Alright... Travel Drive ate the list I had all made up and ready to post. Yay.
Since you all have been waiting for ages though, I'm going to make up one great big list and just add and change everything here, rather than go through each forum like I had planned. I'll get to that when I actually have time to sit down with the internet again.

Here you will find a list of canon characters that are available for play. Characters that have already been in play and have a backstory will be highlighted and noted. Those characters you must speak with a mod or captain so we can see how you play the character and give you a summary of their history within the role play.
Other characters, simply ask for and someone will get back to you.

NPC Characters.
Because there have been issues in the past about certain characters, here we will list characters that are NOT available to be played. We will allow special privileges to members who have shown they are capable of role playing fairly, or have a specific plot in mind for a NPC character. These usually only include god-mode enabled characters.
Privileges may include temporary control in order to continue a plot, needed to aid a canon character that is involved with a npc, etc.
