Bisera was sitting on the floor in his room, legs crossed, starring down at the five pieces of Gorogorum Scales that he had been gifted by his mother. They really were beautiful pieces, a rare silver colored material, that came all the way from Zena. He was eager to work with the stuff but he really wasn't sure what he wanted to do with it. He had been sitting here for a while, studying the stuff, lifting it up, turning it from side to side, taking in every last detail as he tried to figure it out how to start. The scales were a lot bigger then what he normally worked with, meaning that he would need to cut it down. The idea of cutting the scales down to a more manageable size without really having a plan wasn't something he was comfortable with so it caused him to just study the stuff all that much more.
"What do I do with you, pretty scales?" He asked of the stuff, running the tip of his index finger against the surface of the top scale on the stack, a thoughtful sound escaping from his throat, "A necklace, maybe? Bracelets? Earrings?" He mused, knowing that any of those could look really nice if they were made just so. He didn't think that a ring would work out all that well, rings were so small and the scales were so big... but then again if he made a necklace and had some smaller pieces left he might be able to form a ring out of the left overs. He didn't want to waste any bit of these scales because he didn't know when he might be able to get some more of them. So what to do then? How to start? Ah! He could always start with some sketching, sketch out some ideas that might work well with the material the scale was made of?
Another thoughtful sound escaped from him when he realized that someone was in his room. Lifting his head up slowly he found himself starring at the boy sitting there front of him, starring at him with narrowed eyes, "Bisera, you're really terrible at noticing things, aren't you?" He said, giving a sighing sound as though he was quite exhausted by his older brother.
Bisera tilted his head to one side, "Huh? Oh, well you sneak in all the time and stare at me when I am working, Kin." He reminded his brother, looking back down at the scales, "I don't mind though, you tend to help me out after all."
Kin gave another side before he reached out and poked him again, "Bisera! I am not talking about me, look there." He said, pointing at Bisera, waiting for his brother to really realize the fact that they weren't alone in the room. In fact it looked as though their companions of sorts had been there for some time now. The fact that Bisera hadn't noticed had Kin shaking his head, "I swear, you really need a full time keeper, Bisera."
Sitting up Bisera looked in the direction that he was pointing, at his shoulder, then his other shoulder, then back and forth realizing that they really weren't alone. He was sitting here, for who knew how long, with a group of five morackers curled up on him, sleeping. His blue eyes blinked a couple times before he finally said, "What... when...? When they did they show up?" He looked quiet confused before asking, "Whose are they? Someone's pets or something?" He asked of his brother who looked as though he was about to fall over from the giggles that he was now smothering, "What?"
"It's raining, stupid. It has been for some time now, it's making the various creatures outside that don't want to get went to sneak inside people's houses. It seemed that they really wanted somewhere warm and dry to sleep and... well, where better to go then your room? Not like you noticed them sneaking in or laying down on you. You're pretty oblivious."
Bisera looked at the creatures again for a moment, shrugged, then said, "I see... well, I guess if its all rainy they can stay until it dries out." He didn't really mind, they were cute, fluffy, and warm. If they wanted to stick around until the rain stopped he was fine with that.
It was something that had Kin laughing as the boy pushed to his feet, "Fine, fine... well, you take care of them. I will come back when its time for dinner. Consider taking a break." He told Bisera, patting him on the head, before walking out, leaving Bisera to his work and with his group of fluffy friends. Bisera didn't seem to mind them, the moracker weren't causing any trouble, so Kin figured that it was fine. Besides, his brother needed more friends so maybe this would be good for him to have some fluffy company.
