My name is Natalia Jones, but few know me by that name anymore. For a time, I went by the codename Vesper, however, I currently go by Fey Marquee. As you can clearly see, I am Female. I have Brown Hair and Hazel Eyes, but I frequently wear Blue Colored Contacts. If you want to get specific, I’m Six Feet tall, weigh One Hundred and Fifty pounds, and I’m Eighteen years old. I try not to get too involved with anyone, but I do prefer Men.

My past is.... Complicated.
I was born September 22nd in the small town of Littleroot, which naturally makes me from the Hoenn Region. I was a Quiet Child, and a bit of a Tomboy. I minded my Manners, worked hard in school, and played sports. I particularly loved Softball, and occasionally participated in a Pokemon contest or two, but my mother and I would also work in a Small Garden with Pokemon while my father attended his job as a Scientist for some Strange Corporation. Stress ran high sometimes, which was understandable and my mother and I tried our best to make him feel at home when he was with us, but things began to turn sour when I turned Ten. My father became Unreasonable and Aggressive, to the point where he started Attacking us for no reason. For years this persisted, but my mother was a patient and kind woman. She told me that my father was sick, that there were some things I wouldn't understand until I was older, and that it would come to pass if we waited long enough. However, I was not willing to wait for the impossible; my father had gone off the deep end, and I needed to protect myself, but I couldn't convince my mother of this. So, feeling Alone and Cornered, I became Rebellious; I learned to Fight Back.
I studied Martial Arts so that I could defend myself and my mother, to disarm my father and get out of bad situations. I learned quickly, because it my choices were learn, or be beaten down. Three years passed. Three long years of fighting my father, ignoring my mother, fending for myself, and shutting out anyone and everyone. I started to hear voices and strange whispers, and I no longer Cared about, or Trusted anyone. Then one day, I'd had Enough. No matter how much I learned, practiced, and studied techniques, I still had a major limiting factor of being a scrawny, thirteen year old girl, and my father being an older, stronger man. I was fighting a losing battle with my father, and the voices told me that this time, I was going to die. I'd ran up the stairs, desperate to find some kind of Leverage in my room, a weapon to overcome my Physical Limitations. Grabbing the nearest solid looking thing I could find–a Bat from my Softball Days–the moment I saw a Figure in my doorway, I swung, hard and fast. I thought I'd successfully gut punched my father and sent him staggering into the wall, but instead I saw my mother, laying motionless on the floor.
I snapped out of my delusion, realizing what I'd done, and in a panic, I gathered up some money and ran. I ran out of the house and as far away as my legs could carry me, but the voices wouldn't stop tormenting me. They told me I was a Murderer, that I was doomed to stay in jail for the rest of my life. I was dazed, fatigued, and scared. The last thing I remember was blacking out alone in the forest. When I woke however, I found myself in a soft bed, and assumed it had all been a horrible nightmare, but this room was not mine. After I'd recovered enough, it was explained to me that I had developed a case of Schizophrenia. They refused to explain why or how this had happened, instead it was made clear that if I wanted to control this special case, I needed to take medicine that only they could provide. In exchange, I had to lose my identity, become a new person, and follow all orders I was given. I was trapped yet again. Feeling hollow, I accepted the terms, fearing the voices more than the tasks I was given. I changed my appearance, cutting my hair Short, dyed it Black, wore New Clothes, and Colored Contacts. I now worked under Team Void, stealing pokemon and carrying out orders and top secret missions as a spy under the codename Vesper. I dulled, back to shutting out all emotion because it made my job easier. I used enhanced, powerful pokemon like tools instead of friends, because that's all I saw them as. I became something I hated, but I could do little about it, and soon grew accustomed to my new life. I had officially given up all hope, because it was either stay with Team Void and receive medicine and a cover up life to avoid my past, or leave, possibly go to jail for the rest of my life, and deal with headaches, nightmares, delusions, and a slight case of schizophrenia.
