This changes weekly, I'm afraid. I'm never sure how much I'll have. Normally I work on my shop stuff on rotation, one shop on monday, the next on tuesday, etc. Sometimes a huge spurt of coloring muse hits me at once, and I'll color up 6 pets within just a few days for one shop. Other times I'll be working so much that I won't have any time for Gaia at all.
As far as this shop? I'd love to be here. I can dedicate at least ten hours a week currently. As far as where I'd fit into staff, I'm best utilized as a game-organizer, or to add pets to events. Give me a theme and I can bang out several pets within a month that fit that theme. Tell me I need to host a random giveaway or three and I can pull that off in no time. I'm good at organizing and brainstorming events, but I'm not strong on breedings and customs. I -can-, and I don't think my quality is the issue, they just take me a very long time. I get nervous about quality, I nitpick for a month, and then the pet isn't dropped until it's been way too long.
I'm best at doing pets on the fly, or surprise dropping pets that I've worked on without people knowing they're owed, if that makes sense. Like pulling a breeding from a CC list and the owners not knowing they're coming >3 That way if it takes me a month it's not the end of the world. I would assume most of my past bosses would say similar, I'm long on breedings and customs, but I'm good on events and giveaways and such.
I can also do certings, I don't mind doing more grunt work like that, if you don't mind me coloring a pet once in a blue moon. heart

What program do you use?: Pixelmator. An indie program that is very fluid for macs. It handles PSDs like a pro. I love it.

When it returned, I decided to stay as just a colorist. Nightmare Academy - Bitter Owl owns the shop. I am the RP Manager, Guild Manager, and Thread Mod. Silver Lining - Touches You owns the shop. I am a colorist there.

I get really busy with real life at times. I would prefer to be part time rather than full (at least until I know how it will effect my schedule).
