perhaps she could get a lot more knowledge than she originally hoped! The Sunny Cheetah grinned brightly. "Lets go then! Lead the way."
Ilwe huffed a small chuckle, grinning at Neve. Their plan had worked perfectly, after all. He fluffed up his feathers a bit in near pride. "Should we follow them a bit?" He asked.

les was a little surprised when the bright cheetah was so eager to go off with him, she barely even knew him! He looked at Neve to try to figure out what he was suppose to do, social interactions weren't his thing.
Neve looked at her companion and gave him a gentle nod. Encouraging him to go with the cheetah. Turning her attention towards Ilwe, "Maybe for a little while, I don't want him to do something stupid and mess it all up right away." she said a laugh in her voice.
"But only for a little, I don't knwo about you but it would be nice to have some time to ourselves if you ask me." she said her voice light and energetic.
"Okay" Cles said to Are, "Lets go I can tell you all about the avalanche we just had" he said his voice full of excitment, if Are let him get talking about the history of the pride he would likely never shut up. He began to walk beside her a bounce in his step that made him appear much younger than he really was.
Seaki
Are bounced along after the leopard. She was going to have an adventure! Perhaps she could stay a little while. The lands were large! She could spend ages exploring the area, and she might just do that. She glanced up at the pair of birds, giggling as she bounced after Cles.
Ilwe smiled at his companion before nodding at the white avian. Just a little while then, and they could go off on their own.
Ilwe was giddy. This day was going exactly as planned, and he would enjoy every minute of it.