My wake up call occurred when I was Seventeen. A particular trainer was thwarting Team Void. They knew too much and was causing trouble, so I was tasked to persuade them to leave us alone or kill them if necessary. I set off, unfazed by murder if it meant protection. I was a perfect little puppet, and I had no idea what I'd become, until I found my target. He was a boy, kind, and seemingly harmless, but when I approached him to battle, and he saw the Void Insignia on my uniform, he turned hostile. We battled, and one by one, each of his pokemon fell to my own. He still refused to give up fighting me though. He had a vendetta against Team Void for destroying his home and family, but I was robotic, and unsympathetic to his problems. I was here to do another job, and that's all I cared about, so I ordered my Pokemon to attack and finish the boy off so I could return to base. However, his Jolteon whom I thought was down, jumped in to save him at the last minute. He had already been critically injured, this blow would certainly kill him, but it had jumped in anyways.
Somehow this brought me back to my senses. A selfless sacrifice. My heart had been so dark and closed, that this gesture of true love and friendship opened my eyes again. The world came back into full focus, and there was nothing but pain for me, and all the horrible things I'd done to save my worthless self. I whispered a silent apology to the boy, and I did what I did best; I ran. I ran back to base, stole as much medication as I could find, and I fled. I swore I would never again become their puppet, but that was easier said than done. Once you were a part of Team Void, you never really left.
I stole as much medication as my bag could hold, faked my death, and lay low for a few months while I let my hair grow back long and return to it's natural brown color. I kept my colored contacts, a changed girl yet again, and I made a break for the Johto region, where I could abandon my old team and start over, pretending to be a new trainer. Here, I would begin a life that I wanted, that I chose. From now on, I would be in control of my own destiny.

I'm a master of Martial Arts and a trained Assassin, so if you feel like trying anything funny, I hope you didn't need that arm. I'm a lot Stronger than I look, but I'm Emotionally Unstable. I'm plagued by my past, and often have Nightmares because of what I've done. I'm trying to make amends with myself and start with a clean slate, but I'm always paranoid that someone, somewhere will recognize me, even though it's unlikely. I've learned to speak Several Languages due to my previous occupation, and I know my way around a Pokemon Battle.
I like a nice warm cup of Coffee or Tea in the mornings or afternoon. It helps calm my nerves and reminds me of a happier time long since past. Many people say I'm Mature for my age and assume that I'm in my Early Twenties, though I can't say I blame them. I had to grow up fast, and I've experienced and witnessed things that would make grown men scream. I love pokemon, but for the longest time I forgot that love and used them as tools. I'm trying to make up for that now. I have seen the error of my ways, and I hope to make a new team with at least an ounce of the true loyalty that Jolteon showed for it's trainer. I have a harder time getting close to other people however, because I can't trust anyone anymore.

Entry 67: "It's been a while since I've opened this journal again... I've been running for so long, it's hard to remember what exactly I'm running from. I suppose it's ironic that my earlier entries have faded over time, just like my memories. Everything in the past is so fuzzy and unclear, it's hard to make out what was real and what was manipulation."
Entry 68: "Today I finally took a step to start over, I went to Professor Elm's lab to get a Cyndaquil, and I was going to move on, but apparently Arceus won't allow it. I met with another boy who had decided to start his journey as well, the very same boy who I was sent to deal with on my last mission for Void. We've somehow ended up as a pair, though I'm not sure how. Should he find out who I really am, surely he would not treat me with such kindness."
Entry 69: "I've suddenly gained several new partners; my old Rotom Plazma, a snobbish Snivy, a friendly Altaria, and a strange Mawile. They are all a part of my team now, but somehow I think my medication isn't working as well as it used to, because when pokemon talk I can hear voices in my head that seem to be some sort of rough translation of what they're saying.... It's very strange... Aiden has gained some new partners as well, a Salemence and a Jolteon, however the Jolteon seems to be a reincarnation of his old Jolteon, the one that I killed. I really am beginning to think Arceus hates me..."
