It seemed lady fortune had decided to be kind this evening and offer only the smallest hints of snow, but though it would have still affected the so-called hunt at this point. From General Buddingtonite's experience, most Senshi were ill prepared for such weather and thus they'd likely stay indoors. This of course left knights that were brave enough to venture into the cold, but knights were also a troublesome subject for Buddingtonite and he was hesitant to include them into his hunt this evening. Then there was the matter of the Dark Mirror Court and that just made his blood boil- had he not already had a heavy coat on, that alone would have kept him warm.

It might not have been the best of sights for anyone to see, but he wasn't really there. Mentally. General Buddingtonite was physically walking down the street, hands in pocket, decked out in his Sunday's finest and periodically glancing over his shoulder and keeping his sense on alert for aura, but his mind was simply elsewhere. Many places at once, scrambled, some thoughts too hot a topic and he had to wait for it to boil over while investigating other thoughts and humoring other whims. Sometimes it wasn't so bad, but there was so much on his mind, and he wasn't even sure where to begin.

You need to fix this.

I know, he wanted to say but kept quiet, in case others passed him by and wondered. Of course he could always press a hand to his ear and pretend he was on Bluetooth but why bother when he could have silenced onlookers in a different manner? He didn't feel like it, so no talking out loud. But he agreed. It needed to be fixed, or else his perfect future would slip away...

His senses picked up a nearby corrupt but his mind didn't really register it. Corrupt, one of theirs, not a problem, not a problem.

Maybe we can appease them? Can they be appeased?

I'm so sorry this took 5ever to start. Adonis can wolf whistle him if he'd like!

Snow or not, Adonis was back in action after a short period where he focused on himself as Adrian. Everyone did that, didn't they? He was lazily sitting upon a power line post, one leg tucked to his chest, the other dangling down as his hair and skirt blew in the winter wind. It was biting cold, and yet Adonis couldn't care less. His grey eyes were focused on the citizens below and honestly? He wasn't in the mood for gathering starseeds despite the pull to do so.

But something caused the hair on the back of his neck to stand up and his eyes flashed, looking around for that sudden flash of energy.

A general. His eyes locked onto the form with his cape billowing in the wind and Adonis smirked. He wouldn't approach this directly, not right now. The General seemed... out of it despite walking down the street. He didn't look like he owned it. Interesting. He leaned forward, both hands between his legs resting on the wooden post between them before letting out a loud wolf whistle. "Shake that cape out, let me see what you're working with."

He wasn't really sure if he could be heard, but if not, it's fine. He didn't need the attention.

The whistle was... surprisingly loud in his own mind, and Buddingtonite had managed to come to a grinding halt without losing balance and toppling over. He was no stranger to wolf whistles, either on the giving or receiving end, but still, this one took him by surprise simply because he could not see where this illusive wolf whistle had come from. Eventually, it dawned on him that there was a second Chaos aura in the area and he looked up to see the fine looking senshi that peered down at him.

On the one hand, he wanted to feel offended, somewhat, that another had the nerve to catch him off guard while he was in serious thought. However, on the other hand, he desperately needed a distraction, and this Senshi just opened that door wide open with a mighty kick, and Buddingtonite would have been a fool to turn it down.

"You certainly have some balls to wolf whistle a senior officer, I'll give you that," Buddingtonite said when he teleported himself up to the senshi's level, and upon closer inspection, he seemed... terribly familiar to him. Not that it was a bad kind of familiar, but it invoked feelings of warm, fuzzy feelings. This senshi... he saw him before, but not in this setting. Or time. "However you do have impeccable taste. I'm rather jealous..."

The way the officer reacted just made Adonis more amused than anything else. An officer with his guard down? How embarrassing. He could have attacked Buddingtonite, thrown him for a different loop, but he wasn't a knight or a senshi wrapped in that blinding white. He had no qualm with him. Adonis wasn't really surprised by the teleporting and just shifted a bit more, watching him from the post, light eyes even more gleaming in the moon light.

"Well, not everyone can pull off this look," he said, hair whipping in a biting wind that blew. He looked Buddingtonite over from head to toe, trying to place him. Hm. "But you're not so bad with fashion for your... build." Was that almost a back handed compliment? Why no, no it wasn't. It was an observation made with examination, obviously.

