Everyone gets stressed out sometimes. It's just a thing that happens. Work, school, family, friends, anxiety problems, etc. All of the above can cause a LOT of stress in your life. I made this thread to share some of my stress-relief techniques and have you guys share yours.
Stress is common, but can be bad for your mental and physical health in many ways! To get rid of this negativity, I read a good book, listen to happy music, browse the internet, and meditate. I often go to
this youtube channel and pick a guided meditation that fits my needs at the time.