Entry 70: "Another boy has joined us, though I'm not sure for how long. His name is Gio, and he traveled with Aiden and I to Violet City so we could train and try to beat Falkner. I doubt I'll need much training, but I suppose I can humor them. Since only one trainer can battle a gym leader at a time, I decided to challenge Falkner first. We beat him handily, then again I'm not surprised, Plazma is a force to be reckoned with. Now the Zephyr badge is in my possession, and I feel compelled to move on now while I still have the chance, but something holds me back; my need for atonement with Aiden."
Entry 71: "How does one become friends with another without growing too attached? After meeting up again in Sprout Tower, Aiden didn't hesitate to come to my aid after a nasty bout with a Gastly–after which I soon captured–and stayed by my side until I fully recovered. Already he assumes we are friends, and as such he should do such things for me and expects me to return the favor, or at least he has no doubts that I would. He is so sure, but I don't even know if I could. I would have preferred to just remain acquaintances..."
Entry 72: "Aiden left me in Gio's care for a while after I'd fully recovered, leaving to try and get his own Zephyr badge. Gio wanted to beat the Sprout Tower master but I didn't see much of a point in doing so. My pokemon weren't ready yet, and I only have an interest in beating the gym leaders. There was nothing but Gastly and Bellsprout in the tower so I decided to continue training in Violet City."
Entry 73: "Aiden returned from his Gym battle, victorious. I can't say I'm surprised, that Salamence looked tough. We met up again and decided to visit the Trainer School while Gio trained and tried for his badge as well, then afterwards we agreed to stay at a pokemon center for the night since it was getting late. There we exchanged sketchbooks, I didn't know Aiden was such a talented artist, his drawings were beautiful and mine were.... Mostly very angry scribbles with a few decent pictures here and there. He loved them anyways, but it's hard for me to take any compliments, I just don't believe them anymore."
Entry 74: "An Espeon was apparently hiding in the back of the trainers school. It reminded me of Eve, I would have evolved her into an Espeon should I have done the smart thing and taken her with me when I ran away from home, but then she would have likely been captured by Void and used for horrible purposes, so I suppose it was for the best that she was freed of me... Anyways, the Espeon seemed to be using some sort of telepathy, being a psychic type, to communicate. Her voice is crystal clear in my mind, far different from the voices I normally hear. She apparently wants to join me, and asked the teacher there, Adrian, if she could. Up until now she had been an assistant at the school, keeping young trainer's minds on track. I'm not sure why she's so interested in me, but I won't deny the company of an Espeon on my team."
Entry 75: "It was freezing when we walked outside, it had been perfectly fine before when we'd walked into the trainer school... Such a rapid temperature change is certainly not normal. Thankfully I found the source of the problem, a giant pokemon in the distance, some sort of ice dragon. It was clearly very angry, and dismissed my offers to help it, bellowing at me to go away, marking it's new territory with frost and slowly freezing over Violet City. I had to do something, even if it meant knocking the dragon out, which is what I ultimately had to do. Flora was a great help, being fairy and steel type she was resistant to the ice–though she complained a fair bit about the cold–and her fairy type attacks would weaken the dragon severely. However, I couldn't help feeling bad for attacking it. This ancient beast looked broken and scarred beyond repair, even it's roar was weak and hollow, but I sense great strength from within it. In the end, I think I may have gotten it to accept my help, so I've decided to capture it and take it with me for now. Aiden, Gio and I decided to stay for the night at the Violet City Pokemon Center. A sweet Delphox named Aria assisted Nurse Joy in tending to my injuries from my fight with Kyurem (I'd gotten the business end of it's tail while Flora pummeled it) and then joined Aiden's team before leading us to our rooms. I need to do some research on Kyurem before retiring for the night however..."
