Prompt One
You poor thing! You seem to have terrible luck and have caught a cold. Nasty thing that is. What do you do to cope and recuperate? Do you lounge about? Would you rather continue on like you aren’t sick? Do you wind up going to the doctor’s? Tell me about your day!

Prompt Two
The arcade. For whatever reason, you’re at one. How do you feel about it? Do you wind up playing all the games? A select few? None at all? Do you end up winning big? Going home with nothing? Giving your tickets and/or prize away?

Prompt Three
Ah yes, the beach. It’s your first time at one. How do you feel about it? Do you romp around the water, or do you stay as far away as possible? Do you collect sea shells? Build little sand castles? Go on heroic adventures? Tell me about it!

Sex: Female

Personality: Dandi (short for Dandelion) is a quiet soul who focuses entirely on her writing. She seems to avoid others, despite the fact she does have a tight knit group of friends since she was a child. She doesn't take good care of herself, known for writing for days and eventually passing out. Having lost her parents at a young age, Dandi has been raising herself, poorly.

She needs people to take care of her, whether she admits it or not. Without someone to remind her to eat or sleep, she'll work herself to exhaustion. This is why she has given her key to certain friends, allowing them to come and go as they please to check on her, because otherwise she'd neglect herself to the point where she couldn't write, and she doesn't want that.

Dandi comes off monotone, but she has small quirks. Light blushing when someone compliments her. Staring at the ground when she's jealous or upset. Clutching a piece of your clothes when she's lonely and wants attention. Puffing her cheeks out when upset. Get to know her tiny gestures and you'll understand her pretty well.

Should she find a mate, she'll be pretty cuddle-y, but only to them. She reserves her attention and affection for her future partner. If she ever finds one...

Prompt number: 1
Prompt Response: "I am fine. Go away."

The door slammed shut in Jessie's face before he could stop it, a soft sigh escaping him. Right, fine. She was completely and utterly fine. That's why she was pale as a sheet of paper, red-eyed, and using the door frame for support. That also was why he hurt her body hit the ground when the door slammed shut. Mm.

Inserting the key and smoothly opening the door, Jessie was left standing in-front of a passed out Dandi. Sighing internally, he lifted the tiny woman up and placed her on the couch, waiting for the glare he'd inevitably get when she woke.

And he did. Within five minutes bright green eyes were glowering at him behind fluffy blonde hair. Dandi pushed herself up with her elbows, supporting herself with one arm as her free hand rubbed her eyes. She hadn't asked for his concern, and he was cutting into valuable writing time.

"I told you, go home." She grumbled, pushing back bangs from her eyes to place her glasses back onto her nose. Jessie sighed, again. What else could he do? She was just so frustrating!

"I heard you the first time." His hand raised, placing itself on her forehead before she could jerk away, which she did. Her temperature was through the roof! Biting back a frown, Jessie quickly stood up from the table he had been perched on, grasping her wrist.

"You're going to the hospital." He demanded, stumbling back when Dandi jerked her hand away.

"N–"
"Yes!. Remember last time? When you fainted going shopping? No? I do! This isn't up for debate. You're going. Get in the car."

Dandelion ignored his protests, favoring puffing her cheeks out and turning her head away. Jessie groaned, tossing his hands up to rub his eyes in frustration before flopping back onto the table.

"Look. I know you have a book to write, or something. But... but.... ah! You can't write a book if you're dead, right?" Aha! Success! Dandi's head jerked back to stare at him, pondering her choices. He was right.... but maybe she could be a ghost writer. A literal ghost writer. Her books would fly off the shelves. Imagine the interviews. It took a few minutes for Dandi to respond, finally coming to the conclusion that she didn't even know if ghosts could type, and she wasn't going to risk it.

"Fine." She'd go and ponder the idea of being an undead writer at the hospital. Maybe the plot of her next book would be about an undead writer... or... or a ghost who wanted nothing more to write? Wait, why was the ground moving? Had she died and was ascending above? Wait, she had books to write!

Lucky for Dandi, who had become lost in her thoughts, Jessie took the chance to lift the tiny woman up and head out of the apartment before she fainted again. Today had been reasonably easy, he concluded. It was better then when she had the flu and he had to take her laptop and drag it to his car for her to consider coming with...

Personality: Kitly is a gamer girl, she is fun loving and loves all sorts of games, from old school Mario, to more high rez games like Final Fantasy and Elder Scrolls. Kit doesn't like school or studying, though she is capable and able to grit her teeth and get through school work if she has to. Kit is confident and forward, she hopes to one day find a guy who is as geeky as she is.
Prompt number: 2
Prompt Response: Kit smiled as she walked through the doors of the arcade, she looked around taking in the view of all the different games and people there. Ears and tails as far as the eye could see, since that was a trait of her kind. It was great and her blond tail swished back and forth, then a game caught her eye and she walked over to an old mortal combat machine. She put her quarters in and the game started up, the first few fights were pretty easy, but then she lost a fight and had to put in some more quarters so she could keep playing. She got pretty far, before she lost again and decided to move on to a different game. This time she chose one that would give her tickets, since she had a teddy bear she had her eye on. Kit has been saving up for weeks to get. The bear was light blue and had silver stars all over it's cute body. So she went to a coin drop game, she stood there watching for a moment, then she dropped a coin. The coin dropped and pushed the other coins forward causing them to drop down, and the tickets came out. She repeated the process and then squealed in delight when she checked her ticket count was high enough to get the teddy bear. She went to the prize counter and gave them the tickets to recount and sure enough she had enough and finally she got the bear.

