Kittyintheraiyn I have to be super careful with this box, maybe I should get it a feather pillow? Last, last time I got a box I might have accidentally floated it in a bathtub, aaand subjected it to an evil rubber duck... Kimihiro turned out fiiine though~ Right, Kimi~? Kimi: ;x.¬Ovarian Paint Rire:: Please be careful! *Frets over all the boxes* Kittyintheraiyn No worries, Rire  look how safe. Ovarian Paint Rire:: *Eyes the pillow and checks on the box once more..* Okay okay...*checks once more.* Oiy I'm gonna turn into a nutter.. Kittyintheraiyn Kimi: Just wait until they come out of the boxes... that's when the real trouble starts. Chi Sohma Tsu: Thats when youll learn to be a parent and remember when you were a child. Congrats Rire.. if you need any help. Im sure kimi would love to help. -chuckles as he offers his son- wink -nudges kimi- how have you been son.. -licks his face- you have been missed. Kittyintheraiyn Kimi: =goes a bit wide eyed when his help, such as it is, is offered up like that out of the blue= Da, I- ...
I don't think I'm the best option for taking care of a box. =as if to prove the point, Kimi wobbles on his feet when nudged and sits, laying down, but just resisting the childish urge to curl up in the face of responsibility, his good eye closes when his face is licked and he tilts his face away just a bit=
I've been... alright. =whether or not this is actually the truth remains to be seen, it's been far too long since anyone's seen Kimi and longer still since he's seen Ren.= Chi Sohma Tsu: -sits down next to his son and pats his back- None sense. I love tsus line SO MUCH XDDDDDDDDDD Ovarian Paint Rire:: *Checks on the boxes once more, flicks her ears around picking up pieces of the conversation.* Any help would be wonderful and I would be grateful..the more eyes and paws to help keep these little ones safe the better I believe. Kittyintheraiyn Kimi: =He just sighs softly, he's not his father. Kimi doesn't crave adventure. He would never dream of following any path that his father's stories laid out... but what can he do? His heart hasn't led him anywhere good yet, that wasn't advice he could follow. While there's no denying Tsu has a soft spot for saving kits, Kimi nearly suggests that Tsu help Rire, until he hears that bit of news. Sitting upright much too quickly and toppling hard to his right when his balance fails to keep up.= What? When? I mean... that's great. I'll have to go and see mother soon.
=He winces as he picks himself back up from the ground, pawing at his right ear and shaking his head to clear the persistent ringing, before noticing Rire, and nodding to her.= For what it's worth, Rire, I'll do my best to help you raise this kit. I can't promise I won't be more of a hindrance than a help... but I'll try. I can't promise more than that. Ovarian Paint Rire:: *Taking in a breath, she smiles at him. Knowing her little boxes are safe is a very good calming effect on the lass. She wiggled her short little tail as she now beamed him one of her sweetest smiles, eyes dancing as she cast him a sly glance.* I am very sure your best will be more than enough, and I am thankful for the help.. Chi Sohma Tsu: *Puffs out his chest proudly, then smacks his son hard on the back only to give him a 'boost' towards Rire* I'm kidding! But you should have seen your face. -makes the famous trickster cat face- No. But we will be working on giving you siblings. -chuckles to himself- Yes Rire- He'd be glad to help. Right son. Good. You'll be great. -preens an impish smile- He once saved his sister out of the ocean. I'm sure he'd be a GREAT example. -HUEHUE- 3nodding -leans to rire and whispers- By the way he's single. -nodnod- 3nodding Ovarian Paint Rire:: *Casting a glance at Tsu, she could only smile more and slowly arch a brow.* Oh, you don't say? *She giggles softly.*  Finding his feet again, Kimi was flush beneath his pale coat, he'd long ago gotten used to falling over, doing so and still receiving admittedly, very sweet smiles... well Ren always smiled at him...
Before he could say a word in reply, Tsu was none too subtly pushing him at Rire, he managed to keep his feet beneath him this time, but only just taking a few small steps forward.
"So- so she's not?" he asked, turning his head back toward Tsu, but caught on and pulled a face. "Nn, right." Like, keep that to yourself, Da. Thanks for sharing.
He nod again to Rire, agreeing to go along with this for good or ill, almost rolling his eye at the story from his kithood days... it wasn't that big a deal, anyone would have done it in his place. It was Ren, of course...
Kimi caught what Tsu whispered and sputtered, embarrassed he'd do such a thing.
"Daa!" He could feel his face heating up all the more, and couldn't bring himself to meet Rire's gaze after that. He wasn't 'good match' material to be nudged at anyone... Rire was kind to respond at all... at least it seemed she didn't take Tsu too seriously.