Entry 76: "Kyurem. The dragon that I caught, it's name is Kyurem. After stopping by the pokemon center for the night, I decided to look more into the legends surrounding this pokemon, and what I have found is rather shocking. There are ruins and ancient texts and myths upon myths of information, it took me a while to delve through it all but I eventually found something that tied it all together. Kyurem is related to two other dragons, Reshiram and Zekrom. They all used to be just one dragon, according to the legend, but twin heroes split the dragon over an argument of what was most important; truth, or ideals? Well when the dragon split and each went with their respective trainer, Kyurem was born, a being to represent the absence of these two characteristics. It was described as the empty shell left behind. No wonder Kyurem seemed so broken and incomplete. It could not be reasoned with, it acted on primal instinct. I'm beginning to understand more and more, but the more I understand, the worse I feel...."
Entry 77: "There is so much that I now have to write, I'm not sure if I can fit it all in one entry, but I will try my best. I have the time to do it after all. Not long after my last entry, two Gastly appeared before me and Aiden, each with an invitation addressed to eac of us respectively, an invitation to a halloween ball. I'd suspected from the start that this was going to be some sort of trap, the fact that my letter addressed me as 'Natalia Jones' instead of Fey Marquee should have been the first dead giveaway, but if I'd protested that to Aiden, then I wouldn't be able to explain my reasoning behind it. Not to mention, my damn curiosity got the best of me. I wanted to know who the hell had sent me the invitation, and I wanted to snap their neck. I had no idea what I was getting into.... It's getting late, and I'm tired and sore, I'll have to continue tomorrow, it's not like I'll have anything better to do than write...."
Entry 78: "The Gastly's letter was sent by a mister Raphiel, and the letters explained that the Gastly were our transport, an even more unsettling relegation that should have sent up enough red flags to stop us from going, but it was late, and Aiden seemed excited at the prospect of a party. Who was I to deny him? I'd been overly and unnecessarily paranoid before, and I told myself that's all I was being now. I slept, and in the morning got myself a costume for the party, somehow teleporting into thin air with the Gastly, soon followed by Aiden and Gio. We all happened upon a beautiful mansion on an island of it's own, but as awed as I was, I still couldn't shake the eerie feeling I had. The creepy doorkeeper didn't help matters, and as the massive mansion doors closed behind me, I felt inexplicably trapped. There was music, dancing, and wonderful food, festivities went on practically without pause. Aides even offered to dance with me for a little while, in spite of the fact that neither of us really knew how. Admittedly, I wasn't sure if that was a good idea, but after Aria and Nyomii insisted, I supposed it couldn't hurt. Oh how wrong I was... It did hurt, so much that I was almost surprised. Almost. Arceus was handing me a perfect life on a silver platter, knowing that I wouldn't let myself have it. It was torture, wanting to enjoy dancing with Aiden, and knowing I couldn't, or rather, I shouldn't. These feelings that I have... I wish they would go away. I wish it wasn't so painfully obvious that he feels the same way about me, that he could drop the idea that a relationship with me could ever actually amount to anything. Yet I indulge and feed the monster willingly by staying with him, bound by my guilt. I can't stand it when he looks at me with those big concerned dewy eyes, it makes my heart melt every time, and I do whatever I can to make him happy again, and more importantly, not worry about me. If things continue this way though, what am I supposed to do...?"
Entry 79: "As we danced, I heard and saw an all too familiar friend; Isis. To be completely honest, I was shocked she was even there, but she was, and there was no denying it was her. Admittedly, I used her unexpected appearance to try and kill two Pidgey with one stone, if I introduced her to Aiden and they hit it off like I expected them to, I could not only atone for my deeds against Aiden, but Isis as well. If only they had clicked they way I expected. They were polite, they probably wouldn't be offended by the idea of spending a day together, but there was nothing more. To make matters worse, the topic of the name Natalia came up when Aiden introduced his Sylveon, and Isis recounted the story of our childhood. I couldn't stand it, I even had to excuse myself to the ladies room to puke I felt so sick about it. It was awful, and the fact that Aiden came following after me didn't help my guilt, but as we stayed in the waiting room and talked, I was able to rest with him and relax a little until Nyomii dragged us back out into the party. By that time though, I don't think I minded so much. Me and Aiden had talked about such mundane things to set my mind adrift, I was almost surprised how.... Normal it made me feel. Maybe it was the simplicity of it all, maybe it was my medication kicking in, maybe it was the fact that I was holding Thalia to calm moe, or even a combination of the three, but I felt ready to face the ball again. I did owe Aiden a dance after all, and dance we did. We swung around to the music, for what felt like hours before finally, our host showed up."
