Lucifer would step into the area, standing perfectly still as he breathed, in and out, focusing on the energy of nature around him. Perhaps his opponent wasn't so brutish as the rest of the competition; always charging in without remorse, not even bothering to getting to know the opponent they were about to fight to the death. Such a silly charade it was; the notion of coming into an arena for power and fame, killing nameless opponents for false glory. For what was the meaning of their lives, what kind of story would it be without the names and faces of those you met along the way? Little more than a photo album filled with the forgotten faces of gladiators who strove for the same thing.
But that would be all they had in common; the pursuit of glory, to the very end. No names. No children. No connection to the one you would put down. A shame, really.

Cecil would step into the arena to see his opponent, one he was not familiar with. He could do some ambush attack or something like that but why not talk to the person first. Have some kind of resemblance of a honorable battle afterwards. Walking up to Lucifer he spoke. "You must be my opponent, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cecil Raiken, The Mizukage of the Mist. May I ask your name?" With that he extended his hand to Lucifer to shake. The least they could do was be somewhat civil after all.

"My name is Lucifer Heiland." The man spoke, cracking his eyes open as Cecil made his appearance. "Do not misunderstand. I believe it's alright for us to have this civil moment before our duel, but I'm not an idiot." He refrained from shaking Cecil's hand, instead taking a single step back, each step leaving a strange, black mark on the ground where his feet once were. "But now that we've gone above and beyond the usual combatants, I believe it's time for us to begin. Prepare yourself."
In a quick burst of movement, the man leaped back, extending his arms outward, palms facing outward. One after another, six foot wide, whirring sawblades would seem to appear from nowhere, touching his palms briefly before he launched them in rapid succession towards his foe. Even if they couldn't slice through his bones, they could still slice through his skin and force him to bleed out. How would he react to such an attack? One thing he would notice to be peculiar; Lucifer's chakra levels had only dropped for a brief period...just what was he?
Cecil only laughed as Lucifer spoke, he certainly was not stupid."Ah yes but can you blame me for trying, after all you wouldn't be much of an opponent if you fell for that. Well yes I suppose we should start" With that Lucifer jumped back and released a number of saw blades, all of which would go after Cecil himself. Of course he wasn't just going to stand there and take it, well actually he was. With just a thought in his mind and a small chakra usage as well as some handseals, his lightning armor would activate. Every saw blade coming at him would be deflected by lightning chakra making the saw blades go flying in a bunch of different directions. The important thing was they were far away from Cecil.
After his moment of thinking Cecil would use more handseals, but it was likely that Lucifer would believe him to be using another lightning jutsu. Except he was using two jutsu, one genjutsu one lightning. After all he needed no hand seals for lightning jutsu, but his opponent did not know that. The minute he finished Lucifer would be caught in the genjutsu paralyzed from fear, he would be seeing his own death. His Chidori sharp spear activated and it would pierce straight into Lucifers heart, then to be sure he would bring it up to slice his head in half. The funny thing about all of this was while Lucifer was seeing his death by genjutsu, he was dieing for real. The question was, would he be able to slip out of this one? In that case while all of the following was happening an electromagnetic storm would roll in. Right after the moment that the Spear would pierce his heart. A lightning bolt would fall upon him.

