Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone was interested in getting some sort of weekly chat going. Like, pick a night and we can all get together and actually chat some in realtime vs forums. We'd have to find a time that worked for everyone, but maybe the weekend or an evening would be a good place to start.
We could do it here on Gaia, or maybe even on Skype, depending on what everyone is comfortable with.
What say you? Would you be interested?

Marael Right on! I'm in Central time. For me, evenings and weekends work best. I get off work at around 4:30, usually, and I'm online by 6 or 7 most nights. How about you guys? What works for you? Also, if you send me your Skype name in a private message, I'll add you tonight. biggrin any day actually work good actually, so whenever we set a date i'll be there. unless otherwise. i actually don't even remember my Skype info. i'll have to figure that out aha

Well, I expect the first few would just be sort of a general chat to get people comfortable. Beyond that it would be whatever we all decide. Love this idea! I can make myself available any day/time luckily but changing it often will confuse me or have me be unable to change my schedule so quickly (setting your own hours is a lot nicer than I ever dreamed, lol)

Ok! I think I've quoted everyone who said they were interested (although everyone is, of course, welcome) because if you're like me, you forget to check back without a quote xd Anyway, we need to figure out 1) what day works and time works for everyone (if you can't remember what time zone you're in, check here) and 2) should we use Skype (has text chat or voice), gaia chatrooms or some other non-forum medium. So... 1) I'm in US Central Time, which means it's like 2:30 as I'm posting this. For me, just about any day works with the proper notice. During the weekdays, I could do anytime after about 6 or 7 (my time) and weekend I'm usually pretty free. 2) I would honestly prefer Skype because I don't like how Gaia's chatrooms are set up... but if everyone else wants to use Gaia (or something else) I'm okay with it. What say you all?

What say you all? 3-9pm AST would work best for me. (Atlantic Standard Time). Right now it's 5:17 pm. How can we organize this and set a time?