Rire couldn't help but lift a paw and giggle at the pair, how adorable they were! Kimi would definately be a good one to have around the kits, her little tail wagged even more at the thought.
But she was a playful lass, and she turned her gaze onto Kimi, her lashes fluttering as she smiled. "So Kimi...' She arched a single eye brow as she shifted towards him.

Tsu's ears twitched. He had been serious. His son was away from them for so long. If he settled. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad, nor hard for him to stay around. Noting that Rire was already nearer to the beaches and had paid them a wonderful visit. His ears went back and he softly smiled. Agreeing. "Yes.. he is a very dear son of mine. But~ see~ he has been away~ and now I am hoping he settles down so he could help this old bag of bones here around. You know. His mother." He laughed wholesomely. "I kid~ I kid~ Me. His mother doesn't look a day older than younger adult years." Imagening her now.. Then he looked to Rire, "In fact, she was just around your age when I met her. She had kits then too.. And I knew when I met her I met the love of my life. It still stands true." Giving a strong nod as he glanced over the boxes.
His tail gave a wag when one of the boxes seemed to move. "Look what we have there.." He didn't want to interrupt Rire's teases. Just smiled widely and kindly.

 Rire's giggling and fluttering lashes, along with the way she moved towards him and that look on her face. Kimi knew he was out of his depth.
"I-I, well, that is..."
He stammered and took a step back and another. Tsu was still going on and on about Kirara, maybe that would catch Rire's attention and he could get away without embarrassing himself further. Moving backwards and not looking where he was going, Kimi backed into the boxes, nudging and disrupting the pile, he turned to see what he'd hit.
The flaps were open on a couple of them and his stomach dropped to the ground, if he'd hurt any of them with his clumsiness, he'd never forgive himself.

Rire's gaze shifted to Tsu as she put a paw on her chest, "That is beautiful..and so rare it seems these days." Her thoughts shifted to her father for a moment, before she looked back at Kimi and smiled once more.
Though as he backed into the boxes, her eyes went wide as she moved quickly to his side to check out the boxes, the flaps were open, she poked her nose into them to see how the kits within faired.
"Kimi..."

By the time the grown ups were all talking. Aries was already on his way. Jumping around. Then Tsu had locked eyes with him........ that moment he darted forward with all his kit like force and rammed in to him. Kicking up loose grass in the process and even sand that was slightly beneath. Head first in to Tsu's stomach. The sound of him flopping was apparent. His face had little jelly rolls still as he started to climb...Wiggling his little butt as he tried to hop on Tsu's laying back.
"Over here Rire~" Tsu's voice erupted and made the kit fall on his back and a puff of sand and grass came up as he did. Rolling backwards just a tad before laying to his side. Stretching his neck and the back of his head along the grass. A rather odd chirping sound came out. It was definitely from the odd male kit that was playfully looking at them. Then he looked up and saw his paw. Then started gnawing on it with a seriousness!
"Would you look at that... a gorgeous little thing we have here." Poking his paw to the kits stomach and once he did- he got a full on bite attack on his paw. "Fiesty little thing~" He chuckled. "Hello~~~ little biter~~"

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, Rire..." Kimi flustered, caught between fleeing the scene and his worry about the new kits that had been released into the world possibly before their time. While Rire checked one box, he righted another that turned out to be empty... Kimi almost swallowed his tongue until he heard Tsu call out, turning around to see the dark pelted kit gnawing on his father's paw. He seemed, alright...?
Kimi shift and carefully bent back the loose flaps of the box that had been placed in his care, the little kit within lay on her back and appeared to be asleep, gently reaching in he rolled her onto her belly and pet her ears, which twitched and flicked and then the tiny kit sighed and gave a tremendous yawn, curling over again."I think... I think she's okay, Rire? She was still sleeping."