Jutsu: Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) B to A Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Shikumi no Jutsu (Death Foreseeing Technique) Description: This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and will no doubt suffer severe mental stress.
Chidori Sharp Spear: S to SS Prerequisite: Chidori Description: The original Chidori gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of 10 meters. Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing. When the enemy's body is pierced the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.
When the man used a jutsu to defend himself, Lucifer was hardly surprised. The way his chakra built, moved through his body...it was completely predictable as a lightning element technique, as it gathered in his hands first before releasing itself, a staple of lightning techniques. However...they way his chakra moved through the air towards Lucifer for his next attack gave off an entirely different vibe; something most definitely not lightning release. Preparing his chakra for the worst, Lucifer then felt it; the paralysis enveloping his body like some sort of plague. But it was...simple. A technique like this could defeat unprepared opponents, as could most Genjutsu...but the lucky few who could see them coming in this sense would almost never fall prey to underhanded tactics like that.
And so, as Cecil's attacks seemed to connect...he would find that they simply passed through the man. Completely unharmed. The Time Destruction Escape was a powerful skill indeed...fearsome in its own right. And here was the kicker; each of those six sawblades--that had touched Lucifer's hand before flying at his opponent--had a seal marked on them. A better question was, though...which of those sawblades that he'd knocked so far away had the correct seal on them? Manipulating the electrical storm wouldn't be enough damage to destroy the proper seal; how would he destroy all of the seals quickly enough to prevent Lucifer from simply reversing the seal?
This had given him enough time to focus his chakra and perform a Genjutsu: Kai, seeing as how he was now in an invulnerable state. Once his body was restored, his chakra now untouchable, he would wait patiently, his chakra rejuvenating while he continued to focus it, preparing another technique to counteract whatever sort of offense Cecil would choose this time.
The man used a technique that certainly gave away one of his assets, there was only on thing he could think of to do that. The Uzamaki were known for their seals. Well he would simply try again, this time ensuring Lucifer met his end. The first thing he did was activate his Chidori current while activating his second jutsu. That one would hit just as he got out of the way, perfect timing. His Chidori Current would hit all of the saws destroying them, also hitting where Lucifer was. Then Cecil would jump back out of range and let his other technique hit ensuring the saws and any seals in the area destroyed. That technique would also hit Lucifer, all though if he was still in his ghostie form, he would be immune. All of this was without handseals and fairly quick. But to be sure one more technique would be started, Fog would role in to the area as if created by someone.

Jutsu: Shina no Kourin (The Descent of Shina) S to SS Description: A technique used generally to remove a huge group of nins or to breach a heavily guarded section of wall. After fully charging all chakra and then doing nothing but hand seals the Cloud-Nin is able to open the skies from above and as such a sphere of clouds about 14 feet in height and 14 feet in circumference slowly descends from the sky. It then slowly descends to touch the ground, and once it does everything in a 90 foot radius of where the ball dropped is attacked by huge bolts of lightning causing large amounts of property damage and what not.
Chidori Current S to SS Prerequisite: Chidori Description: By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This will also neutralize other lightning jutsu so long as they are not more powerful. This attack can also be channeled through the ground to increase the range of the attack by a few more feet.
Despite the absolute storm of lightning, fog, and general death that just coated the area, Cecil would notice one thing that seemed...odd, if he were watching. Despite it all, Lucifer merely raised one hand, gesturing towards a specific sawblade. After the explosion cleared, he would see that the sawblade...was completely unharmed. A vanishing act, one of the cardinal techniques of the Magicians, had temporarily removed and re-inserted the sawblade for a minute chakra cost, just long enough to get through the astounding series of lightning that had just taken place. Even so, the fog that rolled in was...worrisome. Taking quick action, Lucifer then made his way over to the sawblade--quite quickly with his speed--and stood guard by it, prepared to defend it again if the need arose. From his back pouch, he procured a peculiar kunai, reading Pull: Fog as the chakra imprint on the size. After lobbing it past his opponent, the pair would quickly find that the once rolling fog was going in the completely opposite direction, even being pulled underwater from the attractive pull of the seal on the kunai.
It was at this moment--with all attacks and fog cleared--that the first use of the Time Destruction Escape ended. With his chakra recovering, and his mind still on full-alert, the man just stood there once again, sizing up his opponent....what would he do next?
Cecil now knew for sure he was protecting that sawblade, if he destroyed it he felt he would win. While he was pulling out his kunai and writing a Seal on it, Cecil would activate the second part of the fog technique. The entire area would be hit including the saw and Lucifer. That was not it however, to be sure Cecil used two more techniques, a dragon made of lighting launched itself at Lucifer and the saw. He would be forced to block it and then while he was so focused on the dragon, the lightning hound he had made would come from behind and destroy the saw. With the fact he was certainly faster the hound should be able to get there before Lucifer could make the saw disappear like last time. He also had to deal with the dragon as well so now it was up to fate. To be sure he won Cecil then after the attacks would move way closer to Lucifer to ensure his victory. If he materialized again, then Cecil would attack.

