Looking out from the dug cave in which she made many years ago. Talus gazes out at the area. She should go hunting soon. Yet she is not at the point of being hungry yet. After meeting another wolf she has started back from her traveling to the plains. Now she is safe in her den in the northern climate. The air comfortably cool against her coat. Eyes search for wildlife. Perhaps she should go on her patrol to make sure no trespassers are on her territory. Not like last time with that fire stallion. Whatever happened to Ruin is none of her business. There was talk of children, but thinking of it she doesn't much care for pups at the moment. Though he made a very good argument. Not today.. but someday. After all why should she consider him if he just left. Giving a scoff she steps out from her den and heads down towards the rock outcrop. Their height will give her a better view of the area.
Padding over there with the grass and dew getting onto her fur Talus stops to sniff the air. Not knowing whether anyone is around she continues on her path. Ears flicking side to side to catch the slightest sound of movement. The comfortable weight of her mask upon her head calms her like a security reminder that she can protect herself.