Rire glanced back at Tsu to see her son gnawing most seriously on the elders paw, she snorted and shook her head. "Hey now, that's not nice..That isnt how we say hello.." She said in a gentle but firm tone, the corners of her mouth twitching as she tried not to laugh and smile.
Kimi's voice caught her attention next as she spied the sleepy little kit still happily snoozing in her box, Rire's eyes met Kimi's and she sighed with relief. She peeked out from behind the flaps of her box, her eyes darted around but she couldn't see clearly, it was like trying to see through a thick fog, she could only see dark shadows, her ears twitched at the voices. She blinked several times, trying to clear her vision but it didnt change, she let out a little chirp.

Aeries was more than enough to nom all over this old man's 'paw' which he then looked up at his mother. Big, sweet and innocent looking eyes before throwing himself on the peg leg. Growling and tugging/ Tsu waved his chewed up free paw. "No worries no worries!" He laughed wholesomely. Like santa clause, his nature was overwhelmingly loving. If only they knew his pasted. "Now kit, do as your mother says, I'm sure you can sharpen your fangs elsewhere?
"Kimihiro~ Do you mind helping Rire gather them up?" Pricking the back tuff of the kit's neck and pulled. Although his peg leg would come up the more he pulled. "Help?" He chuckled lightly as the kit growled happily.

"Ah, yes, that is, yes sir." Kimi was quick to answer his father. For all the years that had passed since he was small, his father's words still held a high level of sway. He scooped the sleeping girl from her box and then moved to gather her sister into his arms as well. Sitting on his haunches he held both tiny girls against his chest.
The one with fewer face markings slept on, though it seemed she was waking up a bit, nuzzling against Kimihiro's chest as well as her sister.Kimi smiled at the blinking girl, leaving Rire and Tsu free to deal with the dark pelted boy. "Hello there little darlings," he cooed gently.

Rire moved quickly to gather her son up. "That is not how we say hello..." she said in soft tones as she held her precious baby boy, she looked down at his dark fur and her heart melted. A son who mirrored her so much, her eyes went to her daughters now, both white as snow and still, her insides twitched with a love she had never known. She mewled softly as she was scooped up, this larger shadowy figure smelt familiar, so she nuzzled into his fur and purred. Feeling her sister close by, she cuddled against her too purring even more loudly.

It was for a moment that took Aeries away, and with his mother's pull he let go, but NOT without leaving teeth marks. They were small but it left his mark which Tsu was at first surprised, but laughed about at the kit was carried away. Giving the bigger and older ulaya a hugely saddened face for being torn away. His paw lifted in a desperate attempt to show his anguish. 'Goodbye the best stick ever. Goodbye, forever.' The kit's mind expressed then he looked at his mother as if she had taken something away from him. Disapproving of such a drastic action. Yes, Aeries was quite the dramatic.
Tsu chuckled and shook his head, giving the kit a gentle wave.
"Now Miss, would you like to join us for dinner? I am sure myself, but mostly my son can find a wonderful catch of the day. I'm sure you all are hungry? Is this safe to assume?" He looked to Kimi. "Do you remember how to fish?" He questioned, almost worried in his look. "I hope your travels didn't leave you astray from the sea too much?" Walking over to him and speaking soothing toned whistling to the kits, he honestly always enjoyed the company that kits brought. Full of energy, he missed them at home. Remembering where his own kits and how they grew up to be so far apart. Ah, the world had many things to offer them and he hoped that at least Kimi got to see most of it! He always wished that for them, to travel the world!
High hopes indeed.
His stomach growled. "Nnmmm.. Shall we?" He laughed. "What do you say Miss Rire?"

"Of course I remember how to fish, father..." Kimi pointedly did not roll his eyes. All the years he was gone, how did Tsu assume he had fed himself? "The whole world is surrounded by the ocean, even if my travels took me away from it, before long I would be heading straight for it again."
With his arms occupied by the two girls, one far more awake than the other, he wouldn't be able to walk. He resigned himself to carrying at least one of them... and it wouldn't be so bad, actually. They were very small, and very sweet, these dear little sisters.
"If you don't mind holding this one, father?" Kimi carefully shifted the girls, handing over the one with the dark ear fluffs. She was still more asleep than awake, but yawned hugely before tucking her face against the elder. Content to be held and toted along, her quiet slumbering concealing her future adventurous spirit.