Jutsubiggrinendou Enmu no Jutsu (Electric Fog Technique) A to S Description: A two part technique that can cover a large amount of area or hit one person specificaly, first performing a few hand seals the shinobi blankets the area in a natural, cloudy fog ending his first post. The fog in itself is not very thick, one could essentially see through it and very much fight as if they were not in fog at all. However once this fog has been summoned the Cloud-Nin, now on his next post, is able to fire at one target or a number of targets indirectly by sending an electrical current through the droplets of condensed water that composes this fog esentially creating a series of small, but powerful, electrical shocks and as such vaporizing the fog. These shocks esentially can cause physical debilitation and at worse unconciousness.
This technique factors in rank; it cannot override a technique that is significantly more powerful than it (AKA a higher rank). Note: The first part of this technique can be essentially avoided if fog exists in the immediate vicinity or Kirigakure no Jutsu (by way of ninjutusu) has been used. However by performing this technique by such methods will cause the essential water vapors to disappear. If done by method of Kirigakure no Jutsu, the technique still occurrs and the mist is still very debilitating but it is unable to maintain the charge for the jutsu to be used via the Kirigakure again, and as such, fog must be created for the user to perform the jutsu again.
Raiton: Rairyu Rendan no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Attack) S to SS Description: Sends a create dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponents body. That can leave their entire body temporarily paralyzed.
Raiton: Ryouken (Lightning Hound) S to SS Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominante hand, the user make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. to attack his opponent from a distance. The lightning dog will still be connected to the user’s hand through a bolt of lightning. The user then manipulates the technique to attack the chosen target. Being a Lightning Release, it requires a lot of chakra from the user to maintain for a period of time and thus a risk to use with a low chakra supply. This was first used against Pain when Kakashi tested this jutsu out to see if he could repel both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
"You won't kill me with these techniques." As the fog rolled in, and the techniques taking their effects...Cecil would be just as angry as he was the last time when he saw Lucifer again, completely unscathed, invulnerable once again. It was but a simple wave of his hand--the other jutsu triggering without any need for seals--that shielded both him and his stored item from the damage Cecil tried to inflict. However...something was different this time. No buzz saw. No matter where he looked, Cecil wouldn't find that sawblade, no matter how hard he looked.
Taking advantage of their fog cover, Lucifer would walk toward Cecil, extending one of his ethereal palms toward the man. He walked in a circle around Cecil, using the cover of fog to leave small, black markings in a broad circle around his foe as he paced; Sumiyakaji, intertwined with Hiraishin. "To be honest, Lord Mizukage...I expected a bit more of the Mist's ruling man. Where I come from, Kleine is the top dog; he murdered those I care about, stomped my own reputation into the ground with his negative feeling toward me...and yet I find this even more disappointing than him. The man who ruined my life, somehow not as bad as a Kage who can't challenge me. Do you know how frustrating that is?" If allowed to pace properly, the array of seals would be complete. His chakra focused...Lucifer simply waited for his opponent to notice the ring underneath him.

Cecil would not just sit back and let the guy try and seal him in. So he was long out of range by the time Lucifer would of put down the second seal. He then tried to insult Cecil, the guy didn't even take one of his attacks he simply phased himself out. If he wanted to talk about how bad Cecil was then he should prove it by actually not hiding behind some cheap trick. Not like it mattered there was no reason for Cecil to talk, he never did during a fight.

While they'd been fighting, Lucifer had been projecting trace amounts of his chakra throughout the ship, using his ability to sense the movement of chakra like a sonar to establish its inner workings. And what he'd discovered was...certainly interesting, to say the least. To start things off, Lucifer would throw a single kunai into the water below. Then, Lobbing a kunai directly above his desired location--then relocating it using his magician abilities--Lucifer would then use the FTG technique, disappearing and reappearing at the twin nuclear reactors that powered the entire ship. He didn't have much time left for his invulnerability, so he had to work quickly. Of course, focusing one's chakra to a molecular level was something only possible by medics and sealers...
With a brief period of intense focus and chakra control--capitalizing on his invulnerability--Lucifer severed one of the molecules in each of the reactors before reactivating FTG to teleport to his seal on the now underwater kunai. After placing his hands together, Lucifer thrust them outwards, erecting the most powerful barrier in existence around his position: The Prisoner's Cage. It pushed all of the water out, giving him the ability to sit at the bottom of the barrier when the two reactors each went off with the individual power of a nuclear bomb. Even in his mind, Lucifer knew that such an explosion would shatter his barrier relatively easily, despite his being underwater nearly 200ft. These were things to give him time for his final set of invulnerability, should he need to use it.
As for Cecil...the power of those reactors exploding boasted the power to destroy the entire ship, as well as the entire 200 foot radius from the ship they'd been given as their battlefield in less than a couple of seconds. How would he respond?
