So far Lexi's experience with the outside world was... Different, to say the least. The first cat she ever met was very, colorful, and didn't have a collar. She wondered how many other cats out there were also collarless, and how many had collars like her. It had been a few days since she met Sanaz, and Angela and her family had still not returned. She still stayed in the house at night, not sure where else to go, but she was starting to explore the surrounding areas of the neighborhood more and more. She was always as careful as could be to keep away from humans, but so far she hadn't seen any more cats.
Walking down the street Lexi kept to the shadows, hunting for someone to talk to or something to do. She had grown rather bored of being along and wanted someone to talk to. After a few steps she spotted another cat and moved more into the shadows, unsure if the other cat had seen her or not. She would wait and see if the cat looked dangerous, if so she would be on her way, but if not maybe they could talk?

Midas was unsure what to do with herself. She wasn’t sure where she was anymore and nothing made any sense. Only a few weeks ago she had been supreme grand champion and now, now she was abandoned on the street like a common stray! Surely her owner was looking for her? That there would be signs and posters saying that she was missing and there was a huge reward for finding her, right? Surely when her owner had left her in that box that she meant to come back for her, right? Midas had waited for a long time for her to come back but eventually had to go searching for food. When she had found some discarded cat food and had eaten, the food causing her stomach pains, she tried to get back to her box, only to get hopelessly lost. Now the Singapura had no idea where she was or what to do. She only knew that she had to find her owner.
The female touched her collar gently, the gold shining in the weak winter sun. Her senses were heightened. She had never been outside before, especially not on her own and every little movement terrified her. She saw something move from across the footpath and the Singapura instantly stopped, staring into the shadows, terrified. “Who…who’s there?” she spluttered, trying to make herself sound much more confident than she was.