"So what has you so distracted this night, general?"

What an interesting fellow...

Buddingtonite couldn't help but smile, even in lieu of feeling threatened by this Corrupted senshi. Yes, threatened, not physically or the mortal danger kind, but something else entirely. This Corrupted, though forever beneath him thanks to his status as a senshi, was dangerously charismatic and witty, something that Buddingtonite was quite confident that he shared with him, but it was clear that he himself was simply not at the top of his game. This gave the Corrupted senshi the advantage, and that wasn't a position that Buddingtonite wasn't keen on keeping for too long.

For now, however, he played along, allowing him to savor the moment, whether he was aware of it or not. Though, by the way he was acting, it was clear that he was fully aware. Or at least Buddingtonite figured so. How could a guy with a smug, handsome face like that not know when he's enraptured and captured someone's attention so? Especially with that biting comment, and to that the general scoffed. "This build certainly works wonders, though, and I'm rather fond of it, as are plenty others. Just as I am certain that yours attracts plenty of lustful gazes."

He finished his examination, at least on the physical appearance level. His mind still racked on why he seemed familiar and he answered in a half truth, and in a manner that he almost dared the Corrupted to say otherwise. "At the moment, you. You seem familiar. Name, sphere?"

"I like them bossy." He winked at the General before laughing and shrugging at all the talk before. "Adonis." He bowed at the waist, hands out to the sides before getting up again, righting himself to his full height. "Super Corrupted Senshi of Skin." He purred it out and walked ever closer to the general before trailing a black fingernail over that chest and then circled him. "Have we met before?"

Seriously, he didn't know if he'd met this one. It'd been a long time since he'd met a Negaverse officer. They usually thought themselves better than a corrupted senshi and that didn't sit right with many of them. His eyes locked onto Buddingtonite's face before humming.

"My fashion might draw their attention, but not for long. I have no time for playing with pathetic creatures." That's how he saw a lot of the civilians now a days. And lower senshi, and lieutenants. They were all too uppity for their own good. Of course one could say Adonis was uppity in ways, but when he was patrolling he was just in his element. "Having fun draining tonight, sir?" He tapped his hand over Buddingtonite's collar a little before pulling away and getting at a comfortable speaking distance. It seemed he could stand still for too long.

If there was mockery in Adonis' bowing, Buddingtonite wasn't keen on bringing any attention to it at all. No, even if it was filled to the brim with scorn and mockery, there was something that was definitely pleasing about someone bowing before him, and for a brief moment, the General felt complete. As though he had recovered that same, wonderful feeling that consumed him every waking minute of his life in dream, or... whatever the hell that entire thing was. Nightmare? No, couldn't be that, because he enjoyed every minute of it.

To have just a little of that arise, even if being mocked, was enough to sate that hunger. For the moment.

"A pleasure to meet you, Adonis," Buddingtonite said, though he made sure to keep his tone kind and pleasant. Adonis might have had an sweetly acidic tone and another general might have not approved of such a thing, but Buddingtonite liked to pretend he was a laid-back kind of fellow. No harm, no foul as of yet. It was good to see fight and snark inside the Corrupted... though too much...

"I feel as if I've met you before, but for the life of me I can't seem to pinpoint an exact time and details. Someone like you? Impossible to forget, but the moment is dawns on me, I'll let you know." Oh, he knew exactly where he saw this senshi before, but he was hesitant to bring it up. The way Krishna went on about the whole dream/hallucination thing was that it was something bad, and if anyone knew that Buddingtonite remembered, and longed for such a thing, that'd put him in a heap of trouble. For now, he played dumb... at least until he was certain that Adonis was one worth trusting. That had yet to be seen. For now, he listened to what Adonis had to say and allowed the corrupted to touch his collar, keeping his crimson eyes dead on Adonis' and not on the hand that was close to his neck and chest, even if only briefly. "Interesting... you don't seem to be an all-business kind of fellow, but that works in your favor I suppose. I haven't even begun to drain this evening, though it's due. Was simply debating where I should do my hunts this evening and if it was worth doing alone or not."
