Previously on Cartwright's BBW Return storyline, Cartwright tried to talk to the BBW fans about what he had been up to since his first run in BBW. However, he was cut-off by Staff Member Russo, who demanded that Cartwright can only talk on the following show in order to increase ratings.

Commentator Guy: "It's time for the moment that everyone has been waiting for!"
Commentator Troy: "We are about to hear what Cartwright has to say about his wrestling career in 2014! He will explain why he was forced away from BBW for a number of months! It's coming up, next!"
Cartwright and Staff Member Russo are seen having a heated argument backstage, moments before Cartwright is about to head-out to the ring to address the fans. He was promised that he would get this chance to talk to the fans, but he was made to wait for it.
Commentator Guy: "What's that idiot Russo doing back there?!"
Commentator Troy: "From the look on Cartwright's face, something bad went down! Both look incredibly angry!"
"'Bout This City" by Reps hits the arena and the crowd explodes into cheers. Cartwright enters the arena in his fire printed wrestling tights, trench coat and orange boots. He high fives the fans on his way to the ring, putting on a smile. He receives a microphone and enters the ring as the crowd chants his name.
Cartwright: "...."
Cartwright openly sighs into the microphone, as if he is struggling with something. The crowd continues to cheer to encourage him.
Cartwright: "OK....so....I'm being given this time with all of you tonight. It has been promoted on television, on social media and it even made the cover of mainstream websites and news. Wow, BBW sure know how to get the most out of a famous face, right?! I've had all this time to prepare for this, but now that it's actually here, I'm struggling to come up with the words...."
Cartwright rubs his face and paces the ring as he tries to think of what to say next.
Crowd: "CARTWRIGHT! CARTWRIGHT! CARTWRIGHT! CARTWRIGHT! CARTWRIGHT!"
Commentator Guy: "Something doesn't seem quite right here."
Commentator Troy: "It's not like Cartwright to struggle to find things to say!"
Cartwright: "The reason that I was forced away from BBW....."
Cartwright rolls his eyes.
Cartwright: "....is because you people forced me away."
Crowd: "WHAT?!"
The crowd begins to boo Cartwright.
Commentator Guy: "I can't believe it! Cartwright is turning his back on the fans!"
Commentator Troy: "What a swerve! This is sure to keep everyone talking about BBW on social media for weeks!"
Cartwright: "I'd had enough of all of you. You all make me sick.....um....you all....you all...."
Cartwright suddenly begins to shake his head.
Cartwright: ".....No.....NO! I AM NOT DOING THIS RUSSO! I WILL NOT LIE TO MY FANS! I LOVE MY FANS! I...."
The crowd is confused as it appears that Cartwright's microphone has been cut-off. Staff Member Russo appears at the arena entrance to loud boos from the fans. He is furiously shouting at Cartwright. Cartwright looks frustrated as he throws the microphone at Staff Member Russo from the ring.
Commentator Guy: "We are being told to go to a break..."
Commentator Troy: "No! Not now! I need to know what's going on!"
The camera fades-out with the fans rallying behind Cartwright once again, chanting his name.
