"Do I got a surprise for you!" Dylon grinned, dragging his best buddy ever down the hall. "Come on! You have time today, eh? Let's go to my room! It'll be fun!"

Horace allowed himself to be dragged with very little resistance. "Dude, where's the ********' fire?" But he grinned too. Dylon's good mood was forever infectious.

"I've got all the time today, so you're in luck." He sing-songed. And then he proceeded to bug Dylon about what the surprise was incessantly until they reached his room.

"Cant say yet! Can't say yet~ Not yet yet yet~" He sing songed back, grinning like a fool. Until finally, he shoved Horace into his room and closed the door.

"See? I bought myself a runic'd stereo. It's small, but it's all I need!" He grinned and turned to face Horace. "Today I will teach you sexy moves to woo the ladies! K-pop style!"

Horace's eyes lit up. He... kind of wanted to take it apart and figure out how it worked and then put it back together. But it was Dylon's and... what had he just said?

"I don't need to woo ladies, like you, you pleb." He shoved dylon in the shoulder. "And I'm quite sexy enough, thank you. But I will deign to let you teach me your methods, Casanova." He shot a look at the stereo and then back at Dylon.

"Wait.... did you say k-pop?"

"Yep! K-pop. You ever heard of it?" He grinned, tapping his fingers together. "I have a full playlist of it. Although arguably the videos are way better. Lucky for you, I know all the dance moves by heart."

With the ease of someone who has been in a room many other times, Horace walked over and flopped across Dylon's bed. He tried not to think about all the dirty deeds done there. Propping himself up on one elbow, he rolled his eyes. "I know what k-pop is - that's why I'm worried." But he was grinning.

"But I've already agreed, Show me the ropes, oppa." With his free hand, he moved his index finger round in a circle. Surely Dylon would demonstrate first. ...Or he could just try to drag Horace off the bed.

"Oh no no my friend." Dylon grinned, dragging Horace up by the arm. "You're doing this with me! You have to join me in making Harley's spontaneous dance party dream come true!"

He let him go and reached over to the stereo, starting the first of many songs they'd attempt to learn. This one was of course Girls' Generation's famous diddy called Gee.

"Hope those hips of yours are spry! Let's do this!" Dylon laughed, jumping back a pace. "Okay, repeat after me. I'll start simple. First break is in an hour!"

With a half-hearted grumble (it did, after all, sound kind of fun), Horace left himself be dragged off of Dylon's bed. He stared at the radio as the familiar strains of music filled the room. Horace began to hum along, grinning.

"I am the spry-est!" And Horace threw himself into leaning the dance. Threw. He wasn't terribly co-ordinated.

--------
After falling over twice and smacking into Dylon, he turned to the other man with pleading eyes. "Why is this so hard? And why are you so good at this?" He cocked his hip out.

Dylon grinned, happily enjoying teaching Horace the ways of the K-pop dances. "I can't give you my secrets." He chuckled. "Practice, my good chum! And hey, give yourself credit, bro. You got a lot of spirit!"

He wasn't about to tell Horace how big of a nerd he was; spending weekends memorizing the pop dance moves and lyrics for his own enjoyment. Heaven forbid he was to come off as more than a womanizer by day and night. As if the walls of manga didn't give him away.

"I think we're good for a break though." He was also fairly fatigued, even if he didn't say so.

"Did you listen to a lot of kpop back h-" Home. He paused. That word didn't really seem... right anymore. "-before the island? In between your long hours wooing women, of course." Horace knew Dylon wasn't all womanizer, but it was the funnest thing to needle him about. He poked Dylon in the arm and cracked his neck. How did the pop stars do it?

Sometimes, Horace wondered if everyone was really different before Deus. It was kind of like going online to talk to people - how an online persona was different than in-person. He ran a hand through his hair. What an odd thought.

"D'you think we should start a boyband? I can sing alright, even if I can't dance as well as you." Horace snorted at the thought of himself in the skimpy outfits kpop girlbands wore. Booty shorts were not meant for everyone.

"Yeah! A lot of it is really fun and dancey. I like anything that's dance music. I part timed as a DJ as one of my part time jobs, once." He smiled widely, "My immediate family speaks mainly English, but I have a lot of relatives that speak Korean. My sisters really liked it when we sang and danced together."

Dylon laughed, clapping Horace smack on the back. "We could totally be a boy band! We need to do a Hot Topic run first though."

"How many siblings have you got?" Horace always liked hearing about sisters, brothers, things he didn't have. "You know Korean? If so, what the ******** is the Gee song even about?" Horace looked at Dylon, his eyes saying 'feed my curiousity'. The urge to pepper Dylon with question after question was strong.

He stretched and popped his neck. "Hot Topic? Can't it be like... less gothic-y?"

"Four!" He replied with a smile. He held off from naming them and their ages and everything else about them. He could go on forever.

"The song is about the feeling of a girl falling in love~" He said with hands comically held up to his cheeks, and comical sighing. He grinned a cheeky grin.

Dylon hummed and rubbed his head. "I guess we could go for less gothic. K-Pop stars have super awesome costumes. Bright colours and metallics abound!"

"Four? Damn, I always wanted siblings. I'm an only child and it sucked. All younger? Older?" He shot his friend a look at the play-acting. "And hush, I know you ain't about to fall in love like that." He elbowed him sternly in the side. The song itself was romantic, though. Horace didn't often feel the romance of pop songs - they were catchy and that was it. This song was no different, but he pouted and batted his lashes right back at Dylon.

"Unless, of course, you wanna fall in love with lil' ol' me~" It was said in the most simpering, sing-song voice he could muster. Then Horace snorted, ruining the image. "I'm not gonna be caught dead in some metallic booty shirts, I'm just saying."

"Younger." He smiled, "I was the oldest. I miss them a lot." He admitted this honestly, laughing it off a moment later.

"Are you sure? I mean, if you did wear booty shorts it might help me fall in love with you." He grinned with a cackle, slapping the man on the a** for good measure. "Don't be shy! Show the world them glutes!" He was of course kidding. He'd wear booty shorts for fun and laughs, but he'd prefer not to wear them at all.