Entry 80: "Raphiel was his name, and he looked mighty perturbed let me tell you. No one I'd ever seen before thankfully, but just seeing his face made me burn inside. How had he known my name? To this day I still don't actually know. However, he announced a few events in the works, one of which being a race for our pokemon. I sent Nyomii into the race, narrowing down my choices to between her and Calliope, but subconsciously I knew that I preferred to have the motherly Altaria near me mores than Nyomii. I think she picked up on that thought, because she seemed rather sad when I selected her to be in the race... That was the terms I had left her on, the last time I saw her before she was stolen from me. Everyone's pokemon were stolen, all the ones selected to be in the race anyways. I don't think I've ever seen such a widespread panic since someone discovered the bomb Void had me plant inside Sliph Co. Headquarters. When the lights came back on and people calmed down, we were all split up into search parties. Something smelled rotten in the city of Lumiose, but I went into that creep-tastic hell hole Raphiel called a theater. The moment we were inside, we were trapped inside, and rather than looking for our pokemon, we ended up looking for another way out. We didn't see head or tail of the pokemon thieves, but we did manage to bust our way into a closet to be confronted my the creepy doorkeeper. Turns out he was a maniacal Sableye all along, but five on one didn't prove to be all that difficult. We were finally led back into the ballroom, but this time, it was not the bright and glamorous room we were led to believe we'd been in. The floors were cracked, the lights were dim, it was storming wildly outside, and to top it all off, no one had found anything and the gym leader group Raphiel had taken with him into the basement was missing."
Entry 81: "As it turned out, Raphiel was behind it all, no real surprise there, the guy looked like the sleazy car salesman type, all dressed up in his suit and tie with his greying hair slicked back and heavy bags under his eyes. This time though, he had a grey cloud of dust following him everywhere, and his previously eloquent demeanor had vanished. He had fully expected us to get maimed by his staff, but we'd been stronger than he expected, so he unleashed the full armada on us; our own pokemon, turned into zombies and being ordered around by the zombie gym leaders and Nurse Joy who had been in the basement with Raphiel. The pain I felt in that moment, seeing Nyomii ripped up and lifeless, there is almost no comparison... It almost hurt as badly as..." -The rest of the page is deliberately left blank and dotted with tear stains-
Entry 82: "Things went from bad to worse. I was forced to knock out Nyomii, but the building around us was falling apart, the old crumbling structure unable to take the abuse of both the weather outside and the pokemon attacks inside. At one point in time, a rogue pokemon struck Nurse Joy, which nearly ended up killing us all. She had a Xerneas under her control, falling apart at the seams but still able to lift us all 10 feet in the air with Psychic before letting us fall. There isn't much that will scare me these days, but that was an experience I never want to have again. I was frightened more for Aiden's life than my own, but it seemed that was how he felt to as we clung to each other in the air, twisting and turning in a fight over who would sacrifice their self by hitting the floor first. Thankfully, we were saved by Aiden's Salamence, Kaizer. He saved both of us, October, and Gio before we hit the ground, the landing was rough, but we were able to recover and keep fighting. More of the zombie pokemon fell, but our struggles weren't over yet. Suddenly I became very aware of the haphazardly dangling chandelier above now falling right at us, and with the help of October's Eevee, we all began to book it. We weren't going to make it it time though, and at the last second, I shoved everyone out of the way and took the fall."
