It's me again, this time with another "this weeks ep" topic!
I thought the episode, "Hun on the Run" was awesome. It was flawless in every aspect. After Karai was captured, it was nice to see how the Shredder responded. Although he sent Hun to do the job, if he truly cared for his daughter, Karai, he would have done it HIMSELF! It seems like this is the end of the line for Stockman, since he broadcasted that "anomaly" to the turtles...
It was also nice to see Bishop again. It's amazing how he can continuously evade the turtles and co. and get away every time. The fight scene with the TMNT and Bishop was brilliant. If Bishop can handle and evade Casey, April, Splinter, Leatherhead, Hun and the TMNT, I'm starting to wonder... is Bishop even human???
Now for a random "Who would win" discussion:
How would Bishop fare against Oroku Saki in a fight, now that they are involved in a conflict?

This was the only ep I saw when CN was doing its exclusive run, and I must say, it was an awesome episode. The fighting scene had to be one of the best of the series.

This saturday I didn't really watch the episode but I did get to see it before when cartoon network showed it in the afternoons before they took them off. (bastereds! domokun ) I can't really say if the fight was really good cause it excapes me as the moment but I will say almost every fight looks just wonderful. It just seams like they do every thing in the fights like they do in the movies you know?

dburger CrazyRob so is bishop supposed to be like Mr. Anderson from the Matrix movies? Hmm... Well, probably more like Agent Smith if you ask me! xd I'm with Dburger on that -- Bishop is just an escaped Agent from the Matrix who's stolen the name of a good X-Man and decided to really cheese us off! {The jerk! I so wanted to see Hun stick his face into the forcefield thing -- just so's we could see if he's human or not! stressed Hun! can't you get anything right!?} Oh . . and I don't believe he's human -- he seems to move a lot like Shredhead did before we saw his 'true self' . . 3nodding
That aside, I spent the episode having some sort of out of body experience as 85% of what I was saying to Raph during the episode was actually coming out of Leo's mouth like a second later! eek Though I do think that Hun deserves a butt whoopin' for taking Raph's Shell Cycle and trashing it; that thing was taking on 'Akira'-type statis to me -- as far as bikes go -- and so I'm surprised, frankly, that the walking roadblock isn't eating through a straw right now . . ninja
Does anyone wanna start bets as to whether Stockman's really bitten it -- finally! -- this time? I'm gonna be cynical and say 'no' . . even though 'yes' would make me very happy! (I'm even willing to bet gold on it -- 50g say's he'll somehow manage to stay 'alive'!) And while we're on Mr. Ego . . did anyone else think that the Turtles should have realized it was Stockman up to something when they heard 'Hun' refer to him as "great"!? High Ones what a blatant giveaway! whee

I like Hun, I like Bishop, I love Karai, this was overall a very good episode. I like how this season is focusing more on the eternal struggle of the Foot Clan, even giving us some episodes which the Foot taking center stage and the turtles as background characters. This episode pulled that off very well.
Yeah I hope this is the end of Stockman too but I have a feeling that he is going to try to steal Dr. Chapmen's body sooner or later.

Bishop is a pain in the nuts. I'd like to know exactly who or what he is; I just hope he's not an Oot (that would be too easy... we need a new twist).
For some reason, when I first saw the Shell Cycle, I instantly thought of Akira...
And Artue, I'll take your bet!
EDIT: Hey, what's next week's ep about?

sweatdrop Was I the only one surprised that Hun was ripping metal doors off, and junk like they were nothing yet still beat up by Bishop, and Raph?
Bishop's cool IMO tho.
And Kaneda's bike is so much cooler then the shell cycle.

I vaguely remember seeing the preview for next week's episode, but I do remember seeing the turtles shown as "superheroes." I think it will be based on a comic from the current series (#7), if I am correct.
