Bio: Like the past future timeline, Shira ascended to the role of Shinigami in Death City. She became known for many reasons, one of them being her alliance with the notorious Blackwings as well as further uniting maddened beings with the DWMA and creating the Death City's Section Protectors group. She is determined to keep peace in Death city and fight off those that threaten it as well as the rest of the world.
Abilities/Powers: (Up to 8 )
+Lines of Sanzu: Though they are not visible, Shira now has her signature ability back. The lines grant her powers that only Death can possess.
+Neo Soul Perception: Shira's soul possession is able to stretch much further than your average soul perception. It is rumored that she can even detect souls all over the world if she focuses hard enough. There is an unknown blind spot to this ability though.
+Order Madness: Like her father and grandfather, Shira possesses the madness of Order. She is able to turn her madness into a solid form and use it as a weapon against enemies
+Death Paralysis: Shira is able to launch her wavelength across an area and can temporarily paralyze enemies. It lasts 3 posts.
Personality: Though Shira is still rather quiet at times, it is obvious that she is way more mature and has taken on her leadership role quite well. Shira now appears to be a confident, intelligent, devoted, and beautiful woman and shinigami and she knows it. Though she can be busy at times, Shira has also been determined to be a good mother to her son, Kai, and seems to do a good job going between her personal and professional life. Though her and the Blacwings are allied, Shira makes sure to let Noira Blackwing know her place and role in Death City.