Entry 83: "Next thing I know, my leg is trapped under the chandelier and Aiden and Gio are ordering their pokemon to lift the mass of scrap metal off of me so they can dig me out, October is making a splint and Aiden puts it on me. The last of the zombie pokemon are defeated, but I'm losing my mind. I can't remember anything but the screams, the screams of the zombie trainers upon realizing they'd lost. Or rather, the evil ghosts inside of them realizing they'd lost. I wasn't able to be fully coherent until Nyomii returned to me and force fed me my medication. She explained for me. No one was actually a zombie, it was all an illusion. The stolen pokemon had been taken into the basement, that was where Raphiel brought Nurse Joy and the gym leaders before ambushing them all. The fight was real and my injuries sure as hell were real, you couldn't tell my mangled leg that the pain was an illusion, but I had Nyomii back and my friends were safe. I suppose that was all that really mattered to me."
Entry 84: "Now I'm back in Violet City, stuck in a wheelchair at the pokemon center until my leg fully recovers. Just my pathetic luck. I've had nothing to do but recount that horrid memory in this journal and sit around. Aiden won't leave Violet City without me, he's insistent that he stays until he knows I'm doing better, constantly trying to cheer me up. It's a bit overwhelming, I'm sill not quite sure what to think of it all. I suppose I should be grateful, he's being very sweet and caring, looking after my well being, but on the other hand, it hurts. This isn't how things should be. I need to be the one taking care of him, not the other way around..."
Entry 85: -there are little hearts doodled around the margins of this particular entry and a few small pictures below, one of Aiden in a tuxedo, directing a chorus of Puruglies, another is Aiden in knight's armor, riding a Jolteon, presumably Daguerro, with a self portrayal of Natalia in a princess costume waving from a window and seeming to be calling for help in a tall Rapunzel tower structure-

I almost forgot that today was Valentines day until Aiden showed up with bags full of plushies and candy. $500 dollars all spend on me, that boy is ridiculous. I shouldn't be too hard on him, it was a very sweet–no pun intended– gesture and it wasn't entirely his fault, Aria apparently kept adding things to his cart, but I still insisted that he return most of the items. It's been raining pretty hard today though, so I had to keep them for a little while, and Aiden and I talked and ate pocky to help pass the time. Though, we eventually started playing some sort of pocky game, and I'm still not quite sure what to make of it. That's a game that couples play, not friends, but it still sounded like fun so I was willing to give it a shot. Every time our lips touched though, I couldn't handle it. I would always start off each round feeling nervous but excited until our lips actually met, then I couldn't go through with it. I just.... I can't. I can't do this to him. I feel like I'm fighting with myself, knowing that he could never really love the real me and that there's no positive future with me, and yet I can't help but pretend, just for a few occasional moments in time, that it's all real. I really think I'm falling for Aiden, and it's freighting and wonderful and awful and excruciating all at once. I can't stand myself right now, this isn't how I was supposed to feel, this wasn't what I'd planned, but I just can't help myself. Arceus damnit...! There's really no point in denying what I feel, but I won't allow these feelings to get in the way of my plans. As soon as Aiden can stand on his own, I need to leave, figure out a means of going a separate way somehow...
He's close friends with Isis it seems. I hope he's taking care of her. There must be something that she sees in him that I don't, because he pretty much came off as a complete idiot to me when we were assigned to search the theatre at the Halloween Ball. Then again maybe I'm being overly judgmental as per usual.

Aiden... I don't even know where I'd begin. Technically I've known him for almost two years now, but we really only become friends a few months ago when we both happened to start our journeys in Johto. I don't know if it's fate, a crazy coincidence, or if Arceus just has a sick sense of humor, but in spite of everything I've done to him, Aiden and I are friends now. He doesn't.... Actually know who I really am and what I've done to him though, so.... Rather he and "Fey" are friends. No matter what I say or do ever phases him, I just don't understand why he refuses to leave my side. Is he that desperate for companionship?