Personality: Davey is so socially awkward it's painful to watch, and yet he tries so hard to fit in. He's not quite smart enough to fit in with geeky types, nor is he cool enough to fit in with the cool Charms, and so on. He tends to float between others like a cloud, not really noticed by anyone unless he does something incredibly silly, which is becoming a bit of a trademark of his. However, being shot down and laughed at doesn't really discourage him, since he knows that he can always get up and try something new tomorrow. Despite everything, he's pretty confident in himself and thinks that he'll find others who will like him for him... eventually.

Prompt number: 2

Prompt Response: Davey stared at the blinking lights all around him as he mouth dropped open a little. He had never been to the arcade before, so he wasn't expecting the place to be this noisy and full of life! Kids even smaller than him ran past, tickets following them like ribbons. He wasn't quite sure where to start.

"Move it, loser," Suddenly he was shoved from behind and he fell hard on his knees, sending his glasses flying. Perhaps he shouldn't have spent so much time loitering in the doorway.

"Oops, sorry!" He squeaked as he felt around with his paws until his glasses were retrieved safe and sound. Phew, that was a relief! He plopped them back on his face and pushed himself up.

When he could see again, Davey noticed a small group staring at him. He grinned sheepishly, but instead of running away like most people, he walked towards them. "Hey! What are you playing?"

"Nothing YOU'D be good at, I'm sure," a girl said, looking at him so intensely that he blushed and covered himself with his paws. She laughed, and flicked a quarter at him, which bounced off his muzzle. "Have a try!"

Davey rubbed his nose and observed the game. Underneath the glass was a series of obstacles and paddles that appeared to be controlled by buttons on the side. A pinball machine! It looked straightforward enough, so he retrieved the quarter and plunked it in.

Immediately music began to play and the game came to life. After some tugging and pushing by the girl, he rested his paws on the buttons and stared at it. It was kind of pretty! The girl didn't seem to appreciate the pause, though, so she pulled back a lever and shot the first ball.

Davey failed dismally. Almost as soon as the silvery ball would enter play, he'd forget about the paddles and watch it roll into the end zone. He did this three times and the game shut down.

"Ugh, what a waste of a quarter, pfft. You really suck," she made a disgusted face and left, taking her friends with her, who smirked behind half-closed paws.

Davey just stood there, wondering what he did wrong. Oh, maybe he was supposed to stop the ball from rolling down the hole? With the paddles? Oops, the lights had distracted him too much.

"Ahh, maybe games aren't my thing... maybe I should've gone to the beach."

Sex: Male
Personality: Milo is the silent type, for the most part he doesn't pay attention to what others do or say. He tends to live in his own world and plays the game of life by his own rules. He's not exactly a bad person, but he's not exactly a saint either. He might just help you out if you need something, but he's likely to turn it around and cash a favor in for himself later on. When he does speak, it's usually very quiet and emotionless. He tries to keep an even tone and it's a bit hard to tell the difference between a happy Milo and an upset Milo.

A lot of people tend to think of him as someone who 'thinks' too often. About everything. It can take him ages to make important decisions, and when it's not important it can take him even longer to make up his mind. He tends to think most people judge too quickly, and therefore he tries to stay open minded about other, while at the same time he really doesn't care what people think about him.

At first glance, most others tend to think of him as 'gloomy'. He'll open up to you if you give him a chance. And the longer you get to know him, the more comfortable he'll be around you.

You'll notice he almost always has a notebook and a bag of colored pencils with him everywhere he goes. He has a habit of doodling on everything to fake interest in whatever is going on around him. Also, he just likes creating art. So far he doesn't have any long term goals related to it, and he doesn't exactly showcase his talent.

Prompt number: 3
Prompt Response: "Why the beach?" Rose colored eyes looked over the sand and the waves before returning his attention to his long time buddy Jack.

"Because you don't get out enough!" Jack set his violet eyes on his friend, in a glare that Milo couldn't help but think of as a little harsh. However, Jack was right. The outside world and Milo just didn't get along. He highly doubted the beach would help convince him that the outside world was any better.

Yet, he had gone along with his friend's summer plans up until now. He couldn't really argue with him at this point. Even if the sun was already starting to make him sweat and he was slightly concerned that the bright rays might just cause he sketchbook to go up in flames. Even if it didn't go up in flames, there was a chance it could get ruined my a rouge wave of someone shaking the water from themselves.

His whole mind was on red alert, he was pretty sure anything could go wrong at any point. So he plopped himself down in the sand, a decent length from the waves, or well, what he thought was a decent length. To everyone else he probably looked ridiculously out of place so far from the actual ocean.

"I'll be here if you need me jack. Watch out of currents. I hear those are a thing out there." He unfolded his sketchbook and took in the scenery. Unfortunately he didn't enjoy it for long before Jack was in his face, violet eyes staring deep into his soul.

"I didn't come here to get in the ocean by myself!" Suddenly it was a staring contest. Neither of them was willing to give into the other. Light rose eyes staring into deep violet. Milo's dull expression didn't waver, but he could see Jack beginning to crack up. Before long the other male blinked and there was laughter between the two of them.

"Fine. Fine. But don't say I never did you any favors." Milo made sure there was no risk of his sketchbook disappearing before he slowly made his way over to the water. There were plenty of charms running around in the water, some running away form the waves as they came crashing in. As one ran across her paws for the first time a chill ran up his spine.

"It's cold!" He protested, but her didn't realize that worse was about to happen until her felt a push from behind and together him and Jack tumbled into the shallow ocean wake. He bounced up, standing so he as much of himself wasn't in the water as possible. blond hair was dripping wet in front of his eyes. He shook his head and turned glaring eyes on his friend who had yet to stop laughing.

He'd have to think long and hard about how to get him back for this. Just you wait Jack, it was certainly going to be a long day at the beach.
