XX» Stoic and distant, Shaun prefers to keep to himself and avoids people as much as he can. He is rather cold to people who try to speak to him, even those that consider him a friend will feel the sting of his harsh words.
Biography:
XX» Shaun was born into the Order of the Divine Blood, a faction that believed humans to be the perfect species. To convey this message, the Order killed any non-humans and any who supported human/non-human relations. The Order is fairly small, with little more than a hundred active members, with each member specializing in some sort of talent. Shaun was no exception, as during his infant years it was discovered that he was able to levitate object that his body could not. Growing up, Shaun learned the values of the Order, humans were the superior species and that it was his duty as a member to uphold these values and to wipe all non-humans from the face of the Earth. Alongside the other children of the Order, Shaun was given a regular education with the Order's teachings thrown in for good measure.
As he grew into his pre-teens years he was forced to train the clan's combat arts, utilizing a draw-stance to catch their opponents off-guard. These exercises became a large portion of Shaun's education, as he quickly became more and more skilled with the different techniques that were taught. Implementing his psionics into his combat skills, Shaun had created his own form of fighting, throwing whatever was nearby at his opponent with his telekinesis. This had led to the elders considering him as the best student they had raised this generation.
Years passed and Shaun was just about finished his final years in training. It was here that he met Azure, another member who was born into the Order. The elders wished to test her sorcery against his blade, as both had shown a great deal of growth in their respective fields. The fight lasted for little over an hour, with neither side gaining any sort of advantage, Shaun's techniques were flawless, but Azure's combined sorcery and regenerative powers kept him from defeating her. The elders called off the fight, claiming both were victors in their own right, however Shaun was not satisfied with that outcome.
At the age of 18 Shaun was given an assignment, to infiltrate a non-human high-school and discover what they were planning. The elders seemed to believe that the school was attempting to build an army to counter-act the one that the Order was growing over the years. In order to put their minds at ease, Shaun accepted the task, although internally he was unsure if he could take the life of another simply because of their race.
Little did Shaun know, that the Order was planning on sending another to assist him in his mission...
Abilities/Skills:
XX» Shaun has the ability of telekinesis, allowing him to carry anything up to 150 lbs in weight.
XX» Shaun excels in fortune-telling, carrying a Aleister Crowley Tarot Deck with him at all times. He is able to predict immediate futures, ones that can't be avoided. The process is simple, he using his telekinesis to shuffle the deck and he draws a lone card. The card that is drawn will affect the immediate future of the one whose future is being foretold (I will generate a number between One and Fourty-Four, each number will have an Arcana dedicated to it).

XX» Shaun specializes in fighting in a draw-stance, using his small frame to help him move quickly and strike multiple times before the enemy has had a chance to retaliate. He has named several of his moves after the Arcana of the Alistair Crowley Tarot Deck:
XXXX► 0: The Fool: Shaun draws his blade and appears to swipe at the enemy only to feint the attack and deliver a swift kick to his opponent's abdomen.
XXXX► IV: Emperor: Shaun twirls his sheathed sword and strikes at the opponent's forehead.
XXXX► VII: The Chariot: Shaun dashes forward and unsheathes his sword, slashing horizontally with a spin.
XXXX► VIII: Justice: Shaun draws his blade, before performing a brief combo with both his sword and its sheath.
XXXX► XI: Strength: Charging forward, Shaun draws his sword and attempts to overpower the target with a single strong descending slash.
XXXX► XII: The Hanged Man: Shaun rests his still-sheathed blade on his shoulder and delivers an axe-kick to his opponent's dominant shoulder.
XXXX► XIV: Temperance: Shaun holds his sheathed sword out in front of himself, if the opponent attacks during this time then he will attempt to parry the attack and strike his opponent's abdomen with the hilt of his sword.
XXXX► XV: The Devil: Using his psionics, Shaun will hover his sheath just above and behind him, using it in conjunction with any further basic strikes. Any attempts to use another Arcana attack will result in the sheath returning to his off-hand.
XXXX► XVI: The Tower: Shaun draws his sword and points it directly upwards (Only effective against airborne opponents and targets directly above him).
XXXX► XVII: The Star: Shaun swipes at the enemy with a diagonally rising strike, before performing four other slashes in the shape of a star.
XXXX► XIX: The Sun: Shaun crouches low to the ground before drawing his blade and slashing vertically, launching both himself and his opponent into the air.
XXXX► XX: Judgement: Leaping backwards Shaun uses his psionics to throw himself forward at his opponent with great speed and force. Unsheathing his sword, Shaun slashes horizontally at his target.
XXXX► XXI: The World: Shaun's draws his blade and traces the shape of a circle into the air directly in front of him. Upon completing this, Shaun will launch himself forward and attempt to stab at the enemy with one final strike. If he connects then Shaun will raise the opponent over his head, and sink his sword further into their wound. If this move fails then Shaun will be stunned for one turn (This move is mainly used to finish fights with style).

XX» Telekinesis: Shaun's telekinesis has a limit of 200 lbs max. but distance must also be factored in. For every 5 feet away the object is, the weight maximum lowers by 20 lbs.
XX» Shaun's fortune-telling can never be avoided, and there have be instances where he has been affected by telling the fortunes of others. For example: He told the fortune of a sparring partner, which said that he would never lose to Shaun, as such, Shaun has never won against him.
XX» Shaun's draw stance leaves him with very few defensive techniques, especially against projectile users. He also has a tendency to shout the names of his techniques before or during the time he uses them, allowing the opponent to know what each technique will be when he shouts out their name or number.
